Hello, I am running 14.1-20170809-NIGHTLY-i9300. It is great.
I connect via bluetooth to another phone (Windows), which shares mobile data. Is there a way how to make the connection persistent? So if it disconnects the i9300 would try to reconnect.
Thank you

Hello.
At work we have wifi network that has no interent, I use that network to transfer files from phone to computer, however whenever I connect to that network my phone looses interent connection too, because wifi become the only active network.
Is there a way allow 3g/4g network while connected to wifi?
Thank you.
P.S.
Using rooted stock rom.
Nope. One or the other

Sorry, but I can't believe that.
On Windows, for example, you can specify order, priority, of the adapters at which system will use to connect to the interent. It has to be something similar in Linux/Android...
Has anyone tried using this feature? I.E. connecting the phone to a PC and giving that connected computer internet capabilities?
I've just tried this the other day and every time I do it, it drops the wifi and connects it straight through 4g.
Is there anyway to have it connect through wifi instead?

As far as I am aware, the tethering functions that comes with htc and every other android phone are hardware restricted to only pass on 3g/4g networks. So in short, no.
Hi, i was trying to find out if I could be connected to WiFi with ny nexus 7 and then use a Hotspot to broadcast the WiFi I am connected to. The reason I want to do this is because my ps4 is blocked on the router so I wanted to try this to get around it. Any help is appreciated.

You can't do it this way because when you broadcast WiFi, you disconnect from any WiFi you were previously connected to.
If you have a spare router, you can connect it to 'the router' using an ethernet cable and use it as an access point.
Hi,
I recently tried using the Hotspot on my F62 and tried connecting my laptop to it.
The laptop connects but shows : 'Secured, no internet'.
But my data connection is very much working. Speed test shows 8-9 Mbs upload and download. Also data works fine with YouTube etc.
I tried connecting other devices/TV to my Hotspot, but it's the same.
Can someone help ? Thanks!

Change hotspot 5GHz to 2GHz.
Configure it in hotspot settings
Is it possible to have this working on the S10e running LOS 19.1? I can see the WiFi dongle in my WiFi list and also the Bluetooth connection. It keeps trying to make the connection every minute or so but can't. My VPN is also disabled for this just in case. I can get connected using USB but not wirelessly. Thanks...
Anyone??
