potential P2 Buyer: does the Video stuttering problem still exist? - Lenovo P2 Questions & Answers

Hey guys,
want to buy this battery beast, cause there is nothing compareable to this, yet..
I almost purchased it, then I noticed a thread about video stuttering issues with this device.
Is this problem still existing? Only in stock - or on custom ROMs too?
Here is the thread:

Would be a dealbreaker for me...
Thanks in advance...

Hello everyone here. I recently tried couple Gingerbread ROMS, and with every ROM my phones screen is hot. How's that possible?

Totally agree, best phone ive owned.
You have the volume fix installed already. be aware that the multi touch issues may appear eventually after use as its not a constant issue.

No antenna bug neither in the bootloader screen, are you sure was fixed in the stocks/warehouse?
You see it from the baseband/kernel version?
I knew that fixed phones still have this bug on the bootloader, or i'm wrong?
AND DO NOT BRING ME BAD LUCK FOR THE MULTITOUCH OR OTHER BUG! >_<

In-call mic really low

I have a problem with my One X where people seem to hear me really distant. Anyone know a solution? The phone is about three weeks old too.

I've used various ROMs since the problem occurred to see if it fixed anything, but no luck. reckon its faulty?

Neither too old or too late. Looks like the issues you are having is because your problems are very specific, so unless someone has had the same issue, it's hard for anyone to help
Solved

Hello,I just got my M5,and Im kinda afraid after reading so many negative reviews.I have been using it for 3 days and its perfect and I got 2 years waranty, but will it have reboot and brick problems? Any experienced users here to explain this to me? Thanks in advance.
Nope it should be fine if you leave it as it is and don't start messing with the system unless experienced

I am experienced with unlocking bootloaders, installing custom kernels and roms, but Im not gonna do anything to my m5,too afraid it could brick or stop working. Thanks for the heads up
As it stands there's not a lot you can do with it, there's simply no development. Pity as it's a great phone.

The only problem I have is that when I play 720p 60fps or 1080p 60fps video on youtube it lags, and shows the video in choppy 30fps or lower.
