I did the same thing on my previous phone Lenovo vibe P1
You messed up the broadband bands for the rest of the world,the US have there own bands
I fixed it with the qpst software from Qualcomm and a qcn backup from someone with the same phone
You just have to restore the back up
It's somewhat tricky if you don't have any experience
Something else that could work is a TWRP backup of the efs partition it think is called, just restore it and you're good to go.

How to relock bootloader on Moto z play XT-1635-02,
I tried to lock using fastboot but it did not work, it shows a error at phone startup that bootloader is unlocked .... any solution for this ?
I think you have to do the full procedure on motorola's site
FLASH AND RELOCK YOUR DEVICE https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/standalone/bootloader/recovery-images
After downloading the image for your device:
Make sure you have a Moto Pure Edition or a Developer Edition device.
Make sure you download the corresponding recovery image from the above portal.
To flash, put the phone in fastboot mode:
1. Power OFF your device
2. Then Power ON + Volume Down
Alternatively, you can reboot into fastboot mode if you have adb...adb reboot bootloader.
Next flash the images using fastboot:
$ fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
$ fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
$ fastboot reboot-bootloader
$ fastboot flash logo logo.bin
$ fastboot flash boot boot.img
$ fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
$ fastboot flash system system.img
$ fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
$ fastboot erase modemst1
$ fastboot erase modemst2
$ fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
$ fastboot reboot
You also have the option to erase all the data on your device with
$ fastboot erase userdata
$ fastboot erase cache
After performing this sequence, you can relock your device with
$ fastboot oem lock

I think you can find images for your device on another thread.
Edit : you can't right now. The images available are unsigned (not official from lenovo) so you can just go back to stock. Sorry for wrong information.

Presumably they'd have to provide you with signed software to flash so you could relock. It seems they don't want said signed software out in the wild. So my guess is no. But if you have the time and motivation, go for it. Worst that happens is they say no.

You can contact Moto Support at the link below. You can then send in your phone and they will re-lock the bootloader and flash a signed original OS.

Android pay.
If you're on MM still, flash the kernel with the f2fs fix, root with Magisk, turn on magic hide, EVERYTHING works, including android pay
Google pay, Pokémon GO, etc
Sent from my Motorola XT1635-02 using XDA Labs
Yeah. Those all work with magisk. There's even a thread next to this one on my xda Moto z play page where Morph from this thread says how he got it working on 7.0....
And Morph's Magisk on nougat post

Hi friends
Please give me suggestion or guide how to solve problem about handset booting after mistakenly handset OEM locked through fastboot
It enter to fastboot mode but not going to recovery mode or restart in system mode
Is there any solution
If yes then please help me
fastboot oem unlock ?
Actually ive unlocked OEM and install twrp recovery and installed freedom os
Then while checking OEM status ive enter command fastboot OEM lock
It ask me I've pressed yes after that the massage is came after restart as your device is corrupt it can't be trusted and will not boot
After that it enter to fastboot but not going to recovery mode or system
While type command in fastboot OEM unlock massege come failed
This happens because your bootloader has been unlocked at one time. There is no going back, even if you use "fastboot oem lock" later.
Edit: Just noticed the part about your device will not boot. You need to find the system image and flash it. I read somewhere today that OnePlus just released the system image for 4.7.4.
Can you unlock again?
@op, IMHO the best possible solution will be to flash stock rom image and stock recovery if required but I think when you flash stock image it will also flash stock recovery.
When you turn off the phone and boot it with VOLUME UP plus POWER, this should send you straight away to Fastboot. Try if you can unlock again, otherwise... bad luck - you'll need a restore session with 1+.

Not to be unrespectful, but you're wrong, it is absolutely possible to relock bootloader without problems.
IMHO, trouble happened because he had a custom rom onboard... and a locked bootloader does exactly its purpose... to not boot insecure firmware!

After looking into it further, I agree with you. That's what I get for having a bootloader-locked Samsung device for two years. I must be getting rusty!
Yes, the bootloader can be re-locked. There may still be a tamper flag as with previous OnePlus devices. But having a locked bootloader with non-OEM software would likely cause the problem he is describing. So, he needs to flash the factory image from bootloader.
I've requested to 1+support for restore remote session
Support send me file link and l2 will assist me in within 2 days
DO NOT RELOCK BOOTLOADER UNLESS U READ UP FIRST!!!!!, its worth just waiting the few seconds after reboot, then to go and try to relock the bootloader

it become as company new mobile

Did you by any chance re-lock the bootloader with a custom recovery and custom ROM flashed?
It's because of custom recovery.
Just flash stock recovery image before locking the bootloader.
This fixed for me.

You unlocked bootloader, flashed rom (custom) and relocked bootloader? Never lock your bootloader on a custom rom! Just enter fastboot again flash twrp (manual/force reboot recovery), copy internal storage to pc then wipe/format everything. Format data. Factory reset then flash latest official rom and reboot
Solution to Lock Bootloader:- Go to Fastboot Mode,
Type :
fastboot oem relock (Bootloader unlock code without bracket)
I finally submitted my device to service centre
Needed a help in locking bootloader of Honor 8 Pro Indian Variant DUK- L09 C675.
I flashed Latest Oreo update through TWRP with the help of DUK_FullOTA_ROM_flasher method but the bootloader is still unlocked....
If anyone could help me with this as I have to visit service centre related to mic issue.
Connect to your computer, restart to fastboot mode and use "fastboot oem lock". Make sure you have a stock recovery and ROM on it, because the locked bootloader will not boot anything else.

I have a Google Version P1XL 128 GB black and the guy I bought it from was tinkering a bit and flashed a minimalist ROM and somehow deleted the IMEI. I flashed a fresh stock ROM using Skipsoft and relocked the BL to see if it would fix it and no luck. SIM isnt recognized and the IMEI shows unknown. I used fastboot and command fastboot getvar all and it does show the IMEI there. What do I do to make it work again?

Unlock the BL, manually flash the stock factory image to both slots A and B, and make sure you flash the radio file as well. After that do a factory reset and reboot and see if it works.
If not, write down the IMEI from the fastboot command and have a repair shop re write the IMEI back to the phone.

My bootloader is locked mate. Ive got unlock key but I can not unlock it again because system will not boot. It was booting when bootloader was unlocked then stopped after re-lock. I have to go to developers settings and tick oem unlock allowed but I can not due to system error.
Share more detail about your phone's current state. If possible share images or a video of your phone behavior. I might can help you to unlock it.
