Hi guys,
My nexus 7 does not respond any touches eventhough screen did not broken , when i touch the screen nothing happens, should i change the screen or is there a way to fix this problem with a software ?

If you are rooted try ts10 from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=45183659. It pretty much solved the same issue i had on both of my tablets .
Edit: i tried this on lollipop and would not boot but it works fine on kk.

I updated to lollipop but rolled back to kk because xposed doesn't work, the touch problem was still happening. I tried what this video suggests and no improvement. http://youtu.be/cOnccu6Nbl0 the ts10 doesn't totally fix the problem but it makes it MUCH better. Every few days when it comes back, I wipe cache n dalvik and it is usable again.

It seems like its a 5.0 issue. I had zero issues on 4.4.4, now this just crap. Is google aware?

might absolutely have to do with hardware. look carefully at the connectors, detach then re-seat them tightly.

So, With this trick i assure you that You're gonna be no more dissatisfied with your galaxy A50/A70 fingerprint. So this is the trick here:
Step 1: Remove all previously set fingerprints.
Step 2: Settings -> Display --> Enable Touch Sensitivity.
Step 3: Set Fingerprints Again.
Step 4: Settings -> Display --> Disable Touch Sensitivity.
That's all. Now you can enjoy a fast fingerprint similar to any 3d fingerprint sensor. ☺

It seems so fast to me?. you just need to capture your fingers well and turn of the touch sensitivity...
Well it's "faster" in that I don't have to try 3-4 times for the damn fingerprint to capture. Now fingerprint is actually usable. Thanks!

Not sure if anyone mentioned yet, but i have found, that turn off blue light a switch Amoled from Adaptive to basic colors incresed speed of FP.. Can anyone test?

It doesn't work. It just the same if you delete your fingerprint and it again. Works only for 1 day and goes back to the same.

Increasing the sensitivity has nothing to do with the fingerprint sensor detection speed. It increases the sensitivity/response of the screen & not fingerprint sensor.
Developers at Samsung can increase the speed of indisplay fingerprint scanner if they improve the Fp_Api, service routine & hal vendor.
It's currently not open source, ofcourse, hence no Open side development is possible.
Btw, Jerry rig confirmed on his A50 teardown that the A50 fingerprint sensor is of newer generation.

no usable , very annoying and frustrating after enable logging on apps websites etc.

For everyone who wants to remove the fingerprint animation, that greatly decreases the time to unlock the device, you just have to:
1 - Install the app Settings Database Editor
2 - Open the app
3 - Touch on "+ Add new setting"
4 - Type fod_animation_type
5 - Save changes
6 - Set 4 as value
7 - Save changes
8 - Done
This app does not require root.
To enable the animation again just remove that setting or edit the value (to 1 or 2 or even 3)

Useful instruction, I think many will come in handy and like it. Only the speed does not seem to affect, either for the better or for the worse. But still, turning off the animation - a useful thing).

Why u bought mi a3 if u didn't want stock android ?
The speed gain from this is minimal, though without the animation you can tell that the delay is probably the software's fault and not the sensors . Just put your finger on the sensor and remove it immediately. You 'll see that it unlocks but with the same delay as if you had your finger on it. So from my point of view there's still hope for a faster unlock on a future update.
Wish there was a way to remove vibration. Sometimes i dont want to unlock, but it must vibrate.

Go to Settings - Accessibility - Vibration and set Touch Vibration to off.

I wanted to ask if there is a way to fix the below Issue I am having with the red magic 5g global edition
When I screen shot and click share button it always replies back fail to share.
The Phone App the cal log is showing from old to new like the old is on top and new on bottom, for me that's weird I know the latest phone call should be on top not the oldest call.
Nextflix is showing for me always in SD not HD that's weird on my wife iPhone it's showing in HD

For Netflix, widevine level is 3 that's why but it is being worked on to change to L1 so as to get HD content

Yes, unfortunately widevine level for RM5G problems can't be fixed via software and obviously it'll be herculean task to ask everyone to send in their devices.
So, Nubia is looking forward to fixing that issue in upcoming devices including the S version.
Maybe you can get a modded Netflix app that will display HD despite the device's widevine level
