Hey shan4djfun. You can make it autostart after android has started but this is actually not what you want. I think what you want is native linux on our devices, which would be quite nice. But I don't think it would be practically useable inputwise. You could use it as a small linux computer I guess but I am not sure if drivers are available for our device.

Hello to all,
I'm trying to install Kali Linux on my galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition, but because SE Linux status is set to Enforcing in KitKat (4.4.2),
it is not possible to run Kali on my device. I've tried SELinuxChanger but it didn't work.
is there any other solution to change SE linux status?
thanx
Have you rooted your device? If yes, did you replace the stock recovery with the Kali Linux recovery? If yes, did you place the Kali Linux image onto the internal SD? If you did all three of these steps, booting into recovery should start Kali.

I think you should do a complete clean flash, fastboot global stable miui rom, then install twrp, and then clean install Android 9 roms by wiping all the cache, system, internal storage etc.,may be this could help.

I'm currently using this firmware: fw_hydrogen_miui_MIMAXGlobal_9.1.24_893529ec22_7.0
It works perfect for my region and WiFi speed is the best.
I recommend you to try different firmware versions first of all. You can download them here: https://fex.net/s/xfecbzt
If it doesn't help, you should flash official firmware using MiFlash and then try to use MSM Xtended again.
BTW, have you checked another Pie ROMs on your device? Is mobile data working correctly with them?
Nope, it should work correctly in Germany as well as in other countries.

Firmware is a collection of things that run at a low level which contains all the primary things like radio baseband software, modem drivers, etc.

Custom ROMs don't include a firmware. So, you should flash it separately if have any issues. It could be flashed or updated anytime: with the ROM, when the ROM is already flashed, etc.
But be careful and flash the correct firmware for your device only (Helium for Helium, Hydrogen for Hydrogen). Otherwise, your device will be bricked.

sorry if i am asking too much, but i am curious to know, how can we flash them via recovery or via fastboot(via computer)?.,should we flash them if our phone is working well & good or if we are getting some issues with call, wifi, bluetooth etc then we have to flash it only...,secondly does it gives any performance increase? (as i think the latest versions of firmware are getting better drivers for our hardware like wifi, bluetooth etc...correct me if am wrong with this).

You don't need to worry about the questions. It's ok and better to ask before applying unknown actions.
Firmware should be flashed via TWRP only. I recommend you to flash the firmware if you have any Bluetooth, WiFi or mobile network issues only. If your device works fine, you don't need to flash it. It may increase network speed as well as slowdown it (depends of your location).

Did you flashed the latest firmware given in the link? I think it may work, and do a clean swipe data and cache, then install latest firmware.
You can also try the latest Android 10 beta lineage built may be your problem get solved.
How do I flash Hydrogen os on a Oxygen os running phone, the local upgrade gives me a failed update message. I know that I have to extract the payload.bin but when I try to flash the system.img or product.img to the device on Fastbood it gives me "operation not permitted" it doesn't work in Fastboot either. I can't understand why I won't work because I've used custom ROMs before. Can anyone please help me?
where you find Hydrogen os for op7t?

the file unzipped its payload.bin, you extracted the file with payload dumper, then install as havo os: https://del.dog/yjaidupheh.txt
if you have any issues re-install oos from fastboot mode
** and reccomended use it latest platform_android binary sdk to flash
to me work great!!
sincerly i dont see some difference between oos and h2 os!!

Did you manage to succeed in flashing hydrogen? I'm interested in this to try flashing hydrogen, then microg instead of Google apps.
Didn't work with local upgrade? I remember back with other OnePlus devices you could do that.
I succeeded with flashing hydrogen os, thanks everyone for your help but the problem I had was on my end. I had Linux on my PC and it didn't wanna flash system for some reason but I went back to windows and everything worked

I might be mistaken and can't really test this, but I think I remember fastboot required sudo to work.
Need guide and links
Hey I'm from india HD1901 can I just flash hydrogen os ?? Can you provide the links , complete guide so that I can install on my indian unit....thanks in advance.
So I've tried pretty much all "compatible" GSI images for this phone (Samsung J2 Core SM-J260y/ds, Android Go 8.1) which according to the treble info app is an arm32-binder64 a-only device, but always fails when it comes to flashing the system.img
I followed this tutorial. I somehow managed to "install" A10 vanilla, but it won't boot, somehow stuck at a black screen.
this device has no TWRP that's why I'm resorting to using ODIN.
Any help or input would be great.
Thanks in advance!
Try Heimdall
just install heimdall on your machine and open cmd (if your using windows) or a terminal (Linux/Mac)
And Type
heimdall flash --SYSTEM "YOUR IMAGE.IMG"
