Hi folks,
I have a laptop with internet connection and I want to share this connection to my phone setting up a bluetooth personal area network (PAN). The laptop side is already ok. The problem is that it seems that BT of my Z1C doesn't support PAN, better, the daemon (PAND) is not present in /system/bin/. That's really weird since that afaik Z1C has BT 4.0 and support PAN as stated in the official specification of the model:

Any idea to get out of the mess?

Thanks in advance
Hi,
I've just bought a drone with a 5,8 Ghz Wifi camera in order to do Back control video.
The problem is that my oppo Find 7 can't detect this Wifi signal. Why?
It seem's to be an Android limitation because it appears that Iphones do not have any problems.
Do you think it is possible to bypass this with a custom Kernel?
Regards
Steph.

Hi guys.
I recently updated my unit to Malaysk 5.1 V3, but after update the bluetooth no longer works.
I tried Malaysk 5.1 V2 also, but with the same issue.
I also tried different MCU's, but that didnt help either.
I have tried all the bluetooth options in "Factory settings" without any luck.
As soon as i go stock it works again.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem?
My unit is made for BMW e90 from 2005 - 2011
My unit info is.

Is there really no one who can help, or know why this happends?????
I have the same problem same unit but no luck with 5.1.1 so for now staying on 4.4.4

I know it synced to my truck fast and no problems. I haven't tried my BT headphones yet. Speakers on phone so good I don't want to put headphones on. Anyone try 2 different devices or 3 as per developer options choices.

Hi,
I bought a Xtrons headunit PBE90MTVL. Android Auto is working fine when connected with a usb-cable. I'm looking for a way to connect my phone (Andoid 10 at the moment) wireless to Android Car. My phone (Oneplus Nord) at this moment won't connect wireless. I understand that it will connect wireless when the phone it updated to Android 11, but only on 5 GHz frequency. My phone has 5GHz, but the headunit has only 2,4 GHz band.
How can I make a wireless connection to the headunit? Is it thinkable to place a 2,4/5 GHz dongle in the usb connector from the headunit. The headunit has Android 10 as well by the way. Or is there a way to connect on 2,4 GHz band with Android Auto?

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is a MTCD/E ? OK, the Android Auto is not called Android Auto but MultiPlay. But it acts as Android Auto and connects fine with Android Auto on my phone.

Yes, it's MTCE.
As these units are not Android Auto, which screen mirror app are you having issues with?

In the headunits software it's not called Android Auto that much is right. It's called MultiPlay in the headunit, but it's acting exactly like Android Auto, my phone responds to it like Android Auto. Why is it you say it's not Android Auto?
Not 100% but I had this on Ownice unit and I got wireless to work once but it was in beta at the time https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/android-4-1-headunit-reloaded-for-android-auto-with-wifi.3432348/
