Guys ,
I was on rooted encrypted stock 3.2.8 with twrp 3.0.4-1 and tried to install custom ROM resurrection remix marshmallow by eliminator. Since I got boot loop ( may be coz I tried to install SuperSU ) I tried to restore twrp backup of OOS 3.2.8 with twrp..it seemed to restore and in the end when I rebooted it only showed one plus logo and switched off.. What do I do..?

Clean flash OOS, then restore backup.
I could reboot to twrp recovery , and I wiped all (except internal storage ) and flashed full 3.2.8 which was in my internal storage, but i got error 7. (Mount system was checked)..

not sure but u may have to use a lower version of twrp if u r flashing 3.2.8
Try using the recovery from blu_spark.
Tried to install twrp 3.0.2-1 img from within recovery, failed to boot. Fastbooted stock recovery . side loading stock OOS 3.2.8 failed. Link for blue spark recovery please. which version..? One link was closed

is this ' twrp-3.0.3-x_blu_spark_v22-op3_op3t.img ' ok?
My op3 booted finally. Twrp 3.0.4-1 and 3.0.2-1 would not boot after restore.
Modified twrp 3.0.2-22 finally booted with Nandroid restore..
Thank you guys!

Hi,
I have rooted my new yureka using cmw recovery and supersu.
Later installed flashify and tried to flash TWRP. After installing my mobile got soft bricked.
Then in fastboot mode i flashed twrp64 bit recovery and my mobile started working as previous. And then I flashed twrp 2.8.6.0 by download it from Flashify.
Now I cannot get into recovery and bootloader screen is showing blank. I have tried both by hard keys and apps like quick boot and flashify.
And my root is also properly installed
Please provide solution for the above problem.. ?

You cant install stock with twrp,if you want install stock you can adb sideload or using asusflashtool.

i was using resurrection remix (magisk) from infinitus-rom.com with twrp version 3.0.3.M4-0 for last 2 months
but suddenly my phone got switched off and when i tried to boot it booted twrp recovery mode. i cant boot the phone in normal mode
i even updated to latest TWRP 3.1.1-0 version but no luck .
please help me with this. is there any way to start this phone without flashing and losing all data.
even this infinitus-rom.com/ site is not opening so i could sideload same rom again
Once he fixes whatever the problem is with his site. You can reflash rom without wiping anything (dirty flash) You SHOULD be OK after that.

extract raw. and flash it with commands skip erase data command. as you are able to boot in to twrp. why don't you copy data to pc. or sd card or otg pendrive!
i dirty flashed with unofficial rr rom , it worked
Hey. I have a rooted with TWRP installed OnePlus 5T on OOS v5.1.1
I've been receiving the 5.1.3 upgrade for a while now and have decided to update. Can i dirty flash the package or do i need to wipe system and data? I'm guessing the root will not be retained and i will have to root again but will the TWRP recovery stay intact? Thanks for your answers
I guess you would be able dirty flash.
You have to flash the twrp and magisk root again. If you are going to flash latest Open Beta 11, you have to flash Beta 10 before to retain data.

I have switched from 5.1.3 to beta11 like;
1- download the rom you want to install from oneplus site.
2- also download the stock recovery image from oneplus site.
3- put both files into the phone.
4- flash the stock recovery you downloaded.
5- boot into stock recovery and install the downloaded rom without wiping or formating anything.
6- enjoy your new rom with all your apps and data.
After the above steps you can install custom recovery and magisk again.
I also highly recommend to take a full backup of your phone .

Why was stock recovery flashed? Can the Rom not be installed using TWRP?

Well, i always got an error with twrp. No OS installed or something like that. Tried also a dirty flash with twrp and phone was not able to boot. So i found the way with stock recovery.

Rom can be flashed with Blu Spark treble TWRP V8.78not normal TWRP. And after you flash reboot to recovery then flash magisk 15.3 and no verity V2 or version 3 if your not encrypted either work, I used V2 just fine.
If you try to flash magisk right after rom it will probably give you an error. Reboot only to recovery BEFORE letting the rom boot or you loose recovery, then magisk will flash, 15.3 is the least grievous version after a successful boot upgrading to 16.4 is easy.
16.6 has been giving people grief also.
So on my 5T I have Resurrection remix 8.6.3 and somehow TWRP went away and only boots to the bootloader when trying to Boot to recovery and now can't flash torp or at least boot to it it says it completes via fastboot but never boots to it need to figure out how to get recovery back on there so I can revert to stock and start over clean
