I installed the LG G4 phone stock rom. The phone is working. The LED is on. The opening sound is coming up. But the screen does not open. (The battery screen appears when I pull the battery out only when USB is connected.) .
I can get a download mod. But no screen.
I guess I install the wrong KDZ.
I do not know my phone model. (H815,H818,H811 i dont know )

You have the H815 version. Simply download the .kdz file and use the LGUP program. I did this when I thought my phone was bricked

I tried it again but it does not.
I wanted to install the stock rom again, but it did not.

first i had ILAPO problem after upgrading...i used a method of disabling big cores but i had to choose TOT for H818 since TOT for H815 didn't work...now my phone has changed from
815 to 818 but whenever i try to boot it i get a blackscreen thou i can hear it booting...then after searching my IMEI info i found it is F500S i am a bit confused on what to do now!!
In what way did try? Usually you just put the Phone into Download Mode (If you install LGUP and Drivers Correctly the Program should do it for you *If you have your phone connected Normally with your PC) what happens when you connect via PC?

If it connects and the program sees the phone then by installing the right stock image should fix but if not then a replacement is needed

Ha! I have got one program that claim to fix the bootloader download mode. But it got ok ok and ok. Can't fix the problem.

Use upgrade option and use kdz..i just now did that to my g3 this afternoon... I flashed stock lollipop using upgrade option

I had rooted KitKat on G3. So i tried to unroot it and go back to stock using Lgflash tool. During the process, lgflashtool is now stuck at 6% saying "change partition fail". In device manager ,my PC detects it as "LGE Mobille USB serial Port".
I have tried ADB .but it always show no device.

Some times this can happen due to incompatibility of LG flash tool. You may need to try the same process on a pc running different Windows (Windows 7 32 bit will be great).
If you still have no result then you can also try the process with LGUP tool.

what dll you used..i have also this problem i have d855 model and when i switch on my phone it automatic in downloading mode ...i have tried (LGD855_20140526_LGFLASHv160.dll) with (D855AT-00-V10e-EUR-XX-JUL-08-2014-32G+0.tot) beacause i dont know what is mobile software version

You shouldn't have to use the guide I first posted since your phone is recognized. If you flashed wrong rom with the lgtool will report that model which is incorrect. Take off the battery cover and look around the phone so you have the correct model for your phone and download that kdz. You can use this guide to help. Use the first part.

Unfortunately I opened up my phone and found that my board is replaced with D850. So i flashed D850 tot file.
For you , just flash Europe . If it ends in success.You have flashed the correct tot file. for FM, try to find that your hardware is in working condition.Otherwise just go without FM.

Did you find any fix to your problem? I got the same: stuck at firmware update screen 0% and find out that mine have a D851 chip instead of D855 .

Yes no prob so first you have to download the d851 tot file and the genetic dll and then come here again i will tell you the next step

Use dll that is supposed to be compatible with d851.
hi i have an lg g4 h815T model its running on android lollipop 5.1... i want it upgraded to marshmallow... problem is there's no option for OTA update in about phone its running stock.. i want to get it to marshmallow ... phone is rooted(it was when i bought it used) rest i knw nothing... i can learn .... i have used Motorola razer n spyder rom n stuff before...

Plug your phone to your PC, and start LG Bridge to check for update.
LG Up also works, but you'll have to find a corresponding KDZ( not that easy )

Get LG Bridge from here: www.lg.com/hk_en/support/support-mobile/lg-H815T
Don't flash other variant‘s KDZ，or you’ll risk BRICK your device or get a null IMEI
H815T is not a common device and there're HK version and AUS version,use LG Bridge for safe.

no i think your phone cant be bootloader unlocked.
you cant root MM only LP thats why you had it rooted.
LP and MM system is different and on LP there was a hole that you could xploit it to rooted this changed on MM. in blocked.
so only in LP can be rooted with locked bootloader. wich am 100% your phone is. also if you plan to go back to LP make sure to know wich antirollback you are because different antirollback hard bricks phone..
still haven't managed to update mm... update file downloaded (1.67 gig~..too slow connection 4 hr to download this file) it started updating went to 9% than phone restarts into download mode and error pops up in bridge saying report recover error
can i download the update manually AND install it because stock downloader takes too long (normal downloading @150~200 kbs/s when my peak connection speed is 500~600 kbs/s)

yes you need to download the correct KDZ for it. i feel you i have 100kb connection. it took me all night to download ..
thats not good . can you enter sownload mode .. press vol up and connect usb. ?

Hello ,i am new here, i have a big problem with my LG G4 H815 ,i have bought the phone in ebay in china ,i live in albania ,in first phone works well with 10c version LGH81510C , i wanted to update my phone so i download LGH81520G KDZ i flash with lg flash tool but when i turn on the phone it says nt-code mcc/mnc[FFFFFF],subset[FF] , and i have service disable ,so i downgrade the phone to 10c again and rooted with low effort https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4...t-tmo-vzw-intl-variants-soon-root-lg-t3164765, i am rooted now, i have foto but i dont know how to upload here anyway,i read this here https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/how-to-change-region-t2904951, can anyone help me to how to repair my phone beacuse i dont undersand all this things here can anyone tell me step by step what to do or i will give my teamvierwer or my email andcan send the foto or anything please help me please ,sorry for my bad english ,thank you ,have a nice day

for example? what you need to know? i have bought this phone in ebay a have used for 6 months with 5.1 or LGH81510C and was fanatstic phone works very well ,but i want to upgrade to 6.0 ,in setting updata center the phone said you have last version but i have the 5.1 so i download the kdz file and have used the flash tool the update finished successfully but when i turn on the phone it says nt-code mcc/mnc[FFFFFF],subset[FF] , and i have service disable, and now when i do restart my phone, the phone when is starting up have black screen but sounds of phone is turn on is ok this shows me that the phone has turn on but i have no screen i have only black screen, so i have to take away battery to leave 1 minutes and to put againg and the screen turn on very well ,im am explaing you that the phone has works without any these problems after flashing kdz LGH81520G 6.0 the phone have this 2 problems , i have used and the unlock bootloader method and i have unlock my phone but when i install the twrp the screen come black so i have root with low effort but the phone says again nt-code mcc/mnc[FFFFFF],subset[FF] , and i have service disable. Sory for my bad english anyway you can ask me for everything ,thank you very much

Yes i can, it is a simple fix, email me so that it can be easier "[email protected]"
Try this...
Go to the path '/cust' and modify the next file: (YOU HAVE TO BE ROOT)
cust_path_mapping.cfg
And place the next line on the last line of the file
Code:
FFFFFF,FF=/cust/OPEN_COM
Now save and exit.
Restart your G4 and the message should not appear anymore.
