Will that work with youtube? Is it system wide for any sound?

I installed a newer Google Camera version (only working with 7.1.1) and it force closes every time. Any thoughts?
I had tried G camera in marshmallow.
Worked perfectly fine with no issues.

The app might be 64bit. Did you installed from Playstore?
No I got the arm (not arm64) version from apkmirror.
I'm also having the same issue. It force close every time I open the app.

Is google camera working for nougat? I've tried installing the apk and everything but it crashes everytime I switch to video.

Does anyone have problems playing movies on ROMs? Coz every ROM I use the movies just stay black and show a buffer icon!? Please anyone got advice?

Not without recompiling the rom & I don't know what needs to be changed - you will have to ask the rom dev,
