Well as the title says you can use this thread to review & recommend all cases.
Obviously presumptuous at this point as it's not yet released, but cases are available.
I usually opt for UAG cases as i like the style, but also quite like Caseology ....
So this will be my first case the UAG Monarch.....Bit pricey but loving the style....

Thankfully Spigen has made (in my opinion) their absolute best thin-ish TPU case for the S8/S8+ which was previously an iPhone exclusive - Liquid Air Armor.
Again, it's a relatively thin, black TPU, with a patterned rear which helps add a bit of grip but also some style. The edges of the case are rounded to match the phone, and the production seams non-existent and there are no uncomfortable edges. The button presses are the best I've ever felt on a case. The fit and finish is INCREDIBLE on my iPhone 7 Plus and I begged Spigen to make this case for the Pixel phones, but they had no plans (likely because of less popularity). Seriously, out of all the TPU cases I've used, this is my absolute favorite.
I will update my post with impressions once I actually get the device. My only concern is that it may be a little too thick for my liking and sort of ruin the edge display experience, but there might not be any way around that unless you get a SUPER thin case or a skin. Cimo also makes quality thin-fit TPU cases (used one on my Note7 and many other phones), but this is far superior in terms of design and build quality... it's just a hair thicker.

anybody know if the otterbox defender for the s8+ has the built in screen protector?
I bought today an UAG for S8+ (Monarch variant), will share some photos when arrive
Only one choice of case for me & that is the speck presidio grip. Case on my s7 edge is a speck candy shell grip.

big fan of spiegen cases and that would look fantastic on the arctic silver version. unfortunately i got the black one so will probably end up ordering the standard black hybrid bumper case again. great case on my S6.
I'm going to end up with 15 cases for this phone.

I was looking at the VRS thor&terra guard one. I may just grab the thor one, seems protective and slim. Why must choosing a case be so hard

colored ones are on sale :victory:
Why would anyone buy the bumper or any case from them, their products are terrible and can't even handle being on the device they are designed for.
After picking up a bumper for the N4 and getting a replacement that also self destructed I'll be going for a s-curve TPU case that I have used since my nexus s days.
Poetic makes great case and their customer service is good as well. They rectify issues if come up. I would not hesitate to purchase from them. There is not many company out there like this, who actually care and revise their cases. It happened on my Revolution Nexus 7 2nd Gen Screen protector, they replaced it two weeks after my purchase.
Plus, their Bumpers look brilliant on my Nexus 4.
No combined shipping? .
I'm happy with the n4 bumper I have from them. Granted it was the third one they sent me before finding one that didn't fall a part right away.

Agreed on that Neo Hybrid. It's beautiful, but way too big. I've switched to my Supcase Unicorn Beetle case. It's a good fit in the hand, but the power button is so hard to press. It's nearly impossible to screen shot with this case. Shopping around for something else. Had my eye on the Poetic bumper. Wish they'd have black instead of gray for the secondary color, though.

I ordered the Poetic Palette case. I like slimmer, hardshell cases and the Palette seems to wrap around the top and bottom better than most hardshell options. I've also never had a sandpaper case before and I've good things.

Hi
I am looking for the best clear slim case for the LG G4. Here are some cases that i found that might be good?
I-Blason Halo Scratch Resistant Hybrid Clear Case
Spigen Case Ultra Hybrid
I was thinking of getting this one -> http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00VH1T0EI/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A8NYDTKQCUJSM#
There is a link on slickdeals for LG G4 cases from Rearke (sp?) - some of the best cases for $5 or $6 shipped with no tax.
Anyone try these. I got the i-blason clear and it gives a polka-dot effect on the white. I'm guessing it's some kind of shadow effect but definitely not attractive. I sent them an email to see if I'm crazy or what because the effect certainly wasn't in their pictures on the amazon page.

Hello,
I gotta be honest, I own the I-Blason Case for my Red Leather LG G4 and I got to say, I'm a little disappointed.
It's not holding up well to scratches and the case already looks like it's a month old even though it's been a week, so far I'd only give this thing a 3/5.

There are several reviews on Amazon that mention the clear I-Blason case scratches easily. It's funny because I-Blason uses anti-scratch as a marketing angle.

Hell, that's the thing that's so annoying about the scratches.
That's why with Spigen I know I'm getting high quality I've never been disappointed in a Spigen Case before.

Does the case go on and come off easy without messing up the leather corners? Is the case scratch resistant? I saw a few of these on Ebay for $20, but all the sellers mentioned the case is not compatible with leather back.

While the looks are there,I can't recommend it for those who remove their cases on any regular basis. The fit is way too snug, thought I was gonna either bend the phone,or,pop the display glass out.

I received it today, the buttons are really stiff and hard to press, I cut them a little inside and now they are much easier to press. The bumper is also a little bit slippery but when I get my dbrand skin it should help. The screen protector has halo on the top and bottom and a tiny bit on the sides of it is even a mm off. I trimmed my one top and bottom but screwed it up and too much dust and lint stuck on the glue side so I gave up. The material the screen protector is made of attracts lint like crazy! I hope this helps

What kind of material is the bumper made of?
Is this a rigid frame,or,flexible TPU construction?
The Rhinoshield bumper is a rigid tpu much more than other bumpers I have used from them as it is thicker due to it covering the champers at the back. The fit is perfect and it keeps the back of the phone raised off the table. I do like it just wish I didn't need to cut the buttons internally but that's minor I guess. I have drop tested it from chest height onto a tiled floor and no issues.

Nice! Can't wait for the video review, it's finally up on Amazon so I can order once I see it and make sure it'll fit my needs.
Thanks for making all these reviews, I bet it's helped more than a few 10 owners

How does the case affect the fingerprint sensor? Does it get in the way much?
How does the bumper affect putting phone into ones pocket? Compared to a normal case

@ramheer have you been able to put the crash guard review up on youtube yet? If so, got a link?

Devilcase has an aluminum bumper case that goes only around the edges.

i recieved the devilcase yesterday. i love it, except the cutout for the type C on the bottom isn't big enough for any of my Type C cables. -_-
now i've got to try and dremel the ends to fit, or buy new cables.

Tried and tested series across many phones. It's a great case. I'm still waiting for Spigen to hopefully release a Liquid Air case for the 7 Pro. Love me some Liquid Air.
Yep. I've had this case on my 6P and 2XL, and both phones have survived 20-30 foot drops perfectly unscathed.
So I pre-ordered this case and am rocking it now.
I still like the way the phone feels naked, but this is a nice minimal case that I know will protect it.

According to what Spigen told me, they'd have to hear some fair amount of demand from users.
Great case! Had it on my LG v20 and it never broke. I'm waiting for the dbrand grip tho.

Is the dBrand Grip worth the wait ?
I plan on getting Poetic Affinity, Spigen Tough Armor and one other to use for each of the 3 years I own the OP7 Pro

I liked the first one, sadly the notification slider bit ended up being ground away by the serrated edge. I'm hopeful for this one.

Poetic Affinity, still feels rather chunky...compared to the Fusion-X that is.

I'm guessing if it wasn't its protective abilities would be reduced ?
I'm looking at Spigen's slim armor case with the kickstand. I want a durable case with a kickstand but without the larger, crazier designs of some of the other cases on amazon. The slim armor case looks like a good option, I just wish they sold it in black instead of gray.
The larger spigen tough armor case will be in black but I really want to avoid getting a case that will be too bulky.
There's probably not much of a chance of spigen adding the slim case in black now that its already listed on the site.
