Does anyone know of any ROMS apart from AOSP that will be available in the near future for the XA1?

I just recently switched from an S5 on verizon to an S6 on sprint, and I'd love to have AOSP on my device but I noticed that development was halted on CM13 because I believe they were waiting for more source code, is there any other rom developers that released an AOSP rom that I may have missed
there is a CM13 project out on the forms here, but it is not stable.
Samsung does all sorts of goofy things with their kernel, and chip architecture, making it more difficult to write non TW roms to work on the devices.
All we can do is wait and see what happens
Seems ta be very low interest in the Mi6 from developers. Will it change or will the Mi6 be forgotten soon?
probably because lack of kernel source + online only phone sold in asian markets

There is already LineageOS... and just because there are no other roms, it does not mean there arent devs for this phone!
It does not make any sence to work on LineageOS based roms if LineageOS is not stable because the other roms will have even more issues!
The lack of kernel sources is a bit pita, but we have to wait for xiaomi here...
Hello. This might sound like a silly question, but does the device work well when changing ROMs, for example from the default MIUI ones to AOSP?
I'm asking because I've had an LG phone for a very long time, and for example, when it ran AOSP, the camera quality was terrible compared to stock LG roms because LG didn't release the drivers... The sound works differently too, with AOSP the quality is lower.
So does something like this happen with this phone? Anything else I should be aware of while buying this device? I tend to keep my phones for a very long time so I'd like it to be future proof.
Is it possible to flash unofficial MIUI releases, like 3 years from now when Xiaomi doesn't support it anymore? Or is AOSP the only option by then?
Thanks in advance.
Yes Xiaomi Officially Releases its kernel sources for developer.......so custom/Aosp Rom support is great....and you can use miui camera on aosp rom....so camera quality is also great on aosp rom....but i am not satisfied with the gpu performance of redmi note 5(you can get better performance with Old Mi5 or New Mi A2/6x and mi8se).....if you can increase budget go for poco phone f1......But about your query ASOP rom Has Same/Better support in as MiUi rom in every aspect on all mentioned Xiaomi phone along with note 5.....and Xiaomi provide official miui 10 support to old device like remi note 3 so you can trust.
You can flash modded stock roms like Miuipro, Masik, Miui.eu, etc...
Algo You can check the development section for AOSP based roms
The phone in general is great the best gamma media for me so far
But keep in mind that it takes 30 days to unlock the bootloader. So, you'll be stuck with the stock Rom for a month.
Is it worth waiting for the pie update to be officially released? Or is there any other better roms and stuff which are really stable? With so many updates like Google pixel 3 camera port and other things, I really wanna know about this. ?
Hello. Can I hope for some custom roms for this device later? I really enjoy custom roms but I don't like buy xiaomi phones again and found this phone in really good price! example redmi note 12 pro has same proccesor but it's more expensive and miui has some limitations among features.
Can I hope for custom rom or AT LEAST is samsung sharing kernel source of it's phones and is it possible to make one myself later after learning? I have some plans to learn android developement

You can learn to develop your own ROM.
Everything shared here on XDA is essentially a hobby. Developers work for free, and often focus most of their time and effort on devices they already have. The best way to get something ported to your particular device is to learn to do it yourself.
