Hello, My htc m9 has marshmallow, and it has no update option. So anybody gives me the rom Nougut or Oreo for my htc m9.
My phone also has some issue, I can't receive anything via shareit app and hotspot option is missing.
If I install rom then can those issue fix ?

My phone just upgraded to 4.4.4 OTA and it appears my WiFi won't turn on. Anyone else experiencing similar issues? I am flashed with GPe firmware + stock recovery in order to recieve OTA updates.
Edit: On a second handset I just upgraded to 4.4.3 the WiFi is not working also. So this issue would start at 4.4.3.

I had the same problem. You need to update your firmware. Use this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/development/progress-fuu-m8-t2813792
I was able to do it from HTC's support site, which seems like it's the easiest, safest way.

Really? The OTA should contain the firmware. Really weird dude.
This is the full GPE via RUU right?
If so you shouldn't be flashing Sense firmware. The GPE RUU is all inclusive.
Try reflashing the RUU twice to see if it makes a difference!

I need help my HTC one m8 AT&T needs to update to lollipop 5.0.2 and I can't it's unlock so I can't do an OTA update (so I've been told). And I've been trying to use RUU Install wizard from HTC but it's not working on my pc witch is running Windows 8.1 and it's not installing so I haven't been able to update I need help!! Please anybody know how I can update my phone?!?

Could you be more specific. What rom did you flash. And how.
Some apps stopped unexceptly like people and dot matrix and ...
I try factory reset people app problem solved but others not
Now there is another problem update HTC sense home appears and don't do anything.
Android 6 and original rom .

I have the HTC One M9 regional for ACG and my phone doesn't have the marshmallow update yet and I wanted to know if i could get a stock version compatible with it. It is a CDMA device.
Either root and s-off or wait for the ota. Those will be your options.

I have htc desire 820 and i want to update it on android 6.0 marshmallow.
I have tried it several times to update it so I went into settings and software updates.
Every time I install, I get the same mistake you can see in the picture. I do not know what to do?
On my mobile I have an unlocked bootloader. Except that I want to install the latest software I want and root device but I do not know how?
Please help me
