can i dirty flash ob13 over oxygenos 4.1.3 though stock recovery
Dunno try it!
1. Backup system
2. Wipe system and flash OB13
3. Wipe Dalvik and reboot
If it doesn't work you can restore system and you will be back.
Clean flash recommended...
there's no 4.1.4! do you mean 4.1.3 or 4.1.1
to move from stable to beta you'll need to sideload the full rom

Probably, you can try but as suggested before , wipe cache after if it worked...Put the full zip on the internal storage , on root not in any folder and try
Also if you sideload also go to recovery after and wipe cache...

Hmm , o never tried to update a stable version to a beta version with recovery, even on the OnePlus forums beta thread they recommend sideload,. So I would say it's risky...
In theory it could work, what version of OOS you're on!
I think from 4.1.1 have a better chance than 4.1.3 , the later is a newer version to both .
The problem is you don't have a custom recovery so you may take a nap Droid back and return to it of it failed ...It can go ok, or you can end with a bad flash which FCS all the time or even a bootloop.
So I'd recommend against it without any access to computer to fix it of something went wrong .

Yeh you are right and thaks..
If u want to try different things, I suggest u just unlock the bootloader, root and apply custom recovery, it makes things so much easier and if u mess up u can easily go back to normal.

I've been running ARHD 5.1.7 and its been stable OK.
Been trying to upgrade to 5.2.2 but for some reason it either gets stuck at the boot screen or else manages to get pass then but then will hang the moment I try to do anything.
Followed instructions to use Super Wipe per the ARHD pg. And also tried to factory reset first before installing. Same result.
Can anyone help me please? Seems to work for everyone else.
Thank you.

Did u check the md5 sum and make sure ur download is good first? I assume that u r rooted correctly right? Make sure u r not trying to flash it through cwm. And make sure ur battery isn't low or keep it plugged in on charge only
U r not rebooting after super wipe r u? As soon as wipe is done it tells u to install Rom
Md5 checked when downloading the file. Matched.
Should be rooted correctly since i've been been upgrading the ARHD a few version till i got to 5.1.7.
I used recovery and selected installed the zip from SD card --that is correct? not flashing it thru cwm like u said i should not be doing right?
I have tried with reboot and not rebooting after super wipe. Same result.
Any other possiblity?
Thanks.

hahaha if anything i'm persistent. I actually redownloaded. I tried with the 5.2.0 before and had the same issue so thought maybe i'd have better luck with the 5.2.2
It seems that i'm having trouble getting to 5.2.x
maybe just wait for 5.2.3 but it seems that i'm having problems getting to teh 5.2.x version

Don't worry about the old one. Get the new ext4 recovery out of the dev. Section. Will be one of the top threads. Flash it. Then boot to recovery and go to where it says wipe and wipe the catch, dev catch, and the factory wipe u already did. Then flash the wipe download for ext4 when its done it will say u can now flash the arhd Rom so go to install fro SD card and fond Rom zip and flash it then reboot. U will be good hopefully. Keep me posted
Do you mean this one? Is it different from the Super Wipe from the ARHD pg?
ClockWorkMod 2 & 3 - ( Edify Script )
FULL_WIPE_1.5_EXT4_
This patch can be applied prior to flashing the ROM, please note, this zip will wipe your device and format all partitions to EXT4.

Hi guys I'm having big issues here, I've flashed 100s of rom's before no problem I'm no noob when it comes to flashing and useing recovery. I was using PA 4.4 and decided to give CM 11 a go. After flashing it worked fine but this morning I couldn't unlock the phone by pressing the unlock or home button. I booted Into TwRP and thought I would go back to PA 4.4. However every time I try to do a factory reset the phone reboots. I can wipe /system ok but anything else causes the same rebooting issue. I have the zips for CMW, TWRP and Philz I can flash them fine but they all cause the same issue.
Any help would be hugely appectaed.

Try this:
1. Choose factory reset on the recovery.
2. Then retry update.
If that doesn't work:
1. Try to redownload the B125 ROM. It might be just that the file is corrupt.
If that still doesn't work:
1. Tell me; what ROM are you on right now? And did you just revert back from TWRP?

I still need to know what ROM you installed previously. If you were on a Huawei stock rom, this situation is kinda weird.
If you were on a custom rom, you could try the following:
Warning: You will lose your data in this process. Make sure to backup anything that is valuable to you.
Go back to twrp.
Make sure you wipe the following:
System, Data, Custom storage, Dalvik Cache, cache
Then install stock recovery.
Then install B125.

I am not OP but I had same issue. What happened in my case is weird. Originally I was on B118 International, then I went to B118CN to try and flash MIUI ROM. That didn't work and I force-flashed B118CN again. That's when I got push notification to update to B120. It was specifically saying that "P6-U06V100R001C17B118 will be updated to P6-U06V100R001C17B120.
After several failed attempts, update was no longer offered, and to my surprise my build number was showing P6-U06V100R001CNCN00B118. I am 100% sure that it was P6-U06V100R001C17B118 when I flashed it.
I have no idea what happened. I wanted to stay on chinese ROM and downloaded P6-U06V100R001C17B120, flashed and all is ok so far. Build number is showing P6-U06V100R001C17B120.
Hello.
I tried to update my OP3 to 4.0.3 but after downloading the update phone restarted and went into TWRP recovery mode and i couldn't go pass i that point. Went home and I tried to flush stock recovery with Tool All In One but now I cant get into stock or TWRP recovery. I contacted OP technical support but next remote session available is for next Friday!!! I'm downloading their files at the moment i assume stock ROM (file in 1GB size) and drivers and certifications .
Please somebody help me!!!
u can't flash an OTA with Trwp, just download the full zip and dirty flash, wipe cache and dalvik, not data, some say u can do system but I don't, don't try to update via OTA if u have twrp and don't try to re lock bootloader u will mess up and brick. Since u have twrp I would recommend flashing Experience ROM of FreedomOS, they are easier to work with, Experience rom seems to be faster with updates, feel free PM me if u need any help

with a nandroid backup through twrp u back up data, system, cache and boot, so if anything goes wrong u can just restore back to where u left off, i don't use stock OTA to update, but i believe u have to unroot and flash stock recovery then u can update.

I have been working on the sister models also. I saw no one was building these anymore so here it is I hope it can be enjoyed by all. Spread the word. provide feedback so other fans of this ROM may obtain it and work out any bugs if there are any. I will update once or twice a week depending on time and demand. I'm compiling for three different variants. Hit the thanks button and Enjoy. Dirty flash the updates not the initial flash of this rom but the updates to it. Initial install = Factory reset, wipe data and cache, install rom zip, install gapps zip, install su zip, reboot system. As of 9-3-18 i will be switching to Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic Beaver, that being said i do not know if i will have to change anything or do anything different to keep pushing these updates out but i will most definitely try to keep them coming.

Wipe system, cache, and dalvik install rom zip install nougat Gapps and SuperSU all at the same time meaning do not reboot until you have flashed all three if it didn't work the first time try it again just make sure you wipe system, cache and dalvik and install the Gapps at the same time it sounds like it's booting up but conflicting with other elements otherwise it would be bootloop and not system isn't responding

No this is lineage os 14.1 it's not mine I just build it because they have stopped doing it officially for this variant of the s3 but there's more to a phone than just the system and you have nothing but a recovery? There's bootloader modem, Efs etc. You wouldn't be able to even flash CM12. in TWRP are you going into advanced wipe or are you just swiping the slider?
