Hi,
Is it possible to pair a second remote that is already paired on one Fire TV box so that it works on my 2nd box upstairs? I no longer have the first box, just the remote. I keep trying to pair it and the my 2nd box won't pick it up.. im thinking its because its still paired to the first one???
Basically I had 2 fire TV's... While spring cleaning today my daughter put one in a bucket of water.. its gonzo.. I know the remote works on that unit as I used it earlier today. My upstairs Fire TV has its own remote, but the up button has been sticking a lot.. I want to use the basement remote upstairs rather than forking out $60+ for a new remote... It just won't pair.. no matter what I try. I was thinking.. Maybe its because it was paired to the first box??? I can't turn the first box on as its destroyed, so I don't even know how to unpair it ??
Thanks so much! I really appreciate any guidance!
Hello,
I've bought my 360 about 15 days ago on a trip and when I got back, I keep getting issues with other devices that are connected to my phone. For example, even if the watch is off, the phone function won't work on other devices I connect to my phone it will say (No Phone) in the bluetooth section. The only way for it to work, is by unpairing the Moto 360 from my phone.
Any work around?
Thanks
Hi everybody,
I would like to buy a smartwatch to prepare a marathon. First, I looked to sport watches but I found them very expensive. Moreover, I want to use this device as a casual gadget.
I use ENDOMONDO for more than one year on Android and i love this app. Moreover, and it's a good news, ENDOMONDO is available on Android Wear.
I'm looking for a smartwatch that allows me to go running, biking, swimming (not necessary), walking,... without my phone. I will synchronize my data using bluetooth when i will be back at home. Also, I don't want to spend more than 200$ in this smartwatch.
I really like the design of the MOTO 360, its price and its native compatibility to ENDOMONDO. However, MOTO 360 doesn't integrate a GPS chipset. In the other hand, SONY SMARTWATCH 3 has a GPS chipset inside but the design isn't as well as the MOTO 360 for a similar price.
Which one can you advice me ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Go with the sony watch. The battery and lack of water proofing on the 360 makes it not suitable for your needs.

Tanks for your answer.
Moreover, can you confirm that I need to bring my phone everytime with moto 360 ?
Yes, you will need to have your phone along with you if you need gps tracking. The moto 360 have a compass and gyroscope but not gps built in.
Thanks for these details. I've just bought the Sony watch at a very good price. I have just to run now...
Curious why you were interested in those two and not something like Garmin devices?
Hi cliffr39,
I looked for Garmin or Pulsar but I found these devices expensive for my personal use. I preferred a smart watch that I can use either during my trainings and as a casual watch (I mean a gadget).
Moreover, I wanted a device easy and user friendly to follow my stats on my endomondo app.
Hi guys,
This message to let you know my smartwatch 3 does the job. I can run without my phone, it's pleasant. The GPS is also fine (5 min to find the good location).
Next step will be to get deezer on the smartwatch...
My Nexus 6P updated to 7.1 last night and the Pixel came today, so this likely is a 7.1 issue.
I have a 2012 GM Equinox that was working great with teh Nexus 6P pre 7.1, Never tried it with 7.1 because it came after I was home and had no reason to be in the car and the new Pixel came today.
Neither will work with bluetooth, although both say that they are paired, neither connects unless I am in the Android pairing screens. Once off those, the connection goes away, the light on the car goes away, no connection. This was tested on both phones, and the results are the same all the time. The car sees each phone, pairs with each phone, but the magic that happens when you connect doesn't happen.
Other devices are connecting via BT (such as my fitbit) but the car pairs but never connects (again, unless on the android pair screen or if I use the car and select a phone, it'll connect for a second but goes away).
Have seen other complaints, thought I'd add mine to the world
I have an Acadia and mine works perfectly
I have a 2014 GMC Sierra and everything is working perfectly. Calls and music have been flawless so far.

I appreciate that, but on the google pixel help groups, there are a bunch of us with the issue. We all describe it the same as well.

I have a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and my 6p and Pixel XL. They both pair and work fine with the stock radio.

So weird, I just posted the exact same problem in a new thread just below this so mods please delete mine. I have the exact same issues. Both new Pixel and Pixel XL will not fully pair. My truck is a 201o Silverado, the pairing process goes smoothly, the truck says it is paired but the phone does not pair, let's go Google. BTW the XL pairs with my BT speaker in my house so not sure what's wrong

I had a similar problem with my Hyundai Genesis 2011. The problem is the Nexus and pixel phones with Android 7+ can't seem to automatically detect the cars Bluetooth. So on my car I went to phone and clicked add where it tells you your cars Bluetooth password and add device then refresh Bluetooth pairing on the phone and it should appear.
Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
Thanks, the phone is showing as paired on both the phone itself and on the car, it just never actually connects after pairing, does nothing with contacts nor keeps a connection longer than 4 seconds. It'll say Pixel XL then swap to Onstar Handsfree and the bluetooth connected indicator light simply goes out.
I have the same or exceptionally similar issue... Some better detail on my issue:
Phone: Pixel XL
Car Head Unit: Pumpkin Android Head Unit
Bluetooth worked perfectly with my Note 5.
Pixel detects the "Car Kit"
The head unit detects the Pixel
They pair fine and appear to connect. However after just a few seconds the bluetooth on the phone shows
"Car Kit (No Phone)" - Connected ..... It then disconnects, reconnects and repeats.
Cleared Bluetooth cache on head unit - Can't find a bluetooth cache on the Pixel XL.
No idea where to go from here.
last year i had bought the mot z play but within a couple months, it broke sadly and the first thing that went was the touch screen ability and the light kept fading and now it just vibrates but nothing shows. i was never able to recover any of my data from the phone because i had to unlock it to hook it up to the computer. i bought a new moto z play (yes the first one, second doesnt appeal to me as much and im still hoping for root on this phone specifically) and i also bought the projector mod. i thought i could hook up the projector mod to my broken z play with a type-c to female usb converter to use a mouse and get my data off that way. unfortunately, the moto mods need to be updated for me to see it. is there anything i can do to update the moto mods or just get my data off?
