TeamWin's TWRP Touch Recovery For HTC E9+

TWRP is an open source, community project. TWRP development is done by roughly 4 people at this point. TWRP also have a large support community with many people who are willing to answer questions and help people with their devices either through our IRC channel or on forums like xda-developers.
This TWRP is Compiled From Source With Rohan Taneja's Device Tree And With Help of Sandeep Sethi & HDHR
Due To This Three Guys Latest TWRP Is Up For HTC E9+
A custom recovery is used for installing custom software on your device. This custom software can include smaller modifications like rooting your device or even replacing the firmware of the device with a completely custom “ROM†like OmniROM

Flashing Instructions :
To install recovery images use Flashify / Rashr / TWRP Manager from Play Store or flash in your current recovery:
1. Go to install, find and select the Images... button.
2. Browse to the image that you downloaded and select it.
3. Choose recovery and swipe to flash.

PhilZ Touch is a CWM Advanced Edition that adds all the features you could ever miss in CWM. It is a well proven recovery for many phones.
It also adds a full touch interface a completely configurable GUI.
All credits for the source of the recovery goes to him(Phil3759). I am just compiling it from source for Xiaomi Redmi 1S.

yes. reporting thread, to get this moved to/deleted, and move the right thread to orig-development.
When I do clone current ROM, on last step (creating update.zip . . . .) the loading bar is not moving, always show 0%.
Even though the process is working.

What is this?
- Project Treble for our beloved S3Neo
Whats the benefit for the user?
- Install any GSI (aka ROM) which means u can try out any Oreo ROM which has a GSI.
What's the benefit for the dev?
- A LOT!!! This could basically replace the other thread with the legacy "normal" Oreo ROM I have.
Also I only have to update a few things plus u can flash those updates without loosing the ROM data ur currently on.
Sounds cool but where's the downside?
- Currently in the bugs, Button Light, Vibrations Camera and sensors are totally broken... Everything else works.
Also u can expect those features to be readded within the next weeks. Treble screwed some things up like our camera and sensor permissions
How can i install it?
- Download everything from below + GSI or your choice (arm-aonly)
Push the files onto your Phone and reboot into twrp.
Wipe data,cache,dalvik,system and preload.
Install->select image->recovery.img
Reboot to recovery
install->select image->boot.img
Install->select image->vendor.img
Install->select image->system.img
Reboot and enjoy.

PitchBlack recovery for Asus Zenfone 5 ZE620KL based on TWRP 3.2.3.
Bugs:
- When restoring backup system is mounted as readonly which results in error.
- When installing official Asus OS: error:7 this device is omni_X00Q not WW_phone (fix for this below)
- Cannot decrypt /data
To Install:
Refer to other more specified guides on how to install custom recovery. After that download zip from below, extract recovery.img from zip (will be in TWRP folder) and flash it as in the guide. After that reboot into recovery and re-flash full zip provided to gain more functions like ability to flash latest magisk provided by Pitch Black team.

XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is based on LineageOS 16.0 with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".

Hello all,
Tried to build Los 17.1 from source, build is successful and flashes via TWRP.
Gets stuck at Los bootanimation, if I flash TWRP and switch to a different slot. Device goes back to OOS without any data loss.
Would really appreciate if anyone could help me get this booted.

Edit 1: Rom boots if flashed on slot A, but doesn't resize partitions, so not able to flash gapps.
Edit 2: Gapps flashing issue fixed.

I'm not a Developer, but I have many years experience tweaking and flashing all my devices.
One of the first things I try is to format my data in twrp (so factory reset). It's an inconvenience but it usually fixed a bunch of issues for me.
2nd one is making sure I flash to the A partition. Never been a problem on this phone but on my razer phone I could only ever boot LOS on partition A
