Nope. I will add this feature later
Is working flawlessly with AEX, very very good kernel, thanks!!
Perfect kernel with AOSP Extended (Old blobs for camera) ! Much smoother than anything before
Wifi don't work for new blobs, after install the zip and reboot on LOS 14.1 is necessary Connect to charge it and then recognize the power button.

Hi,
And firstly, thanks to Artemka2008...
I just installed it to test and compare with F1xy. (LineageOS 14.1). Seems to run smoothly, without issue, except Bluetooth, bluetooth is broken, and doesn't even turn on .

I were in aex rooted with supersu before. I've downloaded the 27/06 old blobs aex new release and the OP new kernel. Once you have done that, go to twrp and make a backup (just in case), then flash aex, flash gapps, flash this kernel, flash supersu and reboot without wiping anything.
Let it boot (it will take five mins more or less), you are done

So if I am doing a clean flash, I will need The latest ROM zip, Latest GApps, The Kernel Zip and SuperSu. Right!?
And is the performace is better with the new kernel than just the stock rom on old blobs? If possible share antutu scores.

Root is needed if you want to use the app but my root is broken somehow, I have done dirty flash since very long time with AOSP Extended (Just wiped cache and dalvik). So update your rom and flash kernel.
If you are on miui you need to change the partitions and then factory reset + flash rom + flash gapps + flash kernel

Can you flash the IMG as a kernel in twrp or does it have to be through adb? I'm running this right now and all is smooth. Haven't tested battery yet but with kernel auditor app tweaks I've got the temp running low. Very happy with this. Thanks to marionette and thanks to you if the battery is improved.

Sorry, but can't boot CM 12-20161103-UNOFFICIAL-idol3.zip
I have blue Cyano logo, then optimizing apps (Android is starting, Optimizing xxx of 87, installed pico GApps), then blue Cyano logo again, optimizing apps again... kind a bootloop.
Updating contacts... Finishing boot, then dimmed brightness blue Cyano logo, again & again
6045Y model.
Tested the 2 versions you uploaded = bootloop.
All was going well for me, until I did a reboot and my APN and sim no longer worked. Nothing would help it. 3/11 build.

This orginally maded by the marionette i changed the kernel ,try to reflash
Linux 3.10-based kernel for Oneplus One (bacon)
Info:
use this kernel at your own risk. Flashing it the wrong way might brick your device. I'm not responsible for any software/hardware damage.
This kernel is based on top of erorcun's 3.10 kernel. erorcun has spent an enormous time working on this project and he deserves a huge "Thank you" for having succeeded in one of the most difficult tasks in Android development: upgrading a device to a newer Linux release.
Features:
v3 (12th December)
built with O3 optimizations
CAF CPU boosting driver (replaces cpu_input_boost - might be a temporary switch)
kernel code base updated to Linux 3.10.60
sdcardfs updates
minor miscellaneous improvements
old releases:
v2.1
minor stability fix
v2 (12th November)
kernel code base updates reverted, then re-applied only up to 3.10.54
compiled with an improved set of GCC flags
tuned AIO for SSD-only machines
v1 (30th October)
built with GCC 5, UBER Toolchain and the optimal compiler flags for Krait CPUs
kernel code base upgraded to Linux 3.10.88
power-efficient workqueues
sound control by francisconfranco
CPU voltage control
cpu_input_boost by Sultanxda
sdcardfs & f2fs support
support for both LineageOS's and Sultan's camera HALs
Compatibility
The kernel is compatible with all the Marshmallow/Nougat ROMs that use either LineageOS's camera HAL or Sultan's (a.k.a. CAF's). Just make sure you download the right version
Currently, the kernel has been tested only on LineageOS 14.1, but I'm sure the CAF build is safe to flash and works properly as well.
The kernel doesn't work on Oreo (yet)!
Download
The kernel can be download from AFH: 3.10 kernel on AndroidFileHost

Happens with all resolutions. I already tested Sultans Lineage as well with this kernel and the same thing happens. Don't know if it tries to record it too fast as it seems to be too quick and stutters a lot.
The Los kernel seems to work fine with video recording altough i just dirty flashed it on top of Boefflas kernel.
E:It definetly is the kernel that is causing the stutter.

I'll compare the camera driver present in this kernel and the one in Sultan's kernel, then try to fix this. Unfortunately at the moment this is the best thing we can achieve, CAF camera support had always got some small problems even in erorcun's build if I recall correctly, and these problems are inevitably "inherited" by my kernel.
Thank you for working on this, I was looking forward to release since I saw your announcement in erorcun's thread.
Firstly i tried to dirty flash kernel on top of LineageOS build (N) by idprophecy, since i got positive experience changing kernels (3.4 ones) this way even with encrypted phone. So when i tried to boot up with new kernel, unfortunately it did not work and phone says my password is correct but encryption partition is broken and i need to hard reset.
I went to clean install, removed encryption and flash same LinOS build + your kernel. Then i encrypted phone again and everything went fine. However now my TWRP refuses password for decrypting partitions (its was like that in early N development for bacon on many roms).
Overall perfomance is not really smooth comparing with 3.4 kernels, but i didnt bothered to play with kernel setting.
Also i cant get MTP working, phone only charging via usb and PC (Windows) cannot see its memory.
I know this report is probably useless without kmsg logs, but i didnt have time to pull them off, so sorry about that. I try do it later

Definitely would need a log, to see what the issue is, with your experiences.
I've been alpha and beta testing this kernel, and I'm not experiencing any of the problems you and other users are describing. Clean install @idprophecy LOS14.1, flash this kernel, reboot back to recovery and flash MagiskSU, enjoy an ultra responsive OPO.

I faced the same MTP problem when I started developing this kernel several months ago. But I'm sure it appeared at a later stage of development. So MTP shouldn't be an issue as of now. Also, according to @Mecca EL, there should be a substantial performance improvement.

I've not set encryption. I've seen way too many problems with that across almost all android devices. I'll see if it's not too much trouble to set and test for you, if I'm able to revert to unencrypted easily.

Well i am using encryption since early MM and not a single problem if developer of rom and kernel did his work fine. Biggest payoff its hit battery.
Unfortunately you cant revert encryption without formating whole internal storage, so its a little bit complicated with backups and etc

Introduction
NOTE:
Hello everyone, this is my first kernel for the Moto G4 Plus. I will try to maintain a stable kernel however bugs might arise since I'm not a super star kernel developer. I hope you enjoy the releases.
Important information
I will not reply to complains that do not include clear steps to reproduce the bug, a logcat, and a console ramoops (if random rebooting) or a dmesg (any other issues). Follow this guide to do this.
Features
Here are the major features of the kernel (feel free to explore Github)
Update to date with the latest Linux upstream version (3.10.108-EOL)
Westwood as the default congestion algorithm with many more to choose from
Several subsystems converted to use power efficient workqueues
Compiled with Google's arm-eabi 4.9 toolchain
Audio control from flar2

NOTE: Please make sure that you return to the stock kernel of the ROM before flashing this kernel. The kernel is unified for Moto G4 and the Plus variant so everything should be working fine.
Install the latest adb and fastboot: https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools.html#download
Grab the boot image from the download links above
Method 1:
Using adb and fastboot
Reboot into the bootloader using either restart and hold power button and volume down or adb:
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
Flash the boot image. Run the following command in the folder with the boot image and ensure fastboot is in your PATH:
Code:
fastboot flash boot <boot_image_name>.img
Reboot and profit!
Method 2: TWRP
Keep the bootimage on your phone's storage and boot to TWRP.

FAQs
1.1 Q Can you help me I have this problem?
1.1 A I will surely try to help if proper bug reporting is done as per the fashion described above.
1.2 Q: Can you add xyz feature?
1.2 A: If you link me the commits or tell me what kernel you had the feature in, I can take a look at them. I will not add any useless governors or features that I don't find practical.
1.3 Q: How do I control the kernel?
1.3 A: I recommend using EX Kernel Manager or Kernel Auditor (Both need root)
1.4 Q: OMFG MY BATTERY SUXXXX PLS FIX!!!
1.4 A: The kernel doesn't drain any battery unless you have overclocked it, I have kept it at stock frequencies and voltages. Use an app like BetterBatteryStats to figure out what app is screwing with your phone.

Stock version won't be released any sooner. I don't have the time for it right now and compilation process of stock kernel is a bit different than CAF kernels. Maybe before the second week of January.

IDK I don't have the time, we already have so many ROMs available. Creating a new ROM will be adding it to the huge list already available, from AOSP to LineageOS to Dirty Unicorns. I would rather work on optimizing what we have. Quality > Quantity.

Bro its just a 2 page thread. At least read. That question has been answered, in the OP!
Can't I get the unofficial build?
Tried it but I got bootloop.
Using latest Resurrection Remix Rom With Stock kernel on XT-1643.
Missed the logcat.
Should I have to flash the magisk again after installing kernel?, may be this was the reaseon I got bootloop because boot.img was changed and again installing magisk could help with that.
Same for me. On LOS 14.1, XT1643

I don't think so. If magisk is installed/flashed once, then no need of flashing ever again until you freshly install the rom. (AFAIK)

Same happened with me I was on Invicta os 8.0
Here's an incredibly smooth and battery friendly new ROM.
EDIT: I'm not updating this thread anymore, you can download the latest version here!
- New base + new security updates + new firmware (included)
- Cool bootanimation
- Multilanguage
- OTA Updates
- HOST file anti-advertising
- No Anti-RollBack
- Passes SafetyNet
- Third party themes unlocked
- Hardware optimization for fluency
- Battery optimization
- NEW themes
- NEW camera
- fast GPS lock
9.9.21 - NEW! <-- Please remove your google account(s) from your current system before you wipe and install the new ROM!
8.12.6 - last one based on china (and best battery)
NOTE: if you're dirty flashing, uninstall magisk BEFORE the first run to avoid bootloops. Then you can install it again afterwards. If you want to avoid ANY problem, always clean flash (wipe cache, dalvik, data)!
IF YOU'RE HAPPY ABOUT THIS ROM, feel free to send your love and support to BadWolf (the developer): https://www.paypal.me/BadWolfalfa
[EXTRAS]
Magisk + Extra debloaters + Fingerprint sensor always on enabler/disabler
Suggested firmware for latest global based version version: 8.10.18 - Download here
Suggested firmware for china version: 8.9.20 or 8.10.11 - Download here
KERNELS
For extra-smoothness you may want to try Floppy Kernel or Darkness Kernel
(both customisable with the Floppy manager attached below)
Also attached my profile, unzip and import it.
It's very simple: slightly underclocked to avoid overheating, soundboost, fiops i/o scheduler 256. Great for battery without compromises on performance even in games.
SOUND
Audiophile sound enhancement - Ainur Sauron III

Could you please provide more information about the ROM?
How is this one compared to Miui MS?
What changes does it have from the Chinese ROM?
Thanks..

does this ROM have the required firmware included ? probably yes. Does magisk work ? anybody tested ?
A few replies and more infos added to the OP. Also the links are updated, thanks to @Esputido:
Magisk and extreme debloaters link added in OP.
No battery bugs.
Excellent performance, also for gaming, no heating, awesome battery.
Better than MS and Masik at the moment.

I was on Miui MS and wiped system, cache and Dalvik.
Installed RevOs and booted..
After first boot I went to recovery again and flashed magisk 17.1
After this boot again, it took more time than first ROM boot.
When it booted it was very laggy, so I waited a minute and restart.
After that it's working fine, no lag till now.
