HTC M8 excrypted and can not factory reset - One (M8) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

o i woke up this morning and my phone tells me that it has been encrypted? First of all, How and why? I tried to do the factory reset which it was asking me but as soon as i did it, it just restarted and took me back to that screen without doing the reset. Tried to connect it to my pc with Bootloader but it did not find any connected devices and i can not even enable usb debugging mode, because i can not get pass the screen even if i enter the lock screen pin correctly.
I tried to find my device with "adb devices" command but it did not list it.
What else can i do? Please help.

[Q] Phone stuck in bootloop, can't flashboot anything. Suggestions?

Ahh my phone has had quite the past week on this CM12 Android 5.0 ROM...
I was just listening to music and checking social media on my phone when bam, it turns off.
I held the power button and it didn't turn on the first few times.
Then finally, it boots, but it won't get past the splash screen.
It's stuck in a bootloop and I can't get into the recovery. I can't factory reset it either.
I tried to go to fastboot and flash the recovery again, but my computer doesn't recognize my phone.
I have adb, fastboot, and all of the correct drivers installed and it won't do anything.
I tried flashing with "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" but it just said "<waiting for device>" even though my phone was connected and in fastboot mode.
I don't know what to do. I can't boot it, I can't get into recovery, I can't factory reset it, and I can't fastboot anything.
What should I do? Please I am open to ANY suggestions at this point. I can't deal with this constantly not having a phone crap.
Thanks, it'll be much appreciated.
Extra Info:
Device manager lists my phone as this: "Unknown USB Device (Device Failed Enumeration)"
Every time I go into fastboot, my computer displays this message: "USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it"

Make sure you aren't connected via usb to your computer when you attempt to force a reboot. It should be vol up and power until it reboots and then switch to vol down to enter hboot.

I can get into hboot and all that just fine. The phone won't boot, and I can't get into recovery is my problem. Oh and the fact that the computer doesn't recognize my phone in fastboot
Update: I just whipped out a really old computer running Windows XP and I installed the platform-tools and HTC One drivers on it. I hooked the phone up to the computer, and the drivers worked. I flashed TWRP and it flashed successfully according to fastboot, but it won't go into recovery still. What should I do now? I know I can RUU somehow (I'm not really sure how though), but I want to try and avoid that, if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks people!
EDIT: NVM it actually booted! What a success! This stuff is crazy!

[Q] RUU error 170: usb connection error

My phone's screen was broken, I could only use my phone with some tools like screenshot. Today before I was about to repair the phone, I wiped all the things (including system, I don't know what I was thinking about, I thought I was doing a factory reset) in TWRP recovery. So now the thing is tricky. I cannot boot my phone, and I don't know what is going on there because the screen is broken. I connected my phone to PC, and after typing "adb devices", I saw that device was offline(but at least there was a device listed, though it was offline instead of attched).
So I cannot use adb, I tried 4.4.3 stock RUU, but it said that "ERROR 170 USB CONNECTION ERROR". I've installed HTC Sync Manager, it couldn't detect my phone, either.
I cannot enter the recovery, either. I don't know what to do now. Wonder if anybody here could help me. Any help appreciated.:crying:

Finally it worked, I kept pressing volume up and power button to reboot to fastboot, then pressed volume down and power in order to recovery, now RUU worked just fine. Cheers!

Broken USB Debugging while unlocking bootloader

I've been following the steps to unlock my bootloader, and after inputting the "fastboot flash unlock unlock.bin", the command prompt froze for a good 5 minutes. After googling a video of someone doing the same thing, I saw they got an output almost instantly, so I cancelled the operation (through ctrl c), and restarted the phone.
Since then, the phone's pop up for authorizing USB debugging never came up, I've switched the protocols, tried different PCs and even factory reset the phone, but the problem is still happening.
Does anyone know how this could be fixed, if it can at all?
Thanks in advance.

Motorola One Action Bootloop

Hi, recently i got in a bootloop. I was at the beach, taking pictures with Gcam, and suddenly the phone started locking and unlocking the screen, and after some time it rebooted with a "android" screen. It showed a warning saying my android was corrupted, and gave me the option to try again or factory reset.
I clicked "Try Again" and the phone tryed to reboot, and it is in a boot loop since then. I can start it in fastboot mode, but the device won't be seen by Rescue and Smart Assistant, or by ADB. Yes, i have the USB drivers installed. When i try to enter recovery mode it says "no command", and factory mode just starts the bootloop again. Please someone help me
Managed to get past no command screen, and dida factory reset.

Help removing PIN lock

Hi all,
I've been researching this phone for a while and I thought I'd take a chance on a functioning phone with a PIN lock. The phone turns on just fine but prompts for the pin when fully booted. I've been away from Android for a few years, but I can't seem to get into recovery mode no matter what I try. Vol down + power just boots to safe mode (pin still needed) and vol up either buzzes 3 times and does nothing or doesn't boot at all. Even tried with headphones plugged in USB port.
I was hoping that once in recovery mode I could wipe device or at least execute some ADB commands, but this is proving to be more difficult than expected. Also plugging into PC while on or off does not seem to appear in device manager, and no device is made in Windows. Are there any options here or should I just try to return to seller?
Thanks
try 'fastboot oem unlock' to factory reset device
