Hi,
I had the same situation too, but I finally found it's actually simple.
Although Flashtool doesn't support XA1 to unlock BL(so we have to do this with CMD), it still can relock the phone.

Just following the guide and relock it, and enjoy xperia compaion's function!
Cheers

As I said, you could just unlock the phone by CMD. Not Flashtool.

My apologies. I want to relock my phone but I'm following the tutorial without any success.
@levelzero000o
Flashtool doesn't see Your phone as unlocked and try to unlock it again. You have to.
Open fastboot, connect phone in fastboot mode and use command fastboot devices.
You should get device <10_digit_code>.
Now You can disconnect device, but leave CMD window open.
Copy this 10_digit_code.
Create folder in C:\Users\<username>\.flashTool\registeredDevice.
Name it with the 10_digit_code
Inside create txt file and name it ulcode so it will be ulcode.txt.
Open that file and paste into it unlock code You got from Sony.
Save it and than try to relock.

Nice.
Small question/request: As You have clean device, would You maybe consider creating log for .fsc script (or script)?
Good news everyone, i've spotted "a girl next door" with XA1, so i told her about our needs here on xda .) , she gladly accepted to help us. now we must synchronize our free time and do the job.
There is already .fsc in Flashtool. At least for XA1, but can be used with XA1 Ultra.

Thnx for the good news. didn't try it for a while.
Not sure when it was added, but no less than 2,5 weeks ago, as than I made first ftfs for XA1 and Ultra.

Quick tutorial for unlocking new Xperia devices. Although there is one on the SE developer website, this thread can be used for users to discuss their problems during unlocking etc.
Warning! This procedure will wipe the /data partition of your phone.
1. Download:
-fastboot package: http://www.multiupload.com/BMJ24IL6XY
-32/64bit drivers: http://www.multiupload.com/0XZV1LXRVA
2. Go to: http://unlockbootloader.sonyericsson.com/instructions
3. At the bottom click 'Continue' and enter your IMEI (type *#06# to find out), name and email address
4. You should now receive your unique unlock key
5. Extract fastboot.rar and open fastboot folder
6. Hold SHIFT and right click on the background of the folder
7. Select 'Open command window here'
8. Connect your phone in fastboot mode (turn phone off, hold menu button and plug in USB Cable)
9. In the cmd windows type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version
10. If a value is returned, it means the phone is correctly connected
11. Type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY and replace KEY with the key provided in step 4.
12. You're device should now be bootloader unlocked
If this tutorial is too much for you then itskapil wrote a step-by-step guide (and recorded a video also):

Very funny
I know this procedure, as I mentioned it myself earlier to someone over here !
If I post a question here, it´s because i did not work for me
( -> Point 1 & 2 )
You said it said there was no x64 driver, I quoted a post that provides one. The problem isn't Windows 7 x64. I assume you've uninstalled the device and started from scratch?

I'm on W7 x64 and it worked for me without any problem at all so i guess it's not a 64 bit driver problem. if you insist i can give you the drivers from my OS, maybe your's corrupt or something.
cheers
Oooh I get an idea
I unchecked "Show only compatible materials", then I was able to see want I wanted and installed it.
I think now it´s ok, but in fact, I have nothing to flash
what does it mean when it says "it will delete the partition"??

The links that you have given to download the drivers don't work they either force you to download ilivid.exe or another zoom downloader. I have tried downloading and installing both but both don't give me the drivers. Something is wrong can you please point me to a decent URL for downloading the 64bit drivers for Windows 7.

I installed Flashtool, from Flashtool folder I installed drivers for fastboot and my device and that's all I needed to do.
Not helping much
It's all very well getting all snotty and telling people to use the search, but PLEASE keep your links up to date.
I have a problem with my Arc LT15i and am trying to unlock the boot loader. I have x64 Windows 8 and cannot get Windows to see the phone. ALL of the links I have found on the internet, here, at Sony Ericsson and any other place I have found are ALL dead links or try to foist some crapware on you.
I get the blue light on the phone indicating it is trying to enter Fastboot, but Windows will not see it, it appears as S1 Boot Fastboot in Device Manager, but no driver that I've found will work.
Flashtool may be very good, but it only works if you have an unlocked boot loader (according to Sony Ericsson).
If anyone has a Windows 8 64bit driver I'd really appreciate it if they'd pass on where to get it.

Friends, I'm there one week direct non-stop trying to root on my Sony Xperia T3 (D5106) 18.1.A.2.25 version, do not know what else to do, I've tried all the tutorials xda forum .. all give error .. when I give in flash D5103 model, error appears here, my T3 only works on the D5106 model .. How do I get to root on my Xperia T3 D5106 ??? For God's sake = ( :crying:
You can follow the tutorials found in other threads like http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-t3/help/how-to-root-xperia-t3-18-1-2-25-t3007487 or http://help.howproblemsolution.com/1377446/tutorial-root-xperia-t3-firmware-18-1-a-2-25 that show how to root a D5103. It works altough your phone will complain at startup that you have the wrong version (but it still works). To circunvent this you must flash an ftf file for the D5106. If you don´t find one you can generate your own ftf with flashtool, that should be installed in c:\flashtool.
1) start flashtool and go to Devices/Check Updates. Double click on D510X then click on D5106 tab. If you find the brand of your phone, double click it and flashtool will start downloading. If you don´t find your brand, you can add it to the list in flashtool\devices\D510X\D5106\custlist.properties. In my case I added 1 line with "1286-6141=AMERICAS-LTE" without the quotes. You find this information about your phone in C:\program data\Sony\Sony PC Companion\<youremei>\default-capability.xml , almost at the end under <filesystem> <productnumber> and <cdf> <productnumber>.
Save custlist.properties and you will see your brand in flashtool. Be patient waiting for download - it will bring almost 1 GB.
2) when download is finished, flashtool will automatically decrypt the filesets and open the "Bundler". There you should mark the whole folder list and move it to the right to the "firmware content". Now you can click on "create" and your ftf will be generated in the firmwares folder.
If the process ends successfully you will have generated an ftf and a torrent file.
Follow the steps in the tutorial to flash the .14 firmware, run the rootkit to root your device and use your generated ftf to flash the .25 firmware. Flash only the Kernel and unmark the wipe Data in flashtool.
I hope this helps, since it worked for me. happy flashing

luckly we have a way to get out of it...
Dont worry. Just follow the following steps and your phone will shine like a new one...
The following procedure is fully trust worthy and not harmful. It is supported by sony itself.
Download the androxyde flashtool first..
From here...
https://userscloud.com/kb6tr3bcuecr?_e_pi_=7,PAGE_ID10,4795418019
Now download the official .ftf file for t2 ultra
The firmware is 5.0.2 lollipop sony official
(dont worry the file is fully official)
from here..
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1AAC4lt7nzONno1N09KRDNVSUk/view?usp=sharing
Now follow the following steps carefully...
1. Firstly force shut down your t2 ultra by pressing the soft key near the slot for sim card or by pressing the power and vol up button untill you feel vibr 3 times.
2. Install the flashtool.
Flashtool will automatically create few folders in c drive
3. Paste the downloaded ftf file into 'firmware' folder in c drive>>users>>(your user name)>>.flashtool>>firmware.
4. Open the flashtool and let the process complete.
(open 'flashtool x86')
5. Now minimise the flashtool and again go to the flashtool folder.
You will find a folder for 'flashtool drivers.'
run the containing file.
Now you need to install the drivers required for the process.
Select (check) drivers for 'fastboot, flashmode, xperia t2 ultra drivers'
Say 'install'
return back to flashtool...
5. Now while keeping vol up button of t2 ultra pressed connect the phone to computer using only the original sony usb data cable.
A green led will blink.
6. The flashtool will say 'device connected in flash mode'
7. Now click on 'black lightning thunder icon' on left top corner below 'file' section.
8. Say flashmode.
9. Now the flashtool will automatically detect the ftf file for t2 ultra. If not detected browse to the folder containing ftf file.
10. Now in the 'wipe' section in the right side of flashtool window 'check' all the options like wipe appslog, cache, data.
Now click on flash and stay calm till the process ends.
11. Now when the process ends the flashtool will say ' flash complet ' dont hurry!! Do not turn on your phone..
12. First disconnect your phone from pc. Do not close the flashtool.
And now again connect your phone to pc but this time while connecting your phone to pc keep volume 'down' button pressed. A blue led will glow.
13. Flashtool will say that 'device is connected in fastboot mode'.
14. Now again click on 'black thunder icon' but this time click on 'fastboot mode'
15. Number of options will appear. Select ''reboot to system''. And your phone will automatically turn on. Now unplug the cable and enjoy...

1.Download the Flash tool for Xperia devices.
2.Unzip the file you downloaded and place it somewhere on your computer.
3.In the unzipped folder, run Emma.exe. During the installation, make sure you remember the installation path:

Paste the Customization.ini file into the installation folder. The installation folder is the folder named Emma in the installation path examples on point 3.1 and 3.2 above.
5.Click Start > All programs > Sony Mobile > Emma (if you used the default installation path from step 3 above) to start the flash tool

Though it's pretty much sufficient but if you ask... I'll post some screenshots of the process as well......

I have no idea how this thread is different from the one over here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/guide-newbie-resource-thread-t3386584/
If you have found the way to root, post it there itself or in the Chainfire's thread, why bother creating a new thread to teach people the same thing again and again? Please try searching before posting.
And these lines my friend clearly say you didn't even attempt to search through :
