Next time don't delete files if you don't know it's purpose.. You can try to install stock rom using odin.

I think your device is soft bricked.. if so Odin is the only way to fix it. I know it's sad, but I haven't heard about non-computer solutions. Cheers
Thanks,

Hey people,
A friend of mine is getting a white screen on his Galaxy Y, can't do anything with it. Even a hard reset (as found on the internet) doesn't work. (Hard reset being holding volume up, center button and power button).
Does anyone have experience with this problem?

Thats NOT a hard reset! Pull the battery, and insert it again. Now do your "hard reset". As in, holding volume up+home+power key together until you see the Samsung logo. Do a data wipe and restart. If that doesnt work, search for flashable firmware packages in the Development section. If that doesn't work either, replace your phone.
Hey guys,
Thank you both for your replies.

Stating what happened: He just suddenly had a white screen, unable to do anything with the phone. Rebooting, pulling the battery etc. didn't do anything.
Your second option didn't work either unfortunatly.

Sorry about that, I just read in about this phone, since it's not mine, and I already forgot about the second part.
Unfortunately, neither of this works. Every boot method gets him a white screen. Since he rooted his phone about a week ago, looks like he's going to need a new one.

try flashing the ROM using Odin from the PC
Might Odin be the same as Samsung Kies in dutch? Or is this an external program?
Assuming it's this program: http://odin-win.sourceforge.net/
Now how does this work? I've been flashing my phone for quite a while now, but I'm not familiar with this program. Can I just download a ROM (stock) from the developers part here?

Search Google and you will get lots of tutorials explaining the process.

Okay thanks for all your help guys.
My friend tried everything you people suggested, but nothing worked. He just had an expert look at it and it's just totally bricked. Gotta buy a new one. Thanks for trying anyway!
Sorry for bringing this up again, but I kinda feel sorry when people brick their devices. Yours doesnt have to be a brick. Read this. The instructions are on the first page. There's a link to Odin too. Hope for the best!

Well it seems to me you have two options you can try flashing the stock kernel, or you can restore to stock. Do you know how to do either of those?
Edit:
actually the kernel might not be the problem, I would just restore to stock probably. Unless someone else has an idea.

OK well I don't think its because of the kernel because you don't have a custom recovery. If it were me I would probably just restore the device. Unless someone else has an idea.
can you give me link for stock frameware for lg g3 d855 32 gb ??

This thread should be able to lead you through restoring to stock firmware.
No I have the "Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader 9008" device so I can't access to the Download mode
I've a big problem... my phone won't turn on, won't charge (and no led) but is not totally dead.
The problem has happening after install TWRP with Autorec on V30B firmware, i reboot my phone and nothing... My phone won't reboot, just turn off.
Since, there is no vibration when i press start button, no DL mode when i connect to the PC (and hold volume up) but, sometimes i can see boot logo during 3 second and nothing anymore, just a black screen. When i remove the battery and i plug it, the phone shows me a logo which indicates the battery is removed.
I plug my phone during 10 minutes, but always nothing...
If someone can help me, i would be so gratefull
Used twrp for marshmallow or lollipop and your phone version is what?
Give this a try: http://open-freax.fr/guide-unbrick-your-lg-g3/
If that does not help I guess there is nothing you can do.
did you check that you have TWRP? Try to enter recovery since you can see the logo and you certainly flashed recovery. Main thing is that you flashed wrong boot and can not boot system.
Check this post from autoprime.

Make a hard reset then reflash via lg bridge error recovery than go to the store and claim repair by warranty.

I'm making some progress now. I allowed the battery to die and then when u plugged in the charger it went into emergency recovery mode. So I tried download & recovery. It didn't work. The download keeps failing.
So I've reverted to DC Phoenix again.
Working my way through that now so hopefully I will have some good news later
