Flashing back to stock

Hi Guys,
My proximity sensor has broken (again ) and I need to unroot my phone and flash it back. I've been looking around and apparently I can use an RUU to get it back to stock however I'm not sure of which one to use. I'm in the UK and its on t-mobile unlocked.
Also will this get rid of clockwork recovery and put it back to stock too?
How do you know when your proximity sensor breaks?
Well the screen doesn't turn off in a call, also tested it with mysensors app, its happened before
Can anyone help me?
Hi,
check out this thread :

Proximity sensor issue

Hello,
I bought an HTC One X with a broken screen. I managed to replace by myself the screen and all seems to work fine except the proximity sensor. To test all sensors, I installed CPU-Z and I see that the proximity sends no information.
I forgot to test this sensor with the official HTC rom and this issue has been detected with Android Revolution HD 22.0 rom. I disassembled another time this smartphone to check if the cable was well plug but the issue remains.
The light sensor which is near the proximity sensor seems to works fine.
So my question is :
This issue could be come from the Android Revolution HD 22.0 rom because I forgot to flash something. I am S-On so before I flashed the room, I falshed with fastboot the boot.img. But I wonder about firmware and hboot because in the rom thread, they talk about it but I don't succeed to flash firmware without error

Sensors Broken after ROM Change

So, i'm completely lost. I was playing around with ROMs and mods (the RAM build.prop, for example), and now all my phone's sensors seem to be stuck.
I have reflashed back to completely stock ROM, taken official sprint update. Tried modded ROM, done factory resets, cleared/wiped everything, and still the issue persists.
It would appear my Gyroscope, Accelerometer, Proximity Sensor, and Compass are all not responding at all.
Right now i'm on rooted stock AOJ6.
Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe a corrupted sensor properties file or something similar like that? I'm completely at a loss.
Any help is appreciated.
Guys, it fixed itself. I booted into safe mode, restarted and all the sensors are working again.
I doubt it had anything to do with safe mode, as the sensors weren't working in safe mode.
I have no idea what could have done it. I wish I had a real answer for you.

Gyroscope and other sensors not working after recent updates. HELP!

Thank you for clicking on the thread.
I've loved my Zenfone 2 for a while now. I have the 64gb 1080p model. It was a well priced powerful phone for what I wanted.
However, I recently received an asus software update that completely borked the Gyroscope and some other sensors. I have read about similar issues online and testing the sensors reveals that they're not working.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have been unsuccessful in trying to install CyanogenMod13 or even TWRP/CWM. I rooted my phone and the bootloader is unlocked (white backscreen upon loading).
It seems as though ASUS doesn't want to fix this, would upgrading to a custom ROM provide firmware that would properly recognize and use the gyroscope as input?
I've tried wiping the system cache in the stock recovery, resetting to factory new and everything to no avail.
I am willing to "tip" or "pay" for someone's time if they can help me as I cannot auto-rotate or use any applications requiring certain sensors.
Thanks for your time.
I've upgraded to CM13 successfully now and the gyroscope is still not even recognized in Sensor applications. Is it hardware?
solution?
