You need to unlock your bootloader. For that you can look at the Easy Ace Root Tool by glevitan. Alternatively, you can try S-Off. For that look at AAHK2. Fair warning, I've never used either one.
Try this one

You must try reflashing. There are tutorials in here, your software has an error somewhere, you must make a clean install.
Check to make sure your volume button isn't stuck after the reassembly as this could cause the phone to boot into boot loader when you press the power button.
Well done for replacing the screen though.:good:
Good afternoon,
I'm having some serious problems with my device and hope someone that knows what they're doing can help me out!
I've had the HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim (Chinese) just less than a year now. I rooted this device about 6 months ago and has served me pretty well. Last week, my device ran down to ~ 3% and I plugged it into my car whilst using Google Maps for the sat nav. The device completely drained and when trying to charge it from the wall socket back at home, the device is stuck in the fastboot menu and has been since; I can't get the device to boot.
The information on the screen is:
*** UNLOCKED ***
A5_DUG PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-3.19.0.0000
RADIO-INVALID_VER_INFO
OpenDSP-INVALID_VER_INFO

Concerned mostly about the "invalid ver info" sections. From the recovery menu, the device just vibrates and restarts; I can't re-install TWRP or CWM and keep getting an error when I try to.
Does anyone have any initial suggestions? It'd really help me out. Thanks in advance.
Hi, and I need HELP. My HTC One M8s won't go into factory reset or recovery, it justs goes to HTC screen then turns off, then I turn it on and reboots and works fine, this also happens with factory reset. No commands has worked, so be free to tell me if there are any. ALSO THERE ARE NO RED TEXT, JUST HTC LOGO FOR REBOOT! Here are my details for any help. I have a relocked bootloader, as I unlocked then relocked and tryed flashing a recovery, but this happened in the process!

You need to unlock bootloader again, have you saved your "Unlock_code.bin"?

Try leaving it plugged in the wall charger when booting. I have similar issue, my phone just shuts down after HTC logo, but not when it's plugged in.

Yeah it didn't work either. Any more ideas?
Sorry for posting in the M9 section when I have an M8s but I thought you still may be able to help with my issue. A couple of days ago my phone developed an problem where it stated that com.android.systemui has stopped unexpectedly, initially this went after pressing 'ok' a couple of times but now it's just stuck in a loop and reappears every time I press ok. I've looked online and followed the recommendations of clearing the partition cache and booting in safe mode, i've even done a factory reset but this still hasn't cured it. Does anyone know where I go from here? the phone is now unusable with the constant prompt, I only got it in September and have no idea what has caused the fault. I'd like to just install fresh firmware on it via my laptop but not sure how/if this is possible. The phone is on EE if that makes a difference.
Thanks

Thank you so much! It took me a good few hours as I was choosing to install the wrong zip file and I was getting a CID error but I got there in the end! Phone is now back up and running and I am now putting all my apps back on. Legend.
Well done
