I just tried it, both home and back took me back to the lock screen and required fingerprint or code. I'm on 6.0.1. Are you on 7?

- 7MP Panorama. I changed registry and resetted my phone, but when I start panorama-modus, my phone chrashes? Anyone knows this problem?
- Clock Flip. If its 10.55, and I go to HTC Sense Home, the clock flips from 09.54 to 10.55, is there any way to stop this, it's annoying?
- When I'm in conversation, my screen doesn't lock itself? So I push the button at top of my phone, screen turns black, after some seconds the screens lights up again and my ear is touching the Touchscreen!
- The outlook-button at Keyboard is the one I don't use, is there any option to give this button another task? : )
- When I want to take a picture, i have to touch the touchscreen? Is there any way to take a picture with a hard-button?

I use s2u2 for all my locking needs. LockDevice, throttlelock or pocketshield are all other options. I think you can also go into the phone settings and change it to lock touch screen while in call.

If you reprogram you PTT button to the camera function it will not only load up the camera but work to take pictures. It is very convenient that you can turn your phone and the side and that button is at the top like a normal camera.

i know you can get slide unlock to work so that if you slide to the left you can take a picture instant and to the right to unlock
but how do you get that feature with a PIN code or a PATTERN?
You can't. Going to camera directly would bypass the security test so its just not available.

On Marshmallow, the camera preview doesn't show. It just unlocks if your face is seen. Otherwise you can enter your pattern.
On KitKat, you would have to wait for it to try and unlock using your face and this took longer and didn't always work. I think this is much better now.
Make sure you have good lighting and try it. Try to reapply the face unlock and improve the face matching.

On cyanogenmod. It shows a face in the bottom of the screen when turning on the screen. It means that gave unlock camera works.

Double tap?
Gcam needs RAW support by the camera driver.
My SODP based ROMs support it.
(And GCAM needs GAPPS)
be aware that the camera is work in progress there, if you rely on it, I would wait with unlocking the phone until it's okay.

Sad that GCAM don't work. I'll wait a bit before I unlock because it's a company phone and I don't want to say to my boss "sry I've bricked my new phone"

If I remember correctly only the XZ3 has it, because the battery drain is too high on a non OLED display. (Black color takes non power on OLED screens, while other colors taking more power than a LCD screen)
But maybe somewhere is a mod, which requires root (unlocking mandatory again hihi)
You're allowed to unlock a company phone and maybe kill the warranty? [emoji14]

Make sure you updated to the newest PIE firmware before unlocking
Sony tends to remove the DRM more with each new OS version.
Maybe you want to wait for the Q update, before you unlock.
Hello again all, with this one I was curious if any has any one encountered anybugs sense they have gone to the latest update??
But before updating I wast able to use xda on tapatalk
And now with the latest update i have issues with the xda app and in Firefox when I try to replay, make a post that i end up in the quote typing, the reply box just keeps next line down and I can't get back to what I am typing and eventually just have to use Chrome,
And not sure if it a ul5 but it seem my touch whennim typing is pretty bad it end up with alot of typos but it could be fat thumbs and something I assum could be hogging up my ram but I change my virtual ram to 6gbs and fresh rate is 60htz vs the 120hrz but let me know

The little green light comes on when the camera/microphone is accessed... If you weren't using an app that was supposed to be using the camera (or microphone) then some other app was spying on you...
Hi, just updated to the new software (Dec firmware) but I am still having issues with auto rotate stack widget on my fold 4. Can anyone don't mind help me to test pls?
To replicate:
1) Have stack widgets on cover screen on home page and 2nd page, press and hold, edit stack and have auto rotate on for both pages.
2) Turn off cover screen mirroring
3) Unfold phone
4) Fold phone
5) Edit stack setting on cover screen.
Does the auto rotate widget switch to off on the home page? How about the 2nd page?

Yeah, this bug happened awhile back in OneUI 4.x (which got fixed by a keyboard update if I'm not mistaken) and now it's returned. I avoid using the Fold to reply in a forum... I have to resort to using different device.
