[Q] Has anyone's order shipped (USA)?

Has anyone's order shipped (USA)? If so, which model and colour did you order? Where did you order from (HTC.com, carrier website, etc...)?

Ordered the silver from AT&T which shipped on Friday and will arrive on Monday.

I ordered gunmetal gray on Friday early afternoon through htc.com which redirected me to Sprint. Got the shipping notification Friday evening, about 6 hours later. Due to arrive Tuesday.

I'm sure everyone is excited. Digital River's service-level is average at best -- the person answering your email (or rather selecting which script to send you) has no authority to speak to you on a human level. All they see is no stock, hence your email, and that's that.

I'm getting mine from tmobile on monday. before 3pm. i orderd the gold on silver. I wish i order the gunmetal....

Ordered mine Friday morning, but got an email saying it was on back order. Got another email yesterday saying that it should ship Monday.
Got the unlocked one from HTC, full price.

Ordered mine Friday from T-Mobile and just picked it up from UPS this morning. :good:

The funds were on hold at the bank since this AM but they aren't any longer. They didn't take them either.

So, question. I asked this at Best Buy and both the cell representative and manager told me I can just go online and find it, which it's not listed and they were of little help.
I want the International model as it doesn't come with carrier bloat. Does anybody familiar with Best Buys workings know if they can order it for me? Or are they limited to carrier versions?

I submitted my information for both as well. One is a T-Mobile exclusive offer and the other is for everyone. I got emails from both saying that they received my information and that I should get a confirmation email within 5 days.

My Verizon model should be here by 8 PM today. Woohoo!

Verizon just changed my shipping date.

Original shipping date was 10/28. Which was tomorrow. Now it says I'm not gonna get it till 12/2. Wtf Verizon. I guess I'm stuck with my grenade for now(note 7)

Yup, everyone is getting it. I bet it has to do with the recent bootloader unlock and nothing else. I'm cancelling my VZW pre-order and I'll wait and get it through Google.

I got the same message. Thinking about canceling and looking for a different one. Havent decided yet. I was all excited cause my ship date before was tomorrow. I ordered the 128GB black.

Same thing here. Ordered Pixel XL 128 black on the 15th. It was initially slated for delivery tomorrow, but now it's showing 12/2. I'm not quite sure what to do now. If I have to use my Note 7 that much longer, I might as well just keep it permanently.

This sucks for you guys!! I swear I don't understand phone manufacturers they know they will sell a bunch why they never have enough to keep up with demand is beyond me. First the iPhone 7 and now this phone.

Glad I preordered from Verizon when I did, though I would have ordered from Google if they allowed it during the sold out preorder time.

my order has been shipped today. a couple of 10/14 pre-orders got the same update i did.

I just got an email showing I will have the phone in hand tomorrow. My order was orginally supposed to ship by the 28th, I then had it pushed back to 12/02.

Ordered 10/19, still showing a shipping date of 11/18.

Motorola order status

I ordered from Motorola.com unlocked Moto z2 play the 29th with estimated delivery the 18th. Checking the order status is still says order placed and they already charged my account but the phone hasn't been built or shipped as of today. Suggestions? Ideas? Harsh words?

I'm supposed to get mine the 21st. I'm not counting on it though. The sacks had 2 weeks to build it, package it, and ship it but they faped around and didn't do it. It's a sh!tshow.

Mine also moved to the 'Device Being Built' status yesterday sometime after my previous post. Ordered the 4th, estimated delivery is there 21st. Doesn't look like they actually prioritize earlier orders.
One thing that kind of concerns me is I can no longer check my order status with my zip code. Only entertaining my last name works.

The Clarence delay on mine went away last Thursday. Despite this the shipment hasn't moved from Memphis since and there is still no scheduled delivery date.
Original estimated arrival date: 21st.
Original scheduled delivery date: 28th.
Current scheduled delivery date: someday.

Now on FedEx it says "Per shipper instructions, package will not be delivered until the scheduled delivery date." Then at the bottom under Shipment Facts it says "Standard transit 9/05/2017 by 12:00 pm".
There is no doubt that Motorola knew or simply wanted the packages to be delayed. Look under the second day when the package was picked up. It says "Future delivery requested".
My guess is it will be another week before any of us see our phones.

i called them several times between the original promised date (8/21), the second promised date (8/28), and the date it actually arrived (8/30). first level customer support offered me 10% off a future order. i escalated to Order Administration and they offered 10% off the current order. when it missed the second promised date (8/28), i called back again and escalated to their executive support team (or "UCC" team) who gave me 20% off the current order (~$100) and overnighted a shirt to me, which i wasn't expecting.
the entire delay process was a pain in the ass, but i do appreciate that motorola went above and beyond in trying to make it right for me.

I pre-ordered the OnePlus 8 Pro 12GB RAM 256GB Storage and OnePlus is showing expected dispatch today and expected delivered tomorrow (I paid for the premium delivery). I have a notification from DPD that they are expecting to collect (notification was at 0351 lol). It is neither showing as dispatched by OnePlus nor received by DPD. I am not confident of getting it tomorrow. Anyone else in the same boat??

if its via DPD you still got time. If they not collected by 9pm then yeah it wont arrive tomorrow.
My order is with amazon and got delivery date for tomorrow. Still waiting for dispatch but Amazon Logistics can take up to 1am to dispatch.

Got my dispatch note about 30 mins ago. On the way to Stoke apparently so I'm as confident as I can be at this point!

I ordered my OnePlus 8 on 14th, got it on the 16th in UK. Ordered direct from OnePlus website.

only those who ordered direct will get it anytime soon
amazon messed up and been advertising delivery on 21st when they had n stock.
now they saying May 2nd for stock and 9th for delivery.

I found out last night that I can get a brand new Samsung S20+ 5G from Samsung with a £149 disciunt so get it for £849 (Student discount). Am tempted (never thought I would say that - had OnePlus since the 3)

I returned my S20+ in favour of getting the 8 Pro.
Even with the your student discount, I wouldn't consider it because you'll still be getting Samsung's crappy Exynos with poor prolonged load performance due to throttling and poor battery life.

yeah Exynos Samsung phones are not worth it.
I just dislike the Software. Much better then it was but prefer the kind of development Pixels and OP phones get

How are you finding it? I'm so impressed, it's an incredible device, I love the OnePlus launcher but I want to add 7 icons on the bottom.
Absolutely quality device, my first SOT was 9 hours.
Camera is ridiculously good. The stability is just the nuts, the 30x zoom is dumb, but stay within X10 and it's immaculate
Going to do some gaming tests and what HDMI works and what doesn't soon, I just got home from a day in the office and then made a bloody bar in the kitchen.
Lost 4% overnight the first night
I'm aiming for 1% tonight then I can get a true SOT
