Hello! Sometimes lags the interface in the subject. Re-flashing through the fastboot did not help. Tell me, can I somehow fix it?
Firmware is stock 7 android.

Which UI elements lag for you? SD625 isn't exactly beast of CPU, so it will lag/drop frames in some cases.

I have the same issue, it's hard to specify where exactly and after two days I think that it doesn't depend on where or which app, just every 10-15 secs the phone will lag for a milisecond, just a blink of an eye, not a big problem but a little bit annoying is it normal?

Hi, HTC Sense 4.0 multitask is very bad, i can't use 3 apps in the background at the same time, first i thing it's ICS problem but when i compare it with Galaxy S 3 i find that HTC really need to fix there multitask issue.
Checkout this video i create it:
here's the video link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Sw0ALWKCZ8 i don't know how to embed the video here ><"
Any one here can fix it ?
Is already a well known issue. Somehow people begin accepting it as a feature rather than issue.

Are there any known ways to tweak this behaviour or work around it? I'm finding it very annoying, as I'm using something like PVStar+ to play YouTube in the background (for audio), and suddenly it stops working because the One X has decided to kill it mid song or whatever.
When it starts killing active audio stream, I begin to have problems :-(

Tanks i'll try it now & report back
Thanks waz, will try that when I get home
Out of interest, does adjusting these values have any negative impact, or will the system still free up as and when required?

The only negatives was smaller benchmark scores, nothing else seemed slow with the multitasking enhacements.
HTC really know how to limit us, s-on crap, this multitasking lack and camera locked to 2MB pics. Fixed 2/3, multitasking and photos just under 8MB for colourful , detailed scenes. And we can install custom roms with a little inconvienence. Almlst 3/3 HTC your practices suck.
Love TSTO and played it often on my OG N7 but now that I have it on the N7 2013, it seems to be zoomed in rather close on the town and it's rather annoying.
Has anyone else noticed this with TSTO?
I guess I can't comment, but it seemed okay to me. Seemed too much like farmville; I couldn't get into it, though it did visually look nice.
Yes! Finally some one else seeing this issue. My guess is that the game is defaulting to the lowest resolution because it doesn't recognize our amazing n7 2 yet. Hopefully it will be optimized soon. It is also laggy at times. My original nexus 7 is much smoother and is more zoomed out. Kind of disappointing to have a better experience on older hardware but what can you do.

What about xposed framework app settings, You could try forcing a different dpi if the module is working.

Thanks for the suggestion! Just spent an hour or so without any luck, the game just closes upon login. Actually chrome is doing that as well...

Well if you are still wanting per app dpi, some of the current roms look to be offering it. May help with the games that can't figure out the N7's awesome new screen.
Ive got paranoid android, and it seems to be stuck showing a larger ui no matter what the dpi is.
Anyone having any issues with this?
Im on 4.4 and the sound seems distorted, and fuzzy. Almost like static.
4.4 issue? or just a general crappy app?
I have issue with my widgets after unlock. Most of the time after screen unlock, widgets disappear for one or two seconds. It looks like widgets reloading from some reason. I have tried factory reset, hard reset, even flash kdz file, but still no change.
Anyone have an idea what can be root of this problem?

Same here,
I don't think it's an issue...
Maybe it's normal ? Maybe a sort of deep sleep or something like that... ?

Same sentiments on LG G2...got ducking tired of it and switched to Nova!
It's not normal and it's the launcher. Launcher redraws do that.
If you have lots of apps running, well the launcher is "reloaded" when you go back home. Due to the nature of heavy things happening on the G3 lock screen I think this happens a lot.
Third party launchers alleviate the issue to some extent.
I also tried to edit build.prop file in system where i added ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1, but it didn't help.
There must be some way, how to keep launcher in memory.
By using third party launchers i will miss some widgets.
To solve this blink issue, I use AppSetting (Xposed Module) and i select "Resident" in settings of com.lge.launcher2.
Reboot, and you're done.
This option let your phone to keep this application in RAM.
Thanks...solve my problem

What worked for me was force stop Chrome and dont use it. use a different browser. So far no redraw.
fixed
I think this blink issue already fixed by new software update release couple days ago. I face the same problem then. Now no more blink in the home screen.
Title speaks itself. Please look at the bottom or right part. Anyone else facing this issue?

Yeah, I got that when playing intensive games like Driver and Nova. They were only on the loading screen for me, so I guess its some error in x86

Yeah I don't think there is any problem with it. Your hardware is fine
Glad to see i am not alone
Nova 3 is the one causing most of time, specially when you put it aside and take it back.
I haven't seen this question answered anywhere. If we assume correctly that black crush is software issue, does it mean custom roms shouldn't have it? Has anyone who tried one can confirm that this is the case?
it isn't fixed in custom ROM's either man.

nope, but using the screen balance app will do the trick for now

Using another app to fix screen problems is not a good solution. This probably means that it's actual hardware issue, which is sad
im using cr droid and my black crush gone. reason why i use custom rom because of black crush

Did you try playing a video with dark scenes? I barely had any issues with lockscreen, mainly on apps like youtube.
it's easier actually, just open a pic perfect black with something shiny/colored, and then zoom in and out, watch the black around that white/color. "works" for me on max brightness to replicate it.
the custom roms make it much less visible compared to miui though, and reducing the brightness to something sensible is always a good idea. on auto brightness i can't see it ever.
it's probably a hardware issue or smth in the display driver. but tbh it's not a big deal during every day use.

Yeah, it isn't a big issue or I would return it and buy the phone I wanted before this (Note 10 pro). But the fact is, there is an issue and it's sad that they allowed it to happen to upper midrange phone.
