Hello,
I was thinking is there any way to install windows 8 on galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition. I know that we do not have an intel processor but maybe there is a way to bypas that and make some dual boot system? Thanks for any info.
Best Regards
Windows 8 RT is closed source so it needs too much work to boot, extremely hard to make it stable beacuse lack of drivers.
Hello looking for a working solution to disable or bypass PIE (Position independent executables) on:
ASUS ZenFone2 (2GB Ram version)
Android 5.0
WW_2.20.40.139
I have apps that aren't working due to this error logged in SuperSU. I seen another thread on this but seems as if they are having issues with it and boot loops, I rather a fix for specifically this device if anyone knows?
Thanks.
Same for me Asus zenfone 5 lineageOS 14.1...need to bypass pie...please help...:crying:
So I'll start this off by saying I haven't used the official version of Pie, due to having an unlocked bootloader, and can't find a download so I can install manually. But here's my question:
I know the G6 Play supports 64-Bit, so are any of the Pie ROMs available on this phone 64-Bit? I'm currently using the Descendant GSI, and its 32. I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a 64-Bit version of Pie, if one even exists.

There is no 64bit rom available unfortunately. It would require someone building a rom specifically for our device compared to a gsi image. One can exist if someone decides to build a rom that is able to use the 64bit architecture but that alone would be a hassle not including already building one for the device in general. before this device got it's own forum this question was asked and answered way better than I can answer it lol
there's no relations between having an unlocked bootloader and not updating to pie, just as a note. as long as your phone is on stock stat, with no modifications, just go and upgrade.
Hi,
I want to please know if anyone has updated the Android Q beta on the Asus zenfone 5z? If yes then have you recieved any updates on it like beta version 4 or 5?? Because this information is not getting updated on Asus's official android q beta page which is disappointing.
Please let me know so that I may then plan to try it if its getting updates since may.
Using Android Q
I am using Android Q beta on my Asus Zenfone 5z. I would suggest don't install it. It is stable enough to be used but there is no update apart from the first release. It is stuck in May 2019 update and there seems to be no movement on this. You will lose the wide-angle camera and 4k 60fps video recording. Recently I am facing issue regarding Sim card ie, If I put the phone on flight mode or restart the phone then I have no network. I have to remove the sim slot and press the phone in the same area and then it works. It is smoother than ZenUI but I would suggest don't use it yet at least till they update to latest beta.

Thanks alot! I did installed it too but few months back and immediately reverted, that why I asked being in july now. Its really disappointing Asus being so slow for flagship phones and their customer service don't even know how to resolve few things. They just tell us to go to service centres which also don't have any knowledge. They don't listen to customers and fix issues thru software updates. Pixel phones are on beta version 5 now and our may release is I believe the third and that sucks.

Yes... I'm currently on ZenUi 6.0 with Android 10 on my Zenfone 5z 100.04.44.67
I'm on 100.04.44.67 and using this update from day1 it rolled out...and According to my experience till now, I faced this issues:
1st major issue:- It has 1 major bug in my case... during the*phone call*earpiece doesn't works needs to plug-in the earphones or use in speaker mode.
2nd:-Another issue is call of duty game restarts 1 time in battleground mode in each match, the game hangs and then we need to close the*app*n launch it again. You will be in the same position in the game again. This happens only in multiplayer battleground mode and only happens once per match.
3rd:- It isn't a stable update, its a beta 1*users*Android 10 update, so there are some bugs.
Till now i have came across those bugs.....apart from this Zen Ui 6.0 on top on Android 10 is pretty nice. Stock Android with extra features just like oxygen os.
The beta 2 fixes most of the beta 1 issue and is really smooth.

Hi Guys,
I installed TWRP, Lineage OS and the latest firmware.
Everything works great except for Audio.
Can you tell me what I forgot to make audio work?
TWRP Version twrp-3.3.1-0-nitrogen
Lineage OS Version lineage-16.0-20191016-UNOFFICIAL-nitrogen
Firmware Version: fw_nitrogen_miui_MIMAX3Global_V11.0.2.0.QEDMIXM_4eb86f33af_10.0
thanks
I read through all possible forums again and couldn't find any help.
Does anyone have any advice for me on what I can do?
Without audio, it's very bad
nice support
Most people dtay with MIUI or use Pie custom roms as there are problems with 10. So its hard for to help when You never used it.
Next proble is that You should to write in roms thread not here, so...
