How to update TWRP?

how to update my TWRP recovery?i'm use D-Kernel with MC8 firmware.

I think you can't. You have to wait for another version of D-kernel where the recovery should be updated.

D-Kernel V3?is that kernel have a bug?and whats the TWRP version?

is in beta. to me it has given me problems. I think it's the same as the v.1

sorry i cant update TWRP because my laptop brick. need 1 - 3 mount to fix it on services center :silly::silly:

You can use the temporary CWM, just flash it with TWRP. It works for me.

If you unlocked it official way there is no point of relocking as your warranty is voided but if you unlocked unoficial you can follow this guide https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?ur...share_tid=3371689&share_fid=3793&share_type=t
But that will not fix the Bootloader: Unknown

I used the official application from Asus to unlock
With unlocked Bootloader, receive OTA?

No, your phone is locked out, you will not receive ota's anymore and you are not covered anymore by Asus.

Call recording is not working for legal problem and chrome now is update and you have multiple pages

I see no 10.3 here
Should I try stable (cm 10.2 of 2014!!) or try a newer one, snapshot perhaps? A cm 13 as I don't mind for call recording maybe?

try broken OS v4.5 its better battery backup and performance you will like it

Broken OS is released as unofficial build its released on Broken G+ community you can search there

I know a good rom. I'm using it, his name is v-rom a good marshmallow touchwiz rom

Is anyone working on a ROM for this phone?

The stock firmware is nice but it would be great to have options like CM and other custom ROMs… Is anyone working on that? Or maybe there's not enough interest in the Moto Z Play?

You can give it a try.

In the US it's not available to be purchased outright (not from Verizon) yet, it will be in 10 days. When that happens we should see more development on this phone.

I was browsing around, but although it looks like its bigger brother Moto Z, it is quite different in various key ways (partition sizes etc.), so it might take a bit more time. That, and Motorola still needs to release some of the open source for this phone.
[Edit: first open source drop should be occurring in the next few days, according to Motorola]

If you do something wrong you can always reflash your firmware, you're only flashing the recovery image and modifying the system image, the bootloader and boot images remain intact, so there shouldn't be any bricking going on.

Anyone know why the Huawei Gallery app is always running service also requires data connection. I don't use Huawei cloud to back up images.

Same issue with Themes.
Would anyone know why under Battery Usage certain apps show as running, but if you go to developer options > running apps then they don't show as running in there?
