What is AICP?
AICP is known by someone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since than evolved as a mature rom with the BEST community you can find!!!
Rom has always been AOKP based so expect all AOKP goodies + new additions.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or AOKP team if it conserns their modifications. This rom isn't AOKP supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy JB. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has GAPPS, custom dpi & xposed persistance in between dirty flashes
Feel free to use ANY 4.4.4 GAPPS packages.

couple of screenshots.

This rom is a monster, so many options to customize and tweak it and it may took some hours to figure out everything. :good: Thx!
I don't know if i just didn't find it yet, or if it is just not possible to add some more tiles on the quick settings panel.
Second, i enabled force high end graphics but the status bar stays black and doesn't change to transparent. DSB is not working too. Is this a known bug and/or can anybody confirm this?

Its not this problem, I'm not remember where in AICP this option is but this is enabled Navigation Ring, you should disable it and turn on phone again.

It is not ROM issue I think. ART activation is susceptible to separate apps. Like Xposed and others... Maybe due to this.

Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

It is included the stock screen rotation upsidedown, with inversion of volume buttons, speaker and mic ??

Good job! But upset that there is no Radio app and if disable pop-up notifications, disappear animations of notification in the status bar (full empty status bar). - need to restart interface.

The best !!!

Hi there, first of all thanks for your great work Scutariu. You really saved my experience with this terminal. I believe it is a great device and that we are not so few after all, even if I struggled a bit before finding this thread and support I must admit, attentions go all to his bigger brother unfortunately. The stock rom was so sluggish, terrible and heavy demanding on battery... this AICP port brought new life to my 6039Y.
I've been on this rom for few weeks now and I can confirm it's pretty stable everywhere, until now I've encountered only few bugs so I registered to report them:
1- if you start a call from the dialer and reduce it with home button, then you go in the quick settings menu and long press on the running call banner, the notifications banner with the 3 icons will show [attached at this post] . Now if you press the crossed BELL icon (that I don't know exactly the purpose of it probably to deactivate all sounds from the app?) and you go back to dialer app and now press again home button or task button the phone will strangely reboot (fast reboot) everytime. This behaviour is not exclusive to the dialer, it happened also with WhatsApp calls banner whenever you press the damned bell icon, I suspect is something to do with the notifications menu. Yes I know I should just not click that, but hopefully this can be fixed and I would like to know if this happens to others or just to me.
2- I've have an italian SIM and operator, weirdly on quick settings menu the operator tile will only show a series of numbers (SIM ID) instead of the operator name. Why?
3- The stock email app always shows duplicated mails from my Gmail account. This happens every time I receive a new mail, the app will show me the same mail twice but the first one will uniquely contain the object and title of the main mail, while the second last one will be the full and correct mail. This won't happen on my other outlook account in there. It's a pity I really like the minimalistic style of the mail app and I wouldn't like to install a third party cancer substitute.

Dead development - the end
Hello xda friends I just wanted to let you all know that I spoke through PM with Scutariu the ROM creator, he told me he unfortunately lost all his files and so this project is to be considered ultimately dead. The ROM and the Kernel will not be updated anymore in the future. :crying:
Still this remains the best ROM for this device, no doubt. :good:

flash cos12.1 first, then flash twrp, then volte modem and then this rom with gapps.

apologies for the huge amount of duplicate threads this morning. there was some issue while submitting threads but now the duplicate threads have been deleted and this thread has been edited.
Lets give it a new start.

It's okay guys, it(multiple threads) surely be by mistake, most probably due to XDA bug where some people aren't able to see the posts or threads they made, which makes them to repost, but all of a sudden boom, all appear at a time. By the way I tried the initial build, which was smooth, there were very few minor bugs(which I reported to OP along with few people who tested it), I guess they were addressed on the subsequent builds(although I didn't try the subsequent builds).
Good luck to OP & thanks for bringing this ROM to us. :good:

vpn tethering works on your rom ?? in every oreo rom even official zui i use http injector+blackline toolbox but when i tether the conecttion on my pc a lot of webpages does not load any idea i wanna android oreo but im nougat for this cause any idea how to fix vpn tethering in oreo ??

Hi @subh_028, does this rom has the apple earpod incompatibility (mic not working While making calls....) ? I see that bug in roms like aex,pixel experience and jaguar.... Please confirm if this rom also has that.....

Please make sure you download the correct version of Bliss for your specific device. The links are labeled clearly.
*Make sure you are rooted.
*Make sure you have a custom recovery installed. (TWRP is the preferred recovery)
*Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package.
*Boot into recovery.
*Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
*Flash Bliss Rom
*Flash Google Apps package (for 6.0!)
*First boot may take up to 10 minutes​
If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, and is not a known issue with CM,
please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you time, as well as us.
-Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
-After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
-Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
-As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
-Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
-Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.
-You can also open trouble tickets on our website for bugs.

Now I can't directly help you with this as now I am no more a S3 neo owner
But I can ask the main rom porter regarding this problem and I will inform you ASAP.....

The navigation program finds satellites, but the location is not determined. I like the firmware, but I would fix it.
