UICC Unlock - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S6

Hi!
I'm in Brazil and I received a SM-G920P (Sprint Galaxy S6), but I think it is blocked.
When I use the local SIM (Vivo) the "invalid sim" message appears.
I can't use the UICC Unlock function.
The question is: if I flash a custom ROM it will unlock the phone?
Thanks.

No, flashing roms will not unlock the phone. It can be done at most phone shops that provide unlocking or via the idone app/service.

Or, since it is a Sprint variant, call up Sprint, and have them unlock it.

Galaxy S3 Unlock Code not working

I have a galaxy s3 and a valid unlock code from tmobile. The problem is when I enter the unlock code in, it says "sim unlock network unsucessful"
I called T-Mobile and they told me to try again after 24 hours, but it still does not work. Could it be because I am on a custom rom (AOKP MR1) ?
I am in India and am trying to use the phone on a local carrier here, such as aircel. What should I do? Thanks
Yup. You need to do it from the stock TW dialer.

If the phone was properly unlocked in the first instance, it would be impossible to lock it back again as the unlocking process should survive any firmware upgrade. I'm somewhat puzzled by your question. Could you please clarify? The only way to test if it is still locked would be to put a non-standard SIM inside (i.e. any non AT&T sim). If it requests an unlock code, then it means it was not unlocked at first.
Yes I did this I put non-att Sim card and it requests an unlock code
Before flashing it was working 100% without att Sim but now NO

Were able to use the phone with another carrier's sim card? After fixing your phone, it will only work with an AT&T sim card?
Yes it like this
I am wondering from where could I get back the unlock code.
Any way any idea

Did you buy a code? If you did, the unlock code would not have changed as long as the imei did not change.
If it was unlocked when you received the phone, you'll have to buy another unlock code.
I'm surprised it became locked after it was bricked. I didn't think this would happen.
Are there any firmware for unlocked sgh-i747.

If you are on a stock ROM that is 4.3 or higher, you must buy a code.

Need help SIM unlocking

I searched the threads, I searched the google. I can't seem to get it to the point of prompting for a SIM unlock code.
The error I'm getting when I go to "Network Lock" or "Service Provider Lock" is "This phone is permanently locked and can not be unlocked."
Picture attached.
Are you on stock or a custom AOSP ROM?

Well, the phone sold, so it's no longer my problem. The guy who bought it is on T-Mobile, so whatever.

LG G3 SIM unlock problem

My LG G3 is running on stock Android 6 Marshmallow, version V30b-EUR-XX, using custom recovery (TWRP), rooted.
The phone is network locked to my carrier. I got a network unlock code (NCK), however, when I enter the unlock menu (2945#*855#) and go to network unlock option, enter the code I get a "SIM network unlock request unsuccessful" error and the attempt counter does NOT go up (always staying on 1/10).
From that I concluded that the phone isn't even trying to unlock the SIM.
Anyone got an idea on how to proceed?

Bought it on contract from carrier, was locked when I got it. Note that I got my unlock code from the carrier, its valid. I also went ahead a bought a key online from a website selling unlock keys. Got the same key as the one from carrier (wanted to confirm the key is indeed the correct one).

If the T-Mobile site says it's blocked, then it is blacklisted. Sorry, it won't work on any network. You need to call T-Mobile and ask why it's blocked.
And the only way to network unlock the T-Mobile S8/+ is with the T-Mobile unlock app. Flashing the unlocked firmware and then entering an unlock code won't work. T-Mobile has to be the one to unlock it, and it has to be initiated through the app.

Sorry but now TMB can be unlocked through reading codes no need for unlock app, plus if the imei is blacklisted @ TMB so it is blocked for TMB only which means if he use AT&T sim after unlock it will definitely work !!!

That's absolutely false. If it's blacklisted through T-Mo, it's blacklisted for all US carriers.
And what's your source saying you can use unlock codes on T-Mo? Because no one here has been able to do that. Many people have lost money buying useless codes for T-Mobile.
