Need Stock Rom For HTC desire 820Q d820h the exe one if possible or the official recovery file

can't root it try'ed but failed and now recovery wont boot get error in red

Same I tried the windroid universal toolkit unlocked bootloader but I couldn't find a costum recovery I tried installing the 820's then I ended up with no recovery

i talked to HTC and told them about the recovery they said that they will tell the dev-team and will contact me via mail still waiting for them found the RUU file on a site but i need to register and pay 40$ monthly fee for the account

No roothing guide yet
HTC Desire 820q doesn't even has a working rooting guide yet. We can only unlock the bootloader and the next recovery step won't work. So it would be better to wait until lollipop is released for 820q.

[Q] Not able to flash CM12 on HTC desire 816

Hello there!
I have a HTC desire 816 and i rooted it with CWM recovery (still have s-on, bootloader is unlocked)
I tried flashing CM12 on the phone and it says an error. (Installation aborted)
Need help

Use CWM 6.0.5.1 or use latest TWRP

Maybe we can solve your problem without this file?
Do you want to do a software update?
I am writing guide on how to do this (with custom recovery) and release it when I give the link.

htc desire 820u bootloop problem after rooting

hi guys,
i am new to this rooting phones thing and i need ur help. i have an htc desire 820u phone which i rooted through the kingoroot and it was successful and running fine until i restarted it. after restarting the phone is stuck on the htc logo and doesnot boot. i havent tried to install any custom rom. so plz help me. i did the factory reset in the bootloader menu but its still stuck

htc a5dwg flash fresh kitkat stock rom

Soff is necessary or not to flash the stock rom because my htc 816 a5dwg is bootloader unlocked but S-on so when i try to flash stock rom its saying signature varification failed...if anyonw have any idea please help...Thank you
