Correct. If you look at the full images they are labeled what they are for and you can match them up that way.

So I'm looking to update unlocked and rooted Pixel 2XL, from 9.0 (PQ3A.190705.001) to the new September build (020) and keep root. Has anyone used this video to update? I need to be able to tether, so using the tethering MAGISK module is very important to me.

After being super impatient I followed the steps and it worked. I'm now on Android 10, and rooted.
