Button combo for F500 G4 reset from recovery? - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Guys, how do you factory reset your F500 with buttons, from recovery? After update to Nougat even LG method do not work. It says to press volume up and power firstly which I've never read such method before
I only managed F500 either to show IMEI info or simply boot to home screen, can't factory reset

From off it should be hold vol- & power. When LG screen comes up, let go of power for 1 second and press again (keeping vol- pressed whole time). Keep these held and you should get to factory reset option. then use vol+ & vol- to move up and down and power to select.

What device model do you have?

Stuck on bootloop after KDZ-ing bricked Optimus G (Canadian version)

Hi guys,
I have an E973 (Canadian version) and recently it got bricked. So I decided to restore to stock using KDZ files. Thing is, once the KDZ process ended I was stuck on a boot loop so I used wipe.bat but everytime I use that file, I end up with this screen.
I can still get in Download mode and Recovery though. If I turn the phone off, it will just restart and get stuck on the LG logo again.. i've tried doing the whole process again and again but it's not working..
HELP PLEASE. (((
Thanks!

Press and hold Volume Down Key + Power/Lock Key at the same time isn't doing anything..

Correct way is
Both volume keys pressed' than press power
You will get a fastboot kinda screen
Now press volume down twice
Now press power
USB cable should be un plugged
Also if this doesn't work, go to download mode and flash kdz again.

So, as you said, I turned off the phone, pressed on both volume keys THEN power button and it's not doing anything.. I've tried to flash Kdz multiple times before posting this topic.. I really don't know what to do..
When KDZ-ing, patience is a virtue.

Try just Volume Down and Power, not both volume keys. Or just google Optimus G hard reset.

Try the power button and volume down combinacion
Or only the volume down pressed on turning on your device
Are some button combinacion which may help factory reset your phone

Solution found and solved...
Press and hold volume down + Home + Power until black screen that says Factory Reset shows.
Then press power button 3 times to reset the phone. I did this many times before but it didn't work that's why I posted for help but for some reason this time it works..Maybe all 3 buttons need to be pressed at precise the same time..I don't know, but it works.. Hope it helps others...Thanks

Cannot get to recovery via hardware keys [F400L]

Hello, I recently unlocked my device via Bump, but unfurtunately, I cant get to my recovery via hardware keys (but I can via adb and app). Can somebody help me please?
Edit: I tried sort of methods, volume down+ power then release then press again.
Try holding both the volume down and power at the same time without releasing the power button. That's how mine is.
Well i had a G2 and it was hold the power + volume down until you saw the LG Logo then release them for a second then re hold the power + volume down again. i have a Verizon lg g3 or the VS985 model and kept trying that over and over after i bumped my G3, and after trying for like 10 mins i figured out that it was different all i have to do on my vs985 is keep holding power + volume down until the white screen comes on where you select factory reset to gwt in to TWRP
Still no luck guys, what is wrong with my unit .

F400L Recovery

Hello everybody.
I've installed bump on my Korean G3 (F400L) recently. But i can't get into recovery using back buttons.
From the app (Flashify) through "Reboot into recovery" everything is ok.
But when i try to boot using volume button, it doesnt work. It boots into safe mode.
I've tried:
- Volume down + Power, on LG logo release and press again Power;
- Volume down + Power, on LG logo release and press again Volume down;
- Volume down + Power, on LG logo release and press again Both;
- Volume down + Power, keep pressing;
And every time it boots into safe mode.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Same here on the F400K, I know somebody else with F400K that also can't go into recovery while booting. While the phone is booted I can boot into recovery but the problem is that if I get a bootloop I can't acces recovery
I hope there will be a fix

Restarted phone and now stuck in bootloop. No root, custom recovery.

My Moto G5 is stuck in a bootloop after i restarted it... I haven't ever flashed anything on it, no root, no custom recovery not even unlocked thr bootloader... What can I do about it?

The main option is to a factory reset
Turn phone off
Press volume down & whilst holding it down also hold power button
Use volume keys to scroll to recovery & power button to select
When the android logo appears hold power button then with it held press volume up
At the recovery menu press volume down until you reach wipe data/factory reset
Press power button to select
Use volume down & power button again to confirm
All data will be wiped and your phone will restart
Thanks
