Redmi 1S "4.3 JLS36C" / MIUI-JHCCNBD23.0 can I update?
Hi, can I update my Redmi 1S with "4.3 JLS36C" and "MIUI-JHCCNBD23.0" with a new MIUI 6 or 7?
I found so many threads and so many instruction that now I'm lost....
There is a guide with fastboot and MIUI 7 but I have OSX so I can't install the windows fastboot driver http://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-1s/general/redmi-1s-miui-7-5-8-22-installation-t3187550

Any one work on custom ROM Q for Redmi note 5 pro ?
Do you think that a custom recovery will be released soon for 9 pro max (excalibur)?
If so, will the custom development keep up like with 9s (curtana) ?
The two phones have the same specs except from the camera sensor, nfc and battery so I guess that cross development should be possible . Lastly..is there any telegram group that keeps up with the latest news about development?
