I brought my phone over to t-mobile from google fi and pay the extra $5 a month to get wifi tethering but I can't get any device to get past the phone.
Each device i tether will connect to the phone get a 192.168.x.x address and it can ping the gateway ie the phone no problem but can't get to any routed IP address or DNS name.
I have contacted t-mobile and they see nothing wrong on there end.
I am running 7.1.2 currently and it has not been working since at least 7.1.0.
I believe it worked on google fi while i was using that service but can't 100% confirm as its been several months and can't recall a specific time I used the hotspot.
I don't pay extra, so the only way I found i can tether is to put my network on 3G. I switched a month ago using their getoutofthered promo.
Are the devices being assigned an IP address? I had this problem with my Nexus 6 store bought. I searched and searched and search, never found anything. Flashed a custom room one day and it worked. Factory flashed a image to be stock and it worked.
My suggestion, try downloading latest image off Google, and flash it.

Add this line to your build.prop:
"net.tethering.noprovisioning=true"
And then reboot your phone. Goto your setting, enable hotspot, and connect a device.

My plan only allows for tethering up to 512kbps, if I pay for 5 bucks more a month for the one plus plan then I get 10gb of LTE tethering. I have a Verizon pixel xl that is unable to be unlocked, so I can't add that line.

are your APN settings correct for tmo? have you tried a 3rd party app like foxfi to test if it's the built in tethering only that is affected?
Any update on this? My Pixel XL I realized the hotspot has stopped working as well with tmo. It was a brand new Pixel activated first on tmo and then just recently I activated a ProjectFi number/service on it, but just to get the SIM working and the Fi SIM went into a One Plus phone. So I am strongly thinking that the hotspot likely stopped working when that was done.
Just now I've tried resetting network data, clearing storage and uninstalling Project Fi app, checking APN and resetting to defaults, and various reboots inbetween. Nothing has worked yet.

Ok resetting my phone to factory default worked. How annoying though!
I've had this problem ever since switching to T-Mobile, and this is what fixed it for me:
(a) deleted all duplicate APNS (for some reason I had 2x of each the normal, IMS, and MMS APNS)
(b) merged the MMSC settings into the T-Mobile US 260 APN (add the MMSC from the MMS APN)
(c) added the following to APN type: default,supl,mms,dun
(d)forced APN protocol to IPv6 only
(e)deleted the MMS APN
Derosnec's solution worked for me.
Derosnec solution worked on my Pixel XL using T-Mobile
The solution worked perfectly.

Thank you derosnec. I created a new APN with all the stuff and for the apn type I have
default,supl,mms,hipri,fota,dun
it appears the dun fixed the problem

Are you getting high-speed hotspot using this (assuming a normal un-grandfathered ONE plan without the hotspot option) or this just allowed you to use a hotspot at the standard 512kbps speed?
Hey guys for non nerds/experts like you what would be the steps to accomplish that? Lol
I just switched to Pixel 3a XL from iPhones on T-Mobile. On the Pixel I'm experiencing a super slow speeds when I connect another device on the pixel?'s hotspot while on the iPhones I always had almost as much speed on connected devices as on the device itself. Any ideas why? Thanks!

Has anyone got this phone (stock or otherwise) working on Straight Talk? I have activated my BYOP AT&T sim, I have 4g, speed test app shows its beating out my Verizon 3g, so that seems about right for HSPA+.
Here's the issue I can't send MMS's (It goes to Sending then to Queued for sending then many minutes later will timeout), and if I send a MMS to this phone, I get a SMS with a link to viewmymessage.com which consistently gives me a "504 Gateway Time-out - The web server is not responding" when trying to view it on the phones browser. It loads fine from any other device or pc. (Side question: Is that really how MMS is implemented on ST?). I've tried almost every APN setting I could find on Google and ST customer service was painfully unhelpful finally telling me to "Talk to Sony".
Besides the speed test and a few web pages, the 4g seems really slow and laggy, I get the feeling its having trouble resolving addresses. Google Play updates will sit for a good 45 seconds before the 0KB/xxKB comes up, and then after that it will chug along at what I imagine 1x speed is like. Acting on this DNS/resolving theory, I installed Opera and put in a proxy, I was then able to load up the viewmymessage site without problems... Any ideas?
Sorry, I can't help much but I've been using straight talk for 2 months now with no problems. Data is fine and I have been able to send and receive mms. I used the apn settings that came in the book with the SIM Card.

$45/st for 2mb/s data or $55/red pocket for 10+ mb/s

As of right now my sister only makes me pay $50 for the data on her VZ family plan, grandfathered in with unlimited data (w/ good LTE coverage), so $55 is going in the wrong direction.
Anyway, my settings are exactly like yours pictured and still the same. Its either got to be ST's servers or a bad SIM. While browsing XDA I found out my Bionic can do GSM so I popped in my ST SIM and same deal, only difference was I had EDGE for data. I didn't check if that pic site worked, I'll save that for tomorrow, along with figuring out how to get my bionic back on CDMA :laugh:
I just bought an xperia ion as well and had MMS working for the first day with the settings in the book.
Since that point I constantly get a "Queued for sending" and then an error when trying to send. When I am receiving messages I get "Message not downloaded"
I feel like I have search and tested for hours various MMS settings for stratightalk including the 66.209.11.33, mms2.tracfone.com, and proxy.mvno.tracfone.com all on port 80 with http://mmsc.cingular.com as the MMSC number MCC 310 and MNC 410.
If anyone with an ion could help it would be appreciated. Again it was working for one day so I am not sure what went wrong.
My phone apparently ended up being provisioned wrong, most reps told me my phone was broke and to contact Sony, but I finally got a ST rep that went through their system and found whatever error was on their side that prevented me from sending. I got the "Message not downloaded" error a few times too, but he said it was likely due to poor service, I don't know how much I believed that, but I did get most pictures to come through. I ended up returning the phone soon after so I can't attest to how it turned out long term (I felt like the data connection was very high in latency and the signal strength fluctuated too much). Hope that helps.

I just reset the APN settings to default, added a new apn with your settings and it is still queuing the messages. Really strange. I have never had a problem with the MMS settings on any of my other smartphones on straight talk. Interesting. I am not sure what to try next. Calling straighttalk customer service tends to not resolve anything. lol
Thanks for your support!

Got MMS working GREAT: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1931586
Ok people... After searching and searching and searching some more... I now have EVERYTHING working on the Ion with Straight Talk. The current ROM I am using is MIUI, however, this should be the same clean across the board...
If I do not mention a specific setting here for the APN, then assume nothing, and leave it blank. Seriously. These settings for the most part are close to what everyone else is saying, but I was still getting a proxy conflict, causing Data/Web to drop out periodically. Until now. Now EVERYTHING works flawlessly...Data/Web/Calls/MMS, ETC.
So, here we go... We will be making 2 APN's CaSe sensiTivE.
APN 1
Name = Straight Talk
APN = att.mvno
Proxy = proxy.mvno.tracfone.com
Port = 80
MMS Port = 80
MCC = 310
MNC = 410
APN Type = default,supl
If you have the option for APN protocol, set it to IPv4
NOTE: Yes, there are two port listings in this APN, that is not a mistake
APN 2
Name = MMS
APN = att.mvno
MMSC = http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS Port = 80
MCC = 310
MNC = 410
APN type = mms
Again...If you have the option for APN protocol, set it to IPv4
Now select the first APN as your primary, and you are good to go. (If this was done correctly, you should not be able to select the MMS APN at all)
Please remember what I said...If you do not see it listed for a setting, DO NOT change it.
If I use this ATT compatible micro sim card, does it matter if the phone is locked or unlocked ?
(will it work properly on Straight talk is it's locked)
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Straight-Talk-Post-Paid-Micro-SIM-AT-T-Bring-Your-Own-Phone-Card/21550826
Can I watch a couple of Netflix movies every day, or will they terminate my service ? ( I know this question has been asked before, but I always get different answers, even from Straight talk customer support)
Please keep in mind that my reply is based on my own experience with the company so far...
If you abuse the data, they "could" throttle you or terminate it until your next "refill" ... However, I have not had that issue. I have far exceded 3GB data this month, and no throttling of any kind. NO text or calls from them either.
My phone is rooted, but NOT Sim unlocked, nor bootloader unlcoked. And it works just fine.
You WILL lose LTE, but honestly, for what I was paying -vs- what I'm paying now... I feel it was a fair trade

So the straight talk AT&T micro sim will activate this phone regardless if it's locked or unlocked ?
Does unlocking the Ion enable lte or is it just a given that straight talk doesn't provide lte access ?

Yes, you can use the ATT microsim from StraightTalk without unlocking the phone. And StraightTalk just doesn't offer LTE...Yet... We will see what the future holds

The preferred network type is "WCDMA preferred
My HSPDA/3G is not working properly.
I'm not sure I have 3g cause it's always saying 'H'.
But that's not the problem. the speed is good enough for me.
The problem is that when i use my 'mobile internet'.
It most of the times load 1 or 2 pages en then it said "Verification with proxyserver failed" or just "page not found".
or sometimes a lot of missing images on webpages, same problem with another browser (I tried Dolphin), and a lot of disconnects with facebook.
Sometimes it happends with the Play Store (market) to.
On wifi there's no problem at all.
I had another rom before (Sorry, can't remember the name) but it was also Android 4.04 with Arknight Kernel and that gave me exactly the same problem.
I did a full system/data/cache/wipe.
Now I use JJhybrid Rom v3.2 With kernel: 2.6.32 9-Doomkernel #5.
I also tried the ping-test I found in in thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=660627
But that gives no errors.
It's also NOT a sim-card problem.
I swapped sim cards with a friend and in his phone everything works just fine (not an Arc S)
With his sim-card in my phone. still the same problem.
I also went to my provider and they tried with their sim-card en checked the apn settings.
I also tried flashing different basebands .36 .64 .70 .72 and now on .73 but that makes no difference.
It looks like on 2G everything is working just fine (but it's so sloooow).
I also searched XDA en the internet but I cannot find someone with an SE Xperia Arc S to have this problem.
The weird thing about this, is that a collegue of me also has an Arc S with the same problem.
That arc s is using official SE 4.0.4 ROM (I don't know the exact build, cause the phone is not here).
These phones were bought in a different store with about 3-4 months between them.
Is there something I did wrong with flashing? or something else? Or is this probably a hardware problem?
For the rest, is the phone working great, no other problems at all, no signal loss or stuff.
This problem appeared suddenly, from 1 day to another.
I live in belgium and my carrier (provider) is 'mobistar'.
Thanks in advance!
with kind regards,
Jo
H stands for HSPA, High-Speed Packet Access.
HSPA is 3,5G which is faster version of 3G(UMTS).
HSPA consists of HSDPA and HSUPA, High-Speed Download/Upload Packet Access.
If you see H, then your mobile internet is working correctly.

That is the problem.
I removed proxy from APN settings, and it helped me with market issues (it wouldnt download sometimes). Im using Simobil Vodafone and since proxy was only used to access Vodafone Live!, its quite unnecessery.
to do that, go to Settings > Wireless & networks > more > Mobile networks > Acces Point Names (APNs)
click on the one you use for internet, write down the proxy (in case you need it again), and just remove it. Menu > save, and youre good to go.
If your SP is one of those who block editing APNs, create a new one, and copy everything except proxy.
Im not saying this is sure fix, but since you get proxy errors, removing it may help.
I presume everything is okay on wifi, right?

Thanks a lot! that just solved my problem.
I went multiple times to my carrier shop (mobistar) and they configured a couple of times.
I called about 5 times my customer service and they always told me to put an ip-adress bij PROXY.
I just called my customer service again, to check with them again, and now suddenly they say there have to be nothing in proxy.
Thank you so much for solving my problem!!
have a nice day

Man, thank you! I was losing hope to find the cause for my poor 3g performance and it seems this fixed it.
I have been using the following APN settings with various phones on Straight Talk with a T-Mobile sim for the last two years with no problems.
APN: wap.tracfone
Proxy: empty
Port: empty
MMSC: http://mms.tracfone.com
MMS proxy: 216.165.155
MMS port: 8080
MCC: 310
MNC: 260
APN type: *
I got the over the air update this morning which included LTE and now my internet connection doesn't work. Can anyone please provide me with updated APN settings so that my internet connection will work again. :highfive:

Update: Found out that during the firmware update/flash, my old APN was deleted and replaced with the fast.t-mobile APN and that's why it wasn't working. I reentered the old APN that I posted above and all is well again. However, I have seen some people saying that the new fast.t-mobile APN works fine for them on Straight Talk with no adjustments needed. I wonder why it only works for some and not all?
Good question! I found those settings on the net and they worked so I never bothered to mess with them. I took out the MMS proxy that you mentioned and it still works and actually seems a bit quicker to send/receive MMS. Thanks for catching that.

I am really curious about this too. I read about everyone on other MVNO's being able to use fast.t-mobile.com but with my straight talk sim the only thing that I can get data working with is the wap.tracfone apn settings. I am not in an area with LTE turned on yet though so no way to test anyway. I'd be curious if a straight talk user in an LTE enabled area already still gets LTE service with the wap.tracfone apn.
The fast.T-Mobile apn would not work for straight talk. If that was the case then you wouldn't have needed to change your apn in the first place. You need to use straight talk apn for straight talk. Just like you need T-Mobile apn for T-Mobile or at&t apn for at&t.

The fast.T-Mobile apn would not work for straight talk. If that was the case then you wouldn't have needed to change your apn in the first place. You need to use straight talk apn for straight talk. Just like you need T-Mobile apn for T-Mobile or at&t apn for at&t.

People were reporting that the fast.t-mobile was working with no changes needed on other MVNOs such as Simple Mobile. Just curious as to why it would work on others but not ST?
That appears to be the case I guess what we have to wait for is someone with a tmo straight talk sim in an lte area.

I believe people that said they were getting service e with the fast tmobile apn are full of ****. It doesn't make sense T-Mobile is not going to let anyone with there apn settings connect to there service. If that was the case anyone with a gsm phone e could simply change there Apn settings and use tmobiles data. My girl still uses straight talk and I put here sim card in my note 2 and no data at all with any apn execpt the service I pay for from straight talk and the straight talk apn settings.

I have not updated yet, but do you get that message if you turn off LTE in settings?

I have been using Straight talk without any issues until the update. It cleared my APN i put it back in and all was well for a couple of days until today. I have nothing at all as far as data goes. I am running the normal ole straight talk apn. When I run T-mobile APN I get 4g data icon but nothing works. If i remove the wap from my straight talk apn i get an indicator I have data working again but it doesn't work. The moment I put the wap. back into the APN everything stops working. The weird part is how it was fine for a couple of days after the update and now today it isn't.

Exactly the same situation here and the ST APN is much much slower than the one posted in the first post of this thread. Does anyone have a resolution to this? Is it possible to undo the update?
Yeah I wouldn't even mind if my data was a little slower but today I have zero data. I had it yesterday after the update but today it just stopped working out of nowhere. If you change the APN to anything besides wap.tracfone it says it connects to 4g but obviously nothing happens. Talked to straight talk and they said it must be my phones fault and refused to do anything (typical). Hope someone can figure out how to get around this.

Whoops my bad! >_<
Well I let the phone sit overnight and it was working fine this morning with the same APN straight talk recommends.
You aren't crazy the same thing happened to me last night I think something was down I couldn't get any connectivity with straight talks apn if I switched to the tmo apn the 4g icon would come up but no data would go through after a few hours the straight talk apn started working again. I thought maybe I had finally used too much data, but reading on the straight talk forums last night it wasn't an isolated issue.

I had to ask because those settings were for "dumb phones" and I figured it would be slower. In fact, I don't even use port 8080 because in my inconclusive tests the speed tests were slower 90% of the time. Glad I was able to help in some way, lol. The LTE (fast.t-mobile.com) APN settings said I needed to sign into network.

hi, I have verizon htc one running on stock 4.4.3, sense 6.0. I want to use it in europe on gsm network, voice and text works perfectly, but I can not use data because I can't add new APN. there is not options to add new one in access point names. when press on three dots just comes up "reset to default". so what should I do now?
I would call vzw to unlock your SIM, then plug in a prepaid SIM from a local European carrier.

found, I should enter mcc mnc codes, thanks
I have this same issue. I was already overseas, and couldn't add or edit the APN I needed to use for O2.
I've called Verizon multiple times and they say "it's already unlocked" over and over again.
Is there anybody out there with a Verizon HTC One and is able to edit the APN data? If so, what did you do to get the phone to allow you to do that?
same here. using a Verizon HTC One (M7) on Rogers network in Canada. i cannot edit the existing APN or add a new one at all. i am connected to the internet, but it shows an 'E' instead of '4G', and it's very slow. any work arounds?
also, when i try changing Network Preferences and adding Rogers' MNC, (302720), it tells me my Network Preferences list is full and won't save anything when, in fact, it's actually completely empty! any ideas?

Does Rogers use LTE band 13? If not, you will not get 4G. As for HSPA/3G for GSM, the phone only has 900 and 2100 mhz for it. So if your carrier doesn't support those frequencies, you are stuck on edge (E).
http://www.htc.com/us/smartphones/htc-one-m7/
Specs tab shows the frequencies I discussed that the phone can support.
Edit: I also put this info on our Q&A thread.
Q2: can I SIM unlock this phone for other carriers?
The m7wlv comes SIM unlocked out of the box. It only works on certain frequencies. See if your carrier supports the below frequencies.
CDMA: 800/1900MHZ,
UMTS/HSPA: 900/2100MHz,
GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900MHz,
LTE: 700MHz (Band 13)(only Verizon uses this LTE band thus far)

Did you go to network preferences and click add....then click operator list. Scroll down the monster list and add Rogers wireless? Once you add it you need to reboot for the apns to autopopulate. With the new way of doing it they autopopulate.

Screenshot?
here (as you can see, the list is empty, but it's telling me that it's full!):
and when i add Rogers Wireless by entering the MCC / MNC manually, i'll get this:
and going back to the previous page gives this message:
also, i cannot edit or add any APNs at all.
i'm sure it's the phone. is it SIM locked? (it shouldn't be given that it's from Verizon, but i got it as a replacement from Verizon because my first one had a faulty GPS, and it was refurbished.)
any ideas?

When you click add.. don't click add network code. Click operator list.
i didn't click on anything. that's the window that pops up when i go t Network Preferences List. i cannot do anything else.
i really think it's a phone software issue (the same phone, using a Verizon SIM card, was able to connect to Rogers' 3G network while roaming)...something must have messed up the software. funny thing is that with the Verizon SIM card, i could look at the operator list and add/edit the APN and all that.
is there any way, short of a factory reset, to revert the settings back? could it be that the phone is really SIM locked?
Having the exact same problem
I'm having the exact same problems as those described above... I am on a fully stock Verizon M7 with the latest official release. Not rooted.
- cannot add new apn.... Option missing from he apn menu
- when i attempt to edit the existing apn, all i can do is edit one line... The apn itself. All other lines are grey and will not allow me to change the settings.
- with a non Verizon sim in the phone i was also having the " network list full" errors described above...
I was in Europe with Lebara mobile sim and was able to get on 3g but it was unstable as apn settings were incorrect and not editable. I was in the UK on a 3 mobile sim and all was the same. Now back in the US, the same problems above with apn add/edit are still there though my "available networks" settings are behaving normally with the Verizon sim in there.
IT must be something wacky with this build or Sense 6 as my GF is also on Verizon and her Razr Maxx had none of the above problems as she travelled with me with the same carrier sim cards as i was using.
yeah, it's very annoying. maybe we should contact Verizon to figure out what's going on.
Exact same problem - no option to add APN or add network

I have an HTC One with the exact same problem. It won't let me put in the proper settings to activate mobile data on the Mexican Telcel network. It was a Verizon phone which is unlocked and will do voice and text but since the APN settings are not allowed to be edited it is not data capable. I'm in Mexico for a few months and this is ridiculous. According to Verizon "of course your phone is unlocked. We haven't sold locked phones in years." I guess they aren't locked now they are disabled or crippled when you try to take them to other networks. BTW this isn't just a problem of us not knowing how to input APNs, this is the problem of the phone not allowing editing at all. Very, very frustrating. Especially when you find out that root is almost impossible when it has the latest over the air update.
Factory Reset Doex Not Fix This
Confirming that factory reset does not fix this. So don't waste your time... Ih yeah, and HTC backup and restore service is down until further notice... Another fun surprise
Maybe I'm wrong but I thought you needed to be boot loader unlocked and s off to edit the apn and mcc list since they are system level files. You need read/write ability for the system in order to do that which requires root.
nevermind
^ what does this "nevermind" refer to?
Got a great deal on an unlocked Sprint LG G8. Have a few annoying issues that are really bothering me.
I am unable to send and receive photos in text messages. I followed all the instructions to update the APN to be compatible with Tmobile.
Called T-Mobile and they put the IMEI number into their system and played with the settings on their end. They assured me that the photos in sms messages should be going through without issues.
I assume that there no chance to flash Tmobile LG G8 firmware on my LG G8? I was able to do that on my Galaxy S7 Edge. I would like to get wifi calling too. So many issues that are just annoying. One would think LG wouldn't mind letting people flash carrier based firmwares like Samsung does, especially considering that they are struggling with sales and need more customers.
I bought a refurb Sprint Unlocked for my GF to use on ATT. Just got it today and popped my TMO sim in. Didnt call them for anything, let the APNs auto populate and tested the following:
4GLTE+ icon comes up just like on my OnePlus 7 Pro, same # of bars/ signal strength
Calls - even with VOLTE enabled, the indicator says 3G when you make a call (assuming data goes to 3g like it would on sprint on a call but who knows)
VM- Stupid VM and Caller ID app dont work (sprint), but it dials to VM when you hold 1 key
SMS- works fine- sent a msg to a Verizon #
MMS- works fine- sent a pic to an email address
Internet- no issues , didnt do a speed test
Are you able to use LTE Band 71 on T-Mobile using your unlocked Sprint LG G8?
This has been talked about already in another thread but what you do is type ##data# and a menu pops up go tap on the apn and select view. On the top right you see the 3 dots click on it and reset that should do the trick. The reason for not being able to send picture is because the apn cant be edit so the apn is auto and is correct but not the mmsc part.

Tried this after manually entering a few variants of the Tmobile APN settings from Google, at least for me, didn't work. Not sure if other people have had better luck.
Seems like some of the MMS related APN config defaults to sprint urls. SMS, Data, and voice seems fine though.

Yep, I get the sense that the fact the resetting the apn settings from the ##data# menu results in Sprint data populating into some fields and remaining uneditable.. is part of the problem. But can't find a workaround.
The reason I asked was because when i stuck my cricket sim in my sprint g8 the apn were automatic push to the apn settings and i could text and web but couldnt send mms pictures. So i went into the ##data# menu and looked at the apn setting which was correct but when i looked at the mmsc setting it was sprints like yours. After I reseted the apn to default i went back to look at the mmsc and to my amazement it was changed to aiowireless. after i was able to send pictures. Do you have your sim in there? Can you call tmobile to push the apns to you?

That's very good to hear. Were you able to test if 3G/4G HSPA(+) also works for data as it should? You should be able to find the option to use that instead of LTE by going to Settings->Wireless & Networks->Mobile Network->Preferred network type then select GSM only. Then browse the internet and maybe do a speed test--if you have at least 4/5 bars of 4G HSPA+ download speeds should be anywhere from 6-14Mbps. Myself and a few other people have been wondering since that's what you fall to if you don't have a good LTE signal so would greatly appreciate if you could check.
I'm having some disappointing results with the Sprint LG G8 on T-Mobile (Mint) in my home, and wondering if anyone has any experience that might help.
I was able to get data working without any issue after running ##data# and resetting the APN settings, but actual phone call functionality is a different story.
85%+ of the time I'm in my home I'm unable to place outgoing calls and when called my phone goes directly to voicemail. This is despite having decent to good T-Mobile LTE coverage. The obvious conclusion is that I'm getting spotty UMTS signal and/or the phone is not switching effectively between the two radio technologies.
To get any calling at all I had to switch the radio mode to "LTE/UMTS auto (PRL)" in the service menu accessed by *#*#4636#*#* but this also unchecks the VoLTE provisioning slider. When calling works anywhere, the signal icon changes from LTE to 3G.

I appreciate the reply! I tried this and it's about the same for me unfortunately (which is to say, not really working) I did notice that it says voice connection and data connection are both LTE, and I wonder if that's part of the issue.
I have another device that natively works with VoLTE and WiFi Calling on T-Mobile and it works very well in my home, it's just a shame this phone isn't quite there.
I can't make calls via lte or volte. it switches to 3g but at least now it always receives and makes calls.

Found this on reddit. It reset the apn and get a new one. Now i am able to sent and receive mms.
Try ##SCRTN# on one device and see if it fixes it.
(It erases cellular programming and should reactivate automatically after a few minutes)
I have had so many problems with unlocked phones that are carrier specific. There is always some BS that gets screwed up. Unless its a Samsung where you can flash carrier or unbranded firmware I'm done messing with these carrier unlocked phones
