For what I know (and tested) you can install any AOSP theme. There is a couple on the Play Store.
just google CM11 theme, there are a TON of them here on xda, there are some on Google Play, and CM has a theme showcase app on Play Store.

I believe there are apps on the play store similar to halo. Not sure if Xposed is involved, but I don't think so.
It's actually multi window I'm after I miss it on sense as most aosp roms have it built in
