I need help my HTC one m8 AT&T needs to update to lollipop 5.0.2 and I can't it's unlock so I can't do an OTA update (so I've been told). And I've been trying to use RUU Install wizard from HTC but it's not working on my pc witch is running Windows 8.1 and it's not installing so I haven't been able to update I need help!! Please anybody know how I can update my phone?!?

I am using an unlocked Verizon HTC One M7 here in the philippines.
I am on android 4.4.3 Stock and whenever I try to update my Unlocked Verizon HTC One M7 through OTA on my phone, it prompts me that I should be in CDMA. How do I turn on and off CDMA mode and can I download the update through wifi?
I am in full stock rom, not rooted, locked bootloader.
Should I update to Lollipop or stay with kitkat?

I have the HTC One M9 regional for ACG and my phone doesn't have the marshmallow update yet and I wanted to know if i could get a stock version compatible with it. It is a CDMA device.
Either root and s-off or wait for the ota. Those will be your options.

I've got a small problem with my 820,
A few months ago I rooted my phone and flashed a custom recovery (TWRP), but since the new Android Marshmallow update I wanted to go back to like it came out of the factory. So, I removed TWRP and flashed the orginal recovery file from xda. The phone works fine now. but it won't update. Everytime I download the update & reboot the phone, it only boots in bootloader. And no matter what I select in bootloader(also the factory reset option), it instantly reboots in bootloader. Only with the option "check SmartSD" It boots back into the system, but it won't install the update. I also don't know what to do about the following notifications in Bootloader: "software status: modified" & "relocked" instead of "locked". I just want it to go back to stock so I can install the new update like anyone else. Anybody who can help me out? Thanks in advance!

Hi, im a new htc one m9 user. I have htc one m9 with software 2.10.111.6. Is there any update yet? I saw file update on flippy498, downloading 2.10.111.180, put on sdcard and rename it to 0PJAIMG.zip, but failed to flash it, even in fastboot too. Is there any clue? Thanks alot for any help ?

What company is your phone ? to ? You can go to the HTC website and download the OFFICAL Ruu from there and run Marshmallow on your ?

I think its unlocked, but the cid is tmob101 x.xx.111.x software. I cant find marshmallow RUU in htcdev site, only OTA zip file which i dont know why i cant flash it. Strange isnt it. My phone is locked bootloader and S-on btw..any clue ? Thanks for replying

Im already there, but cant find marshmallow 3.35.111.14 RUU because thats my phone supossed RUU. My software number right now is 2.10.111.6 btw, still in 5.1.

I have tried it several times to update it so I went into settings and software updates.
Every time I install, I get the same mistake you can see in the picture. I do not know what to do?
