Hi
Just got my ZenWatch and I paired it with my phone. And charged it to full 100%.
At this time the watch asked to do an update, and I said yes.
But now the watch starts and only gets to swirling color dots and no further.
I am new to the watch, and the ASUS e-manual always refers to something on the watch. But I can not access anything.
What can i do to enter recovery mod or do a factory reset or something else?
Just wants it to work again or at least ask for a BT connection to connect and get the latest version of Android wear from ASUS.
A bit desperate here
Hey guys, so over the weekend, my watch suddenly said "Offline" when I try to send s text through Ok Google. I've restarted both my watch and phone, reset my watch, reinstalled all android wear apps on my phone, turned Google Cards on and off on my phone, and location as well. Nothing has worked and I tried Googling it but I still didn't get any results. The watch is connected to my T-Mobile GS6 Edge. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I get the same thing occasionally, but usually a restart of the watch fixes it.
I can usually tell when it's going to happen cos the "OK Google" text re-appears on the watch face when it turns on.

I have been seeing the same thing happen on mines which I purchased yesterday. Really annoying especially when it just hangs showing the little circle doing nothing.
It happens when you have no data connection on the phone. I use a data management app for battery life extension which turns off data or wifi when the screen is off and turns it on every 15 mins., my moto is disconnected tillI wake up the phone.
TLR - Make sure data is working on your phone.
My previous phone Mate RS connects with the Samsung S3 perfectly and stays connected all the time. Every since I have switched to my Mate 20x (China Version 256gb), it wouldn't stay connected. I have to manually connect it from time to time. Anyone have the same problem?

Can't use the trash can on the button in the bottom right it will auto disconnect. You also need to go and turn off battery optimization for all the gear stuff and it will stay connected but my gear's battery life is terrible these days.
I'm having the same issue
I don't know if you're seeing the same but for me the last update has fixed most things, my gear set now syncs and stays connected
Don't kill the gear app from memory and the watch will stay connected. Also disable power management for gear app.
Does anyone else have an issue with the Smartthings app on the Galaxy Watch with devices saying disconnected for about 30 secs every time you haven't used the app or widget for 15 or so minutes? Under the device it will flash the state and then say disconnected. Then it brightens up after about 10 seconds and then finally goes back to the current state after about 20 seconds and then I can use the device. I was on the phone with Samsung support several different times with no help whatsoever and they just kept sending me from technical support to Smartthings help and back. Latest updates on all and reinstalled every thing and even reset the watch and cleared all data in the gear wearable app and Smartthings app on the phone. I was hoping it was just a power saver setting on the phone or watch but I have not found anything that has helped. I don't have any of the apps on the phone being optimized for battery but maybe I am missing one that isn't obvious? Thanks is advance.
Anyone?
After several seconds of "syncing" my devices initially show disconnected for about a second then go to "checking status" for several seconds before showing the correct state. I've been using scenes with the watch as they are quicker than waiting for the device screen.

Can you get device status back from a scene on the watch? Thanks!

No, it just lets you control the light(s) quicker from the watch.
I have Samsung Galaxy note 10 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus
The behavior described below happens on both devices connected to Your Phone App in Windows 10. Therefore, I will post this in both forums in hope that somebody could give me an idea of what could be causing this.
The problem is:
On my Windows 10 PC I start Your Phone App and I go to the “Phone screen“ section. My phone screen is connected and displayed on the PC screen and everything seems ok.
However, when I click with the PC mouse on the phone screen displayed in Your Phone app on Windows, this mouse click is registered somewhere else (far away) on the actual phone screen on the phone.
This started happening about a month ago and the behavior is the same on 3 PCs running on Windows 10 and both my phones.
Can anybody report the same thing happening for them too?
Does anybody have an idea what could be causing this?
Update:
The your phone companion app got updated yesterday again to version 1.20032.93.0
This time the problem seems to have been fixed.
