cannot access recovery on DHD

hey everyone, i have an sim free desire HD that was rooted and s-off and has been running like that for a while. recently i tried to access clockwork mod to try and flash a new rom but when i did so the recovery does not load. Its just stuck on the htc splash screen, it doesnt even say quietly brilliant. The phone still works but i cannot access recovery. I tried the following procedure in fastboot to re flash the recovery
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot flash recovery recoveryCWM.img
fastboot reboot
after doing this it still has not worked. Any suggestions or a certain fix would be brilliant.

You can put the PD98IMG.zip from my downgrade post to your SD card and reboot to bootloader, it will flash you the 1.32 stock ROM and you can start from a clean table.

use an older version of recovery

I had the same problem, with clockwork 3.0.0.6 ... I then flashed 3.0.0.5 (see the bottom of the Rom manager Menu that proposes you to use former recovery roms). I could solve my problem that way.

i have one m8 and i unlocked the bootloader from htc dev website
i followed " VomerGuides: [M8 Edition] " and i cant boot into the recovery
i flashed the TWRP & CWM Recoveries But the screen stuck at entering recovery
Any Help Please to boot into recovery ?

what version your m8 ? sprint or international?
if sprint, i recomended to install twrp by captain throwback, gsm or international works to, you can downlad from themikmik twrp version 2.8.0.6

i got error : device not found in the adb command
i tried uninstall the driver and install it again
but it still showing device not found
??

i want to push the rom via adb because i wiped the internal memory and now i cant boot to the system and i need the ZIP to flash the rom

[Q] phone stuck on htc logo

i tried to install canogenmod on my htc desire 816d model but it did not work using cwm recovery .so i tried to installingusing twrp recovery as some were successful using this method.i
.i tried the fastboot install method GIVEN IN TWRP websitr for htc desire 816 .but i replaced twrp image with another image,and after reboot my phone is stuck on htc logo for abt 3-4 hrs.someone help me

Twrp flash successful, but cannot boot into it. Only stock recovery show up.

hello there. I have htc desire 816 that runs on android kitkat. I wanted to flash custom rom and followed all the procedures. I rooted my phone using kingoroot and also unlocked the bootloader from htcdev site. I downloaded the twrp image specifically for this phone and flashed it using the official twrp android app. it indicated that flash was successful. i tried to boot into recovery but i could not find twrp . I tried flashing twrp using fastboot but no difference. I even tried flashing cwm . they all indicate that flashing was successful but i couldn't boot into recovery. When I click on Hboot then recovery, it spits me back again to recovery option. Can you please tell me what's wrong here?

Needn htc d816t twrp recovery.

I have tried to flash twrp for a5. But it doesnt flash the recovery. After flashing a5 twrp i try to enter to recovery for bootloader i am brought back to the bootloader. Can anyone plz help me to get flash twrp in my htc d816t. I want to try custom roms.
