@lapocompris,
Start by updating your ADB and fastboot. Good chance that's your issue.

You are saying its s-off and you are saying the bootloader is NOT unlocked. Thats not possible! Bootloader must be unlocked if its an s-off piece.

LOCKED
Then obviously you wont be able to flash clockworkmod... you will have to unlock your bootloader first. then youll be able to flash cwm.

Hey guys. So I was trying to install a stock RUU zip and for that I relocked my bootloader. The thing is I'm not being able to install the RUU zip and the phone is bricked, and I just want to unlock the bootloader again and install a custom rom to have this over with. The other thing is that I have many files in there, I had only 3 gb free of memory, and I don't have a backup of those since my computer broke down and I lost my files. Is there a way to backup my files while the phone is bricked? Or a way to unlock the bootloader without wiping my files?
I hope you have good news for me, I'm getting kinda nervous... Thanks in advance

There's no way around unfortunately... The only way you can backup is through the command

adb backup
and you can do this only with the phone in recovery or booted up

You can try to make a backup via the app called Carbon. It does not need root acces or anything.
Thanks everybody! I unlocked the bootloader expecting to lose everything I had but in some crazy way everything is fine, my files are untouched, the phone is boot looping but that I know how to fix without a problem. Thanks for spending your time with me, problem solved
Ah if i recall it right its like this, the very first time you unlock the bootloader
Locked to unlocked
It deletes everything.....when going from
Relocked to unlocked
All is fine as you have experienced now.

You can download nandriod backup from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1975140 by finding your cid and version. place it either in twrp or cwm backup files. You can google it to find how to do that exactly. It will take you back to stock rom, and hopefully fix your issues.:victory:

Hi,
I've been a happy user of Mustaavalkosta CyanogenMod 11 custom room till the day when I had to flash that boot.img 'cause my DHD stopped booting. I looked for adb and HTC drivers, tried many but none worked. Then I read somewhere that you can use a PD98IMG.zip, insert the boot.img in it and flash it using 4EXT Recovery. Did that, now each time I try to flash a room, I get this message:
"set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed
E:Error in /sdcard/cm-11-20141020-UNOFFICIAL-ace.zip
(Status 7)

Is there a way to recover my device?
Status 7 means incompatible recovery

If it works after an RUU then there is no need to send it for repairs. It's probably from the ROM you are running or some other software related issue.

You can't get "locked" status without S-Off. You can only get "relocked" status which will show that the bootloader was once unlocked.

I'm aware of that, however that wasn't asked and I was expecting the next question to be about relocked status. Besides, even with s off and locked status ( which I have ) there is still a message on set up regarding the device being a test device anyway
