Why I did this thread?
Because i own one of these device, and i'll try to collect all the information about it!
What i have done?
I rooted the device with KingRoot and before to restart and to erase my root functions I injected the BusyBox into it with the idea - I can replace all of the symbolic links and then to install SU + to unlock the bootloader - because I didn't see any other opportunity. Sadly the phone before that has restarted and I lost the root - forever. My screen - because the BusyBox injection changed my screen in high resolution and it's appear err from the Application launcher (perhaps the incompatible resolution). I installed the Es-Browser along KingoRoot PC and then Nova launcher - works.
Don't make any mistake with Alcatel Pixi 4_6-3G or another model, the similarity is in the processor, GPU, or RAM, but not in the file structure, partition architecture. Here is not any custom recovery which you can use.
Let's collect all the date, everybody who have this device and/or working about the: Rooting, Custom Rom, Custom recovery!

I got the same phone and same issue. Root on first try, phone resets when I try to do something, and root is gone. I can keep re-rooting it but when it resets, root is gone. You seem to be more knowledgeable than me so are you saying there's no way to get a custom recovery on this phone and no way to get Xposed Installer?
@klampth Figure anything out?
No way till now!
You can install Xposed but the effect will be the same like to me, with BusyBox injection - crashing of the launcher, you'll get smallest icons, because the high resolution.... from the implanted BusyBox or Xposed modules, which not will work anymore after the FPO reset but they will change the rules of your phone and..... crashed everything!
Sadly for now, here's no way, because I tried to find out a firmware for this device and I didn't. If we have an original firmware, we can experiment under a virtual machine. It's not a good idea to damage the phone (How I did it).
I was having that problem but i now have the phone fully rooted with super su
So i rooted my phone with king root and it rooted my phone on the 3rd try but i as well would lose root once it would reboot. So i downloaded on to my phone before i rooted it again its an app called super sume it takes king root off and replaces it with super su first time and everything. Hope it works for you so i put the download in a gmail account i emailed it to [email protected] password is supersume9 hope thats cool i only made it for the app link

INTEX CLOUD SWIFT
A device having power of 4g, USB OTG support, Hd display etc in a very affordabl price of 8000rs.
Review by droid_god
Didnt found much flows in hardware or software. But a thing to mention is that the 2500 mAh battery runs 8 hours on 3g downloading.
Now starting the specifications.
1--> DISPLAY
A 720*1280 resolution display with soft navigation buttons inside scren display, leaving only 720*1182 resolution as maine diaplay.
Hd resolution with 320dpi ands the device in the range of medium pixel density devices.
LCD panels display with MIRA VISION software where you can control pre definednset of assets ofndisplay like brightness, contrast, sharpness, color temperature, color quantity, and dynamic contrast.
Touchpanel is multitouch supported upto 5 fingures.
****the device minimum brightness is a little too high for night use. I recommend using an app named "Dimley".
2--> BACK CAMERA
8MP camera with resolution of 3840*2160 (16:9 ratio) and 3264*2448 (4:3 ratio) and 2160:2160 (1:1 ratio)
Camcoder having 1920*1080 as 1080p
Single Led flashlight and auto focus. zero shutter lag click option is awsome
3--> FRONT CAMERA
5MP camer with resolution of 3072*1728 (16:9 ratio) and 2560*1920 (4:3 ratio) and 1728*1728 (1:1 ratio)
Camcoder having 720*480 as 480p
No flashlight in front but zero lag shutter click option avilable
####The camera app is having good options to control the jpeg quality like sharpness, contrast, brightness, hue etc.
****i recommend using camera mx app
4--> CONNECTIVITY
Having dual sim comfort made more comfortable with 4g emabled on both sim.
Both sim can run on 2g/3g/4g.
Micro sim slots.
Wifi/hotspot/wifi direct features avilable. HotKnow is a good frature for connecting teo intex cloud swift devices together.
GPS for navigtion. Useful on offline maps for navigtion between places.
USB OTG supported. Run harddisk, flash drives, usb periferals, gamepads etc qith the devices.
Bluetooth having internet sharing option is good.
5--> BATTERY
2500 mAh 3.7V removable battery is just barable with this device. The battery is not made to last a day, but can go at 6-8 hours for gamers and 20-25 hours on 2g moderate use amd 40-48 hours of no internet and moderate use with less screen wakeups.
Battery drains from 100% to 88% in 1:55 hours of playing Hd movie at full volume and lowest brightness.
Brothers in arms 3 drain approx 3-5% battery in one stage. While caatle defence drain 3-5% battery in 4-5 stages.
Music playback is good eminem 17 song album drin 8% battery.
****i do not recommend downloading any dattery defender or app like that. They simply run background and consumes.more battery.
6--> PERFORMENCE AND STORAGE
3gb RAM (2.8gb usable) is very fast. I never got a hang in my 2 and a half month use of the device havng more than 30 apps installed and 6 big games like gangster vagus and brother in arms 3 and mortal kombat x.
Quad core 1.3ghz cortex a53 processor gave the device wings and withbtht power you can play two games one at foreground while other at background.
MALI T720 gpu giving device graphics a peak performence and quality ballance. Thia gpu can take heavy loads of graphics without lags. I playes brother in arms 3 and gangster vagus and mortal kombat x at highest graphics without lag.
internal 16gb (11.5gb to 11.2gb usable) and an external support of 128gb. Have a single sd card slot.
Basically while on 3g use and all apps updating like whatsapp, facebook all gapps, twitter, 1.3 gb is free RAM sonyounjever face a hang problem.
****do not install any RAM booster they drain battery and kills system.apps sometimes creating trouble.in longrun.
7--> SENSORS
ACCELOMETER
PROXMITY SENSOR
LIGHT SENSOR
THERMAL SENSOR (for battery and other motherboard related hardwares)
8--> SPECIALS
Device is packed with amazing features like Smart Wake feature and Smart Wake feature and gesture control boosting devuce user interface to extremes level. MIRA VISION is a mind blowing feature to use.HotKnot is a feature like sony's NFC.
Lollipop 5.1 version used in this device allows uaer to move apps and huge game data to external sd card and save internal space WITHOUT ROITING.
After using device inthink intex will release a marshmellow update. But i dont know when.
Device have its oum sound enhansments for speaker, head phones and bluetooth.
These are the features packed in a very affordable android device. Now time to look at bugs and loops in devices.
1--> to download big apps from play store. You have to unmount your sd card first then download big apps from play store.after doing that mount your sd card and move app to sd card. Then after moving app , manually move data of that app to sd card.
2--> have many pre installed bloatwares. They cant be stotally removed.
3--> a low power battery for heavy users.
4--> camera have no special sensor like BSI, XMOR etc
5-->default gallery app is robust and did not refines images on zooming.
Hi guys, moto g4 plus using Snapdragon 617 Processor, this processor support 1080P 60fps record but g4 plus have to feature 1080p 30fps. Will be 1080p 60fps mod ? because as g4 plus same power too phones recording [email protected], for example samsung galaxy S5
https://www.qualcomm.com/products/snapdragon/processors/617
I think the camera sensor is not compatible
But it's just my thinking

There are 3 things you have to look at when deciding what resolution & speed a phone records a video...
1. Camera sensor
2. The ISP
3. The software implementation
1. Camera sensor - Omnivison OV16860
A quick look at the OmniVision site tells me that the G4 Plus sensor "supports high-quality slow motion video capture with full field of view (FOV). The sensor can capture 16-megapixel images and video at 45 fps, ultra-high resolution 4K2K video at 60 fps, and 1080p high definition (HD) video at 120 fps via high speed D-PHY and C-PHY interfaces"
What does this mean? It means that yes, our phone CAN record 1080p60 videos, & actually a lot more....
2. ISP - Snapdragon 617
It is very well known that this is a decent mid-tier SoC and has good capabilities.... But how much exactly...?
Multiple google searches led me to this -
"14.9GB/s b/w GPU Adreno 405 Adreno 405 "Next-gen" Adreno "Next-gen" Adreno Encode/
Decode 1080p H.264
1080p30 HEVC, decode 1080p H.264
1080p60 HEVC, decode 2160p30, 1080p120
H.264 & HEVC 2160p30, 1080p120
H.264 & HEVC Camera/ISP 21MP Dual ISP"
Which means yes, our phone can decode 1080p60 videos (seems to be HEVC only)
3. Software implementation -
Now this is where your answer is... Motorola has to develop (or fork) device drivers & libraries for the particular sensor & ISP. Now, on a mid-range phone for the masses, why would you spend so many development hours on trying to get 1080p60, only for it to eat away its high-range market's share. The G4 Plus is already more than capable to disrupt high range phones (ex - Moto Z Play), and if you add extra features, it'll either be costlier or everybody will buy ONLY this phone.
Long story short, Motorola hasn't included the SW implementation and/or device libs required for 1080p60. If you want it, you have to develop it yourself from Motorola's device libs & kernel.... Parts of which are closed source... Which means you can't.
Only solution is to reverse engineer/ get open source device libs for the sensor, make your changes, integrate it back into the kernel (& the system) & HOPE it works.
Similar discussion was held in the Moto G2 forums, that device was capable of 1080p recording, whereas it only had 720p in SW... Similar conclusion in the end.
Very interesting.

Even if that abs tweak work ,It doesn't support nougat.
I think ABS TWEAK is for 60 fps playback and not camera mod. IMHO

Which means yes, our phone can decode 1080p60 videos (seems to be HEVC only)

That is DECODING - processing video files to send data to the LCD screen.
You need to look at the ENCODING process - making data files from data from the image sensor. That is a different hardware block on the chip. All I could find is that SD617 supports: "Up to 1080p video capture @60 FPS".
Datasheet doesn't say more, it's even more confusing because it says [email protected]: https://www.qualcomm.com/media/documents/files/snapdragon-617-processor-product-brief.pdf
Also, remember that, if you save on the external SD card, it's speed might not be enough to keep up with writing the video file. Some cheap cards have horrible writing performance.
It requires driver and HALs
Hi, just bought a Redmi Note 5 with MIUI 9.5.6.0 just two days ago. When i run Pokemongo and Pokemongo (dual apps) in split screen, only one of the Pokemongo is running while the other is not. Only when i tap the other session thats the only time the app would run.
I tried running pokemongo and youtube in split screen. And has the same result, only one is running. I have friends using Redmi 5 Plus with MIUI 9.5.9.0 that can run pokemongo and pokemongo (dual apps) concurrently in split screen.
Please advise what should i do the make my split screen to run concurrently in MIUI 9.5.6.0.
Thanks in Advance.
Regards,
Scuzzyboy
Exactly same issue as yours. Same MIUI version. Only when the pokemon go at the bottom will work. The top one freezes. Any clue?
Go back to home screen, tap the 'not running' pokemongo.

I think it's box of GPS
POKEMON GO uses GPS and real-time location
And we can't play in split box
At 1 time only 1 game use GPS so it could be freezes

i have seen redmi note 4x (snapdragon 625) and redmi 5 plus that are running 2 pokemongo concurrently.
since redmi note 5 has the snapdragon 636 and miui 9 installed. then this split screen feature should work. but for some reason it doesn't. i even try running pokemongo and youtube in split screen and the result is the same.
I face the same issue too. The top screen will freeze when the second screen is loaded. Like what others suggested, go to the "home" page, and tap on the shortcut to the (top screen) app again. It will unfreeze in a few seconds.
I own a Note 5 Plus and Note 5 Pro, and noticed that Note 5 Plus doesn't have this problem.

Hello, does that mean split mode with the two applications running at the same time do not work with the Xiaomi note 5 pro ?
Did Anyone find a solution or it is definitaly not compatible ?
there are another phone or rom that can use 2 instance for pokemon at the same time without pausing each other?
Update MIUI to 9.5.13 and you are good
I'm using the Xiaomi Mi 8 (256gb storage + 6gb RAM) and I can run 2 Pokémon go accounts simultaneously without any issues. I can even jump into a raid with both accounts, have it on split screen and battle using both my accounts at the exact same time. I love this phone even more just for this reason
Go to Developer options and turn on "MIUI Optimization". Both the instances of Pokemon Go should be working concurrently now.
I had it working both simultaneously but I upgraded to Android pie and I can't use dual apps anymore. Is anyone having trouble doing this with pie or is it just me.
Hi, I'm having an issue with my redmi 8 dual app. The apps don't fit split screens when I try toggling between apps

Hello, Did you have any luck with this? is it the Rectangle or Triangle mirror? I am after the FW for the Rectangular version T26OTK,
So Far I have found links (on 4PDA) to the 1126OTK (Rectangle boots but no GPS, Sound rear cam etc. ) , the DMSA5E (Triangle, boots with system error, and image upside down and no touch etc. ), BITE (Rectangle 4GB version, no boot), 1188OT (no boot) but not the T26OTK ( rectangle 2GB version)
The seller has sent me the wrong FW (twice) and its taken months to get that far, I don't like my luck.
