LG G3 D855 (ar) brick or hardbrick. - G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi.
As several, I'm having problems with my LG G3
Code D855AR.
Device Manager displays "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" (com7) o (com5)
LGFlashTool2014 shows port (usb or serial) not found
Only with the battery, there is no way to turn it on.
The only time the screen turns on is with the USB cable.
If I connect to the charger, it does not turn on the led.
If I connect by USB + vol I go into download mode.
After the download mode it shows the "firmware update" screen but stays at 0% and does nothing. (just below "user B95").
I open the program Lg Mobile Support Tool and then download the disk (not the cell) the actulization. it tells me the following steps:
1 - Disconnect USB and battery.
2 - Connect battery
3 - Connect USB
4 - Press the power button on the phone for 5 seconds and then press "restart" to update.
Obviously, every time I do that, the phone does absolutely nothing and I start over.
It's been 1 hour since the cell phone no longer responds to the USB connection. The PC recognizes it but nothing more.
Any help will be grateful ... I read several of the aids but as the cell phone does not do half the things I can not find a solution.

Test point for LG G3 to force into Qualcomm 9008

I have a LG G3 D850 that is bricked. When I go into download mode (Volume up + USB plugged in), phone display shows "download mode" then goes black. On my Windows 8.1 it shows QHUSB_Bulk in device manager. From I have read, you need to force the phone into Qualcomm 9008 mode by shorting the test points. Does anyone know how to do this?

G4 doesn't boot, doesn't factory reset and reboot itself during kdz flash

Hello!
I'm trying to flash an H815AR with v20.KDZ and LGUP, but I'm struggling, first to get it to boot into firmware update mode (when I press vol up button and connect the usb from the pc to the phone it's a lottery to get it into download mode and even there I need to play lottery again to see if it boots into firmware update mode, which happened only two times on 20 tries), and then it reboot itself during the update and the program LGUP will show an error message that the phone has been disconnected (tried diferent cables).
The phone wont't start, and factory reset will do nothing (just freez the phone).
Sometimes the phone is recognized as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008(COMx)" where the x is the port number, and if I'm lucky I can get it into download mode only to see that it's not being recognized.
If I get lucky on firmware update mode, it shows on device manager like this "LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port".
I have tried in diferent computers, both with win 10.
Any suggestion is more than welcome!

Bricked my LGG3

Hello everyone,
so here's my problem:
Wednesday morning i took my phone out of my pocket and had a blackscreen. I tried to restart it and took out the batterie but i always got stuck in the LG Logo or a bootloop. Since i had TWRP and lineage OS installed, i tried to go into the twrp menu with the factory mode (power button + volume down) but after the "double yes" i always got a blackscreen.
So i went into the internet to fix it myself. I tried the "LG Flash Tool 2014" with the kdz. reset & the other Flash tool with the tot. reset. Both didnt recognize my phone. At this point, the only thing that worked was the download mode BUT not the recovery mode that usually comes after it. It just showed the download mode for some seconds and then a black screen. Later i noticed that my phone showed as a "qualcomm device" in the device manager, and the internet said that this was bad. So i used "Board diag" and "Smart boot diag" to fix it, but at the point where the device should have restarted, and the download mode should have worked WITH the recovery mode, i always ONLY had the 6 second download mode. After messing a bit with "Board Diag" i even got it to show up as LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port in the device manager, which apparently was even more bad and only way to go back to qualcomm was to shorten the pins which i did. And it worked BUT now i was back with the qualcomm stuff.
So as you can see, i've prety much run i circles since wednesday... Iam now at a point where 3 different thingscan happen when I try to put my LG into download mode (volume up + usb cable):
1. Its recognized as a unknown device which is constantly connecting and diconnecting, so iam assuming my phone is bootlooping with a black screen.
2. The download mode icon shows on my phone and disappears after some seconds but my pc fails to recognize it.
3. Nothing happens and the screen stays black
When i only connect the usb cable, it shows a stuck charging icon for some seconds and then goes black. Connecting without a battery shows the "missing battery icon". I tried with 2 pc's, both having the LG mobile driver 4.2 and the qualcomm driver installed AND beeing in testmode. Both don't recognize the device. I also tried 2 batteries on my phone but it changes nothing.
I have a D855. And i know that my situation is pretty f*cked but maybe someone i able to help me anyway. Thanks alot.

Hard bricked...Need a solution :(

Hello,I recently flash a wrong file and now my device is straight up dead no logo nothing the led blinks for a mini second and turns off I tried using qfil and mi flash but it was getting detected as 900e port and wasn't even detected on mi flash I tried updating drivers and got it to 9008 but still it would get stuck forever when I hit download asap in qfil or would show some sahara port error and still no detection on mi flash even in 9008 mode I tried over 50+ times using the button combinations to get it to 9008 mode but every time it would be 900e any solution other than deep flash as I have just one type c cable and I may screw up
Press volume up key for 15 seconds, then press power button & insert usb (within a second) to pc..it will get it to edl mode..
probably your only way out is deep flashing, i've been through this
any solution for this ? i'm suffering the same

S4 Mini dead after unsucessful update.

My S4 Mini started to update yesterday but it never completed. The phone is now completely dead - nothing ever appears on the screen.
If I connect it to my computer I can see Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader9008 (COM4). This disappears if I remove the battery, but not if I turn the phone off using the switch on the side.
I have downloaded Odin3 V3.09, but nothing appears in the ID:COM box.
I have also downloaded I9195IXXS1AQA7_I9195IOXX1AOF1_I9195IXXU1AOD2_HOME.tar.md5 from droidthunder.com as this appears to be the correct file to install.
How do I get my phone working again?
Thanks
David
In my haste I forgot to post the following information:
Model: GT_I9195
SSN: I9195GSMH
I am connected to the O2 network in UK.
I have now discovered that, when the phone is connected to a USB socket on my laptop and Device Manager is showing Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader9008 as a COM port, if I hold down the power switch for 15 seconds and continue holding it down the Qualcom port disappears from the list. It reappears as soon as I release the power switch.
Does this suggest a faulty switch?
