[Q] IMEI problem with Note 2

I have IMEI problem with my phone. I flash 4.3 via Odin, but this version is full with bugs. After that i flash with 4.1.1 and the problems start. My IMEI became 0049.. After this flash I flash with 4.1.2 - 4.3 but the IMEI is 0049.. I have EFC folder on my PC, but i don't know how to reset her.. I have and other problem, on my screen i have square with info for my phone - PDA ,CSC,BAND,MEMORY and other.
Can you help me to fix this big problem for me..

no one can help u to solve your problem... no one also don't care about this..
this is the kind of oldest radio board on the device. latest modem & kernel only can read new radio hardware. that's why it cannot detect the IMEI correctly..

Try flashing dmg1 rom

Flash any mg1 Rom(custom/stock) and then flash mi6 modem..solved:thumbup:

Hi, i have this problem for two days and i cant get a solutions. this method will work ?

recently i have upgraded the firmware 4.3 after that unable to do call from mobile as it getting not registered on network. when i check the imei number getting 00499. i have tried all possible way as changed the rom upgrade/degrade firmware but remaining same and also showing KNOX warranty void 01 on odin mode. Could you please some to help to restore my original imei as i dont have any EFS back up of note 2

I am in the same boat, I need omega 18 to work on my phone. It's XXDMG1. Can I use the same modem file. Please guide. Thanks.
P. S. My imei does not change, I get emergency call only and there is no mobile network.

E975 no signal and restart after 1 minute working!

Hello friends,
I've install CARBON 4.4.2 ROM on my LG E975 after that when camera force closed I restart phone, but it didn't boot up! Then I try flash another rom but any rom didn't boot up at all except official CM11, but it didn't detect sim card! So I decide to flash official KDZ with flash tool, after flashing KDZ it boots up but still didn't have signal and also IMEI is unknown!
As I checked it seems the baseband problem and unfortunately I don't have backup of my EFS partition
First I want to know is it baseband issue and where can I find E975 baseband and how to flash when bootloader is locked?!
Another strange issue is that after flashing KDZ when I turn on phone, It works but restarts after 1 min and it repeats...!! What is this problem for?

F240l Flash to E988

Hello everybody. I've got a F240L. I want to flash it with official E988 firmware. Because F240l full of useless U+ applications and features . If I flash it via LG Flash tool, will it work? I had converted F240 to E980 via editing build.prop file. But I still have some USSD problems and region problems. Any advices and suggestions?

So, I Flashed my F240L with stock firmware from E988. And have 2 problems now: No network, Memory bug instead 32 gb it shows only 10.

have you tried flashing baseband ?
About Storage, because E988 has 16GB internal storage so if you flash E988 firmware on F240L, you only have 10GB free

Thank you. But unfortunately I couldn't unlock by boot loader. None of the methods did't work for my 240L. So, I went back to stock 4.4.2 and have rooted and cleaned from all Korean U+ crappy, useless applications.

hello i have, asus zenfone 2 4g ram and intel 1.83.
the phone is from china and CN version but the frimwere is WW i dont get ota updates.
i dont want to root.
put the update on storage didnt work.
How can i update versions?

Boot to recovery it should detect & install the update automatically
If not then update it ur self via recovery
Make sure it ur model rom with same sku

i will try,
but i tried from the recevory and adb and it didnt work.
the install said eror becuase it is not the same sku you CN sku but in my phone there is allready WW frimwere

which firmware version u have installed & which one r u trying to install
u should update firmware sequentially(the next form ur current firmware then the next till the latest)

i have bulid number:
WW-ASUS_Z00A-2.13.40.13
I tried to the next one and stil dosnt work the full frimwere from asus and also only the ota from asus-zenfone.com

try ota first

dosnt recognize after restert...

what exactly have u done ?

download the ota---put the ota zip ( change the WW to CN) file in intenal storage----- connect the phone the pc---- restert
same with asus original frimwere

u should always detach ur usb cable after copying update to phones internal memory

hmm strange i dont know what to do then maybe flash everthing via fastboot, but be careful not to flash the wrong partition

I tried few time every time i had an error and the error said wrong sku..

finally i flash a new frimware.
1.i got the recovery files for the correct version and start recovery.
2. i flash from the adb the new frimware
and every thing work perfectly, i tried to put another update and i got the notifcation.

Hey, just follow this steps and you will get 4g and your device also not get hard brick.and I am 100% sure that it will work for your device.

There should be make sure you are using the 64bit twrp and not my official 32bit

Yes,you can flash other roms or other stock variety but you should not have to downgrade bootloader as it will hard brick your device.

Now here many posts but anyone post not work for
Me plzz when i going to unlock my bootloader it,s failed not unlocking
I also tried pixel experience rom 8.1.0 with 34 bit twrp to 64bit twrp
I also used that commands fastboot erase modemst1 and modemst2
But not working i,m worried because i bought my mobile 4days ago
It,s possible i use another mobile efs backup and change imei plzz real help xda owner
One thing i don,t install gapps in pixel rom it need are not to back imei
Sorry for bad english because my english is not good

While you use custom roms imei is there???
