Market Syncronization

Hi all!
There's a way to sync market between phone and site?
The problem is that I have uninstalled some apps ( on device )but they continue to appear in "my apps" section ( on both device and market.android.com ).
This is frustrating cause after a full wipe, the market reinstall them automatically even if they were not installed before the wipe!
Thanks in advance for the answers
No one?
I believe they should auto sync. Maybe u need to refresh it. Go to remove app option, find the market app and select clear data. Do not select remove option. This clears the list of installed apps and searched words. When u go into market again it should refresh the list of installed apps.

Is there a chance that the apps that still appear in Market are ones you have purchased? Because paid apps stay there. You prolly realize this, but worth a shot. Also, you should consider using Appbrain app market, I thoroughly enjoy it.

Unused/Deleted Apps - Google Play Store - Support Reply

This may be covered in another thread, but i just received this from google support regarding my continued ***** about not being able to delete unused, uninstalled, non working apps listed on the play store granted.. they still show up on the web but now its not on my GSIII any longer.. Thank god... it took google too long to address this issue: :good:
Thank you for contacting Google. At this time, there is no way to delete records of old apps from the Google Play website (play.google.com).
However, if you're running the latest version (3.9+) of the Google Play Store app on your device (to find out the version you're running, launch Google Play, then tap Settings > Build version), you have the ability to remove apps from your My Apps list. At this time, the latest version of the Google Play Store app is slowly being released to devices around the world.
To do so, open the Google Play Store app > My Apps > All, tap the gray circle on the app you want to remove, then tap OK to confirm. You can select multiple apps to remove from the list by long-pressing an app, then tapping more apps in the list.
Note that you will only see the gray circle for apps that are not installed on that device. Removing an app from your My Apps list will uninstall the app from any other devices associated with your account. To get an app back that you've removed from your My Apps list, you must re-download the item from Google Play. If you remove a purchased app, there's no need to re-purchase that app - simply visit the app's details page on Google Play and re-install it.
If you're still running a version of the Google Play Store app below 3.9, you will not be able to remove apps from your My Apps list.

Danielle

I wish every time you deleted an app the list didn't refresh all the way to the top.. Also after rom installs do they come back and show again?

No they do not. They are also removed from the PC version when you log on from there. It makes it so much easier to try and an app and then delete it for good out of your list.
Nice to be able to finally batch delete...now if only we could batch install...

Well..you can now...the downside? Batch remove isn't available anymore.
The list doesnt refresh anymore thank god. It was so irritating when each time you erase the app from the list you have to scroll again to the point where you stopped before removing the app from the list. And I just got to know that you can actually select multiple apps from that list and install them at once instead of going to each app and pressing intall. COOL!!!

[APP] App Chooser, Default App Manager and Share Apps

I've come across 3 apps which are all about a better Android user experience and app management, they're all free to download from the Playstore; read on to find out more, screenshots and APK's attached at the bottom of this post.
I always wanted a way to restrict the number of options available to me in the 'Share Via' options of Android when sharing a photo or other file. Something perhaps a future rom could have?
For now theres a neat little App which does just that, AppChooser lets you choose which apps you want available to choose from when sharing a file.
Long press an app in the list to hide it from view, and future view
Click the arrow in the top right of the window and it shows two arrows. Now you can share the file via multiple methods.
Arrange available apps by frequency of use, name etc
It doesnt replace your existing 'Share Via' method, but you can set it as default so the Android method wont show in the future.

Coming on to default apps, I know of two ways of dealing with default apps, clear all defaults or go to each app individually to clear the default.
Default App Manager lets you view all you defaulted apps in one manageable list and also lets you see which apps you can set defaults for and set as appropriate. Very handy and saves alot of time.

The final app i wanted to share is, well, Share Apps . Share Apps is something missing from my Nexus 4 and my current rom. Using Share Apps I can select a single app or multiple apps to share from an easy to use app.

All three apps are well made and require little to no permissions, so there's really nothing to loose. Give them a try and experience a better Android user experience. Click on the links above or download them directly from this post. :good:
Hit the thanks button if you've found this post useful :good: and be sure to show your support to the developers of these apps by leaving positive reviews
wow txz man
u rock man... .txz for the apps... :good:
Pity AppChooser is no longer available. Is this v2 the latest one?
Late enough, it works in kitkat on a galaxy s4.
Also, this thread is the only place I could find this app as a direct download. Other google hits download something to do with an egg, and then that wants to be an app store, and then maybe you'd find this app.

I've seen posts that say the Dev ended support for the app in 2012. Given that this thread is from 2013 I'm hopeful it's the final build, but I haven't looked very hard.
It works OK on my phone with 4.2.2, but there doesn't seem to be a way to set it as the default app for the share action as described in several blogs. Any ideas on that?
It's not what Google would want me to do, but I had to. Couldn't find App Chooser, and Andmade doesn't work with my Lolliop gallery. My preferred app for sharing photos was "below the fold" in the Share with options in Gallery. So, I uninstalled Google Plus and Hangouts, which is what it took to get my preferred app to appear. You go to Settings, Apps, Uninstall Updates and then Disabled.
Thank you @Wezi for the post. It actually helped me around to find AppChooser Pro 2.0.0. I have downloaded it through Aptoide and happily using it on my LG G3 D850 (AT&T) with Candy5 5.1.1.
Anybody want to try, kindly download it from Aptoide. I tried sharing link for file on Dropbox but as I am new to the forum, I am not allowed to post external link as per the policy. Once I shall be allowed to do so, I will share the link. You are welcome to PM me and will share the same.
Enjoy!

[Q] Install Updated App Not Available in Play Store???

Hi guys I just wanted to know if an app is updated but the update makes it incompatible with my device (eg. Whatsapp) and I use a service such as:
apps evozi com [apk-downloader] - I can't post outside URLs
Will I be able to update it from the Play Store when a new version comes out (which now becomes compatible) or do I have to uninstall and then re-install from the Play Store?
*Can someone also recommend an app or service that does what I want with regards to so-called incompatibility issues/not available in my country, and installing without taking away the Play Store advantages of auto updates and the like...
Thanks in advance
Use only trusted source to download
Some 3rd Party apps such as 1mobile and any other other than GooglePLAY AND AMAZON.DOES NOT FILTER APPS ACCORDING TO DEVICE COMPATIBILITY.
COMPATIBILITY ISSUES USE CAN BE OF ANY TYPE LIKE...
SCREEN RESOLUTION,PROCESSORS,BUTTONS SOUND CONFIGURATIONS ETC.
SOME TIME DUE TO ANTI VIRUS ALSO REFUSE TO INSTALL AS IT FIND SOME SUSPECTED WORMS,SPY,AD WARES...
PLZ HIT THANKS IF I HELPED.

[Q] [ROOT] Could we allow split screen with any app via root?

Currently split screen is very limited on the G4, can't split screen any of the apps I actually want to like I could on my S6, shame really. Anyone think once root is released this limit to apps that few care about could be lifted? It'd be nice to be able to split screen Facebook & Kik again for example, sucks not having that .
When root comes out yes u can enable all apps in splitscreen u can download biuld prop editor and change a value.

Already done. See above link. I think there is an App in the Play Store that can actually do this for you. I think 1 method unlocks ALL apps and the Play Store just lets you customize which ones are allowed. The benefit of selecting which ones are allowed is so you don't have to scour through a ton of apps to find what you want. For me I would probably only use Phone, Email, Gmail, Chrome, XDA, Hangouts, Messaging, etc.
