I Have a few questions about how to build my ROM if you guys don't mind answering a few of them.
1. i have a problem compiling and here's the short story of log
host SharedLib: libicui18n (out/host/linux-x86/obj/lib/libicui18n.so)
out/host/linux-x86/obj/SHARED_LIBRARIES/libicui18n_intermediates/measfmt.o: file not recognized: File truncated
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [out/host/linux-x86/obj/lib/libicui18n.so] Error 1
knowledge on how to fix???
2. where can i find the apps insert able into a Custom ROM for Kindle Fire?
3. Would you guys like another ROM for Kindle Fire? because I want to publish it when done i just want to here what you have to say...
if anything else Pops up i will ask or look through forums for help

I think the Kindle Fire Android Development forum would be more relevant for this. Try posting there.

Then help out in the community by posting (relevant) replies to other users' questions. Please do not spam your way to 10 posts. I like to think of this as "giving back to the community". Help the less knowledgeable users while the more knowledgeable users help you.

Hello People,
Hope you all are doing well. First of all let me tell you that i am that stupid person who hasn't backed up any data and original OS of my fire phone (i guess it was fire os 4.6.5 and my fire phone is from at&t) and i have installed CM11. Now i want fire os back. Please help me doing this....

I have two Fire TV's 1.Gen.

Now i want to know what can i do actually to root? I read mixed Threads and now i'm total confused. Maybe someone have the patience to tell me stepwise for both firmwares.
