i have one m8 and i unlocked the bootloader from htc dev website
i followed " VomerGuides: [M8 Edition] " and i cant boot into the recovery
i flashed the TWRP & CWM Recoveries But the screen stuck at entering recovery
Any Help Please to boot into recovery ?

what version your m8 ? sprint or international?
if sprint, i recomended to install twrp by captain throwback, gsm or international works to, you can downlad from themikmik twrp version 2.8.0.6

i got error : device not found in the adb command
i tried uninstall the driver and install it again
but it still showing device not found
??
i want to push the rom via adb because i wiped the internal memory and now i cant boot to the system and i need the ZIP to flash the rom

I want to use CM11 4.4.3 Nightly by @Olivier and i use TWRP 2.7.0.0 to flash it. But, it's always stuck on the HTC green logo (bootlop).
And i can't upgrade TWRP to 2.7.1.0. Beside that, my phone can't use other recovery like PhilZ Recovery and CWM 6.0.4.9

It is not clear to me why you cant change your recovery Are you unable to boot your device on recovery mode or Bootloader?
However, if you need any TUTORIAL you can follow THIS.
I have HTC desire 816g dual sim
Device:- a5mg_dug
cid code- HTC 038
Android version:- 4.4.2
phone rooted/non rooted:- rooted
When I tried to install an ota update, the stock recovery gave me error "youtube.odex has unexpected contents, update.zip installation aborted".
After some research on this topic I got a suggestion to install the update via a custom recovery.
So I installed the custom recovery on my phone via official twrp app.
the app showed that it had succeeded in installing recovery, but when I try to reboot it in recovery it fails and reboots normally. I also tried to flash the stock recovery by the same app, but then also I can't reboot to recovery
I tried to install stock rom via ruu.exe available on the official website
but I can't as it always gives error usb connection failure whenever it goes into bootloader
I also tried to install the stock recovery by fastboot mode but it gives me write error
Please help me to get back to recovery again or to install the ruu

also you know how to enter recovery manually right?

1 - i make unlocked Bootloader after ... do not work recovery and factory reset

The problem is you installed a twrp for regular M8 on your M8s. M8 & M8s are two different device. Any recovery for M8 won't work on your device.

i did was unlock the bootloader then try and flash a custom recovery, i have tried so many different ones. The 2 main errors i get are "FAILED remote:32 header error and remote: image error! (bootmagic check fail) i have the original recovery which also says the same but i now have no recovery at all.
The closest i have managed to get is using something called open recovery which atleast part loads .i can not use recovery
I did flash several recoveries after unlocking bootloader (which worked like a charm btw), but now I can't even factory reset.

And after that i downloaded the latest version of TWRP (twrp-3.3.1-0-z2_plus) and installed it by flashing recovery via fastboot and it showed success and my phone rebooted automatically . After that i have tried go to recovery via bootloader it always giving me stock recovery screen instead of TWRP menu . I thought , may be newer version of TWRP wouldn't work for me , so i downloaded some older version of TWRP(twrp-3.2.1-0-z2_plus) image from official site and again fastbooted it , but nothing happend. Till it giving me a stock recovery screen instead of TWRP menu . Help Me Out Please . Thanks

After flashing twrp from adb reboot to twrp from the adb menu itself...it will then reboot to twrp then check whether you are able to boot to twrp or not by normal method

Unlocked bootloader
Installed twrp recovery
Accidentaly i flashed twrp recovery from twrp ui.. now my system got overriden with twrp. My phone is now stuck in bootloop. I can boot to recovery. I've tried multiple method to install stock firmware but it says, /system can't be found..
Any help will be appreciated.
I've tried following things
Realme flash tool ( Error - Central directory not found )
MSM tool - cant find any username/password
Tried to install ota zip and it says system not found
any solutions?

maybe you can try flash the original recovery using fastboot?
