delete [APP][FREE][BETA][ANDROID] Nick's Blacklist - Call Blocker - Testing

Sorry this is no longer valid. Please delete.
Nick's Blacklist blocks all Contacts added to a group named "Phone Blacklist Group" (without the quotes). Please first create that group and add the contacts you wish to block.
This app was created for personal use of blacklisting certain numbers, spam and nuisance calls.
It's not a feature rich app.
- No fancy interface
- No logs of blocked calls (you can see the rejected calls in your phone's call logs)
- No SMS blocking
- No ads!
The idea behind blocking a Contacts Group instead of a list of numbers entered in the app by the user is that Contacts and Groups are synced in the users Google account. So in theory is never lost even if the app crashes or uninstalled.
Usage:
1. Create in your contacts a group named: "Phone Blacklist Group" (without the quotes)
2. Add in that group Contacts that you want to block (i.e. create a Contact called SPAM and add all the numbers you want to it).
3. Run Nick's Blacklist and select if you also want to block hidden numbers in incoming calls.
** WARNING
** PLEASE exclude this app from RAM cleaner apps and for Android 6+ please add it to the "Not Optimized" list in your battery settings.

message to a group

hi! i'm a recent buyer of rhodium... a question: it's possible to send the same message directly to a group of contacts? i don't think so... hi!
Click "To:" and you can add a person in.... i believe you can only add one person at a time, but you can send to multiples.
If someone knows how to drop multiple people in the "To:" field at once, I would like to know.
On the sprint 6.5 stock ROM, if you open "All People" (under "People") along the bottom are 5 categories : All, Favorites, Groups, Updates and Events, and Call History. If you select "groups", you can permanently assign many groups. Once a group is created it is saved and you can select it and easily send a text to any or all of the people in that group (there is a checkbox next to each contact). Hope this helps!

[Q] Message2Reg SMS deletion

Dear all,
in many themes and others, messages are managed by Message2Reg+ThrottleLauncher applications.
Those tools provide (only) the following features:
- SMS Refresh
- SMS Details
- SMS Next
- SMS Previous
Is there any way to delete SMS messages (via scripping or whatelse) ??
If not, I have always to open the native SMS application in order to delete messages and there is not a really full integration between themes and SMS management features.
Hope you can give me hints!
Thanks,
brontolo

Group profiles?

Is there anyway to create group profiles (within contacts) example my previous phone i could add contacts into a group and select a different ringtone for them so i know who to expect?
The reason why I am asking this as I'm assuming WP7 does not have any feature which can block a call, so rather than relying on an application i was hoping to add all contacts into a group that I want to ignore and just set the ringtone as silent as i previously had done with my old phone....
Many thanks in advance

[Q] How to alphabetically sort contacts in group?

If you add contacts into a group (says Favorite), those newly added contacts will be put at the end of the group, regardless of the contact name. How can we have it alphabetically sort the contact?
I know that Sense 4 allows to custom sort the contact in group, but why don't they alphabetically sorted by default (like any other phones)? It's kinda annoying if you add new contact to group and have to see where it should go.

How to Get Private Messaging System on Xioami redmi 1s

Xiaomi's MIUI has offers one amazing feature that is private messaging. This feature comes pre-loaded within the MIUI. In other Smartphones you might need to download third party apps to use this feature. You can use security settings in it and apply password to prevent unauthorized access. Also you can even designate private contacts that will send messages straight into the private folder. Follow the steps below to activate this feature:
1.Open messaging app.
2.Continue to swipe the screen downwards till the private message section appears.
See the attachments below
Thanks for the tut but I think that everyone is aware of the feature.
