Phone.apk with call recording..

The phone app will crash when your record is stopped.
Created .3gp files are empty.
See page 2 for logs.
This is "our" Phone.apk modified, not the asian one.
Also tried with the asian libs, but they seem to be the same.
Btw: Who added [Hack] to the title ._. ..

I did the same thing with the korean phone.apk (deodex and replace original files). it didn't work either, just FCs.

I still believe the Korean phones have the hardware needed to record phone audio. Until someone gets this to work

call recording is allowed by hardware. If there's a developer to a find a solution for it, he'll be taking some of the bounty supercurio was looking for in his months-old thread about sound tweaks, that seems not supported now.
Call recording is a must feature for quite few of us.

I dont believe its disabled in hardware. (expensive solution)

cheap phones have this function is standard
and 500 € phone, could`t cause harware issue

half of samsungs code consists of appending strings for logging.

Don't want to promise anything, but I'm quite excited at the moment...
At the moment it crashes when saving the record.

maybe the interaction with native driver fails, not sure about it. Hoping it's not.

Posting your log might help.
Heck even dmesg might.

I am willing to donate for this feature if we could get it to work.

Edit: Seems to be a native or even hardware problem, so I'm out at this point.
Btw: Samsung called setAudioEncoder and passed 3, whereas the docs only specify 0 and 1, tried both but did not help.

call recording on sgh-m100s works different. as you can see in the wm8994 initialization code (wm8994-aries.c).

you won't be able to record through the means you specified.
i was able to change the wm8994 code in jpm firmware (latest available on opensource.samsung.com) to the sgh-m100s one to record but video call recording was broken. so that is not the way i prefer.
another interesting class is inside libaudio.so. it's called voicecallrecorder which seems to record through the svnet0 interface (ipc to radio).
it could be an option to write the necessary jni classes for that.

Any way to enable/port Camera3D, 3D Album or Swipe Panorama on Xperia Play?

That's my question, I tried all the ports/apps/mods in the forum but without success.
3D Album works without problems and integrates to the stock gallery
Camera3D says "Camera no available" and FC
Sweep Panorama (Sony Panorama Beta) works and open the camera. Even the flash works, but after I stop the shooting, it doen't save the picture. It says "Could not save. Pan the phone in the direction you selected with the arrow button"
Any way to port the apps? I read that Sweep Panorama doesn't work properly because it was make for gingerbread 2.1 and actually have some issues with 2.3+
Please help me! I saw all the threads and I have no success

I have the apks, the jar and permission I need, I installed it and works partially. Camera 3d FC, 3D Album fully works and Panorama Beta works but doesn't save the picture.

When send message feedback it is appear modal message for confirmation? Language is korean, it is not english.I set to english option,but still have korean text after press feedback. I do not understand. Please fix this bug too.

Alarm software is not good. It is very poor. I miss my tomorrow appointments because you. Thank you for that.
Alarm vibration cannot wake me up, because missing option for vibration activity interval length. It have only max count 3 alarms. This totally wrong. It must be 10 or 20 for example.

Did you give the app privileges to allow notifications in your phones security settings?
Settings -> security -> notification access -> BleNotificationService make sure that box is checked

Hello sir,
I just received the Mi Band. I looked at your reports, and I have experienced the following:
I also use the Samsung Galaxy S4. But you need to run at least Android 4.4 to have the Mi Band working properly. Why do you have such an old version of Android? Also..., android Lollipop (5.0.X) is almost coming for the Galaxy S4.
You should also use the tweaked version. This one is English and also has got wayyy more options for notifications. You can customize the notifications per app. Wonderfull!
About the reports:
Report 1: I can upload a picture, and it doesn't rotate. It's OKAY in the Tweaked Mi Band app!
Report 2: Feedback is in English for me! Use the tweaked app! (Link to the correct thread below).
Report 3: Yes, the Alarm function could be more sophisticated. I suggest you to use this alarm for waking up without an annoying sound. Use Timely as a backup. Why would you rely on just one vibrating alarm? Not really smart huh...?
Report 4: Activities working just fine now. In the latest release, there is also a running activity! (including GPS from you phone, you can even track your run!)
Here is the link to the thread where you can download the Tweaked Mi Band app. This one is really good! Just update you android firmware, install this tweaked app, and you're good to go!

I register my account with my old phone number.
Now I use new phone number on the same phone. How to change my number on my MiBand account?

On my Andorid 5 after install this version try to update ROM but failed with messages that rom is not update my MiBand.
Run tracing direction not have googe or bing card only simple geo data cordinate and direction line.

KNOX Security alert on Galaxy S4 unrooted I9505 LTA, version for Bulgaria Android 4.3 is lattes.
This if very fatal bug according KNOX Security alert that MiBand try to access some security data.
By the way SDK log files are empty.

Latest bug is fatal because it is happing every time.
After that device cannot connect.
One hour hard operation,restarts and more device work.

16 MegaPixel Pictures from our Mi A1!! Its Possible!!!!! Open to find out!!

By default Mi A1 camera shoots 12 mp pics and it does do a great job. Now while moving around xda I found a wonderful app which does image interpolation to create 16 mp pics. and it does a great job. it is only 118 kb as well.
Steps:
1) Download and Install the app. http://www79.zippyshare.com/v/oHfgXeXh/file.html
2) Give it all permissions if not already given.
3) open it and click on 16:0 if not already highlighted.
4) Click on the "A" button and it will shoot as Autofocus with autoflash in 16 mp. Congrats.
I have neither created nor edited the app. Its original made by Andrew Arriva of XDA. All credits goes to him.

It's does make 16.. But is there any benefit of having 16?i mean, the all that matters is quality. Doesn't it?

I just created a mini web app on the Galaxy Watch that send the heart-rate on
over HTTP to send it to PHP to write it on disk, then OBS can read the file, and
for any intensive game this is perfect and costs NOTHING.
It's a proof of concept that works what do you think ?
