Can NOT install MultiRom.ME - Xiaomi Mi Max Questions & Answers

Hi there,
I can not install any version of MultiRom.me ROM, except this one v8.0.1.0 Stable. Here is the detail of my weird issue.
A. What do you have?
Mimax 3/32GB with working TWRP 3.0.3-0
https://dl.twrp.me/hydrogen/twrp-3.0.3-0-hydrogen.img
v8.0.1.0 Stable ROM flashable .zip file (1)
http://ua.multirom.me/MROTA/STABLE/V8/V8.0/multirom_MIMAX_V8.0.1.0.MBCCNDG_v6.0.1_b13_e685363f8e.zip
v8.2.2.0 Stable ROM flashable .zip file (2)
https://vroms2fe7lh.multirom.me/MRO...AX_V8.2.2.0.MBCCNDL_v6.0.1_b24_8c9ad51076.zip
SuperSU 2.79 flashable .zip file (3)
https://download.chainfire.eu/1021/SuperSU/SR3-SuperSU-v2.79-SR3-20170114223742.zip
B. What process did you use?
Booted to TWRP
Wiped fully (system, data, cache, davik cache)
Installed ROM (saved in USB OTG)
Installed SuperSU (saved in USB OTG)
Wiped Cache & Davik Cache
Rebooted
C. What is your issue?
If I used the combo (1), (3) and process (B), everything worked well w/o any problem. But,
If I used the combo (2), (3) and process (B), it could not boot up. The Mi logo lighted on in 1s and shutdown immediately later whenever I pressed power button.
In addition, I could not boot into TWRP too.
Now I've been in rom (1) with working TWRP, and still could not flash rom (2).
Kindly help me explain it and show me how to solve this issue.
Thanks and Best Regards,

Problem android.system.mui interrupted in rom ace2Nutzer

Hello guys, I need some advice ...
I have an ace with two previously a CM11, I proceeded through odin restore with original ROM JB (I8160XXNA1_I8160ITVNA1_HOME.tar) and then, once combed the new rom I proceeded to install the new rom and kernel Ace2Nutzer with this procedure:
Wipe Cache + wipe data / factory reset
Go advanced
wipe Dalvik cache
go back
install zip from sdcard
install zip from sdcard1
..then I selected the rom Ace2Nutzer (cm ROM: 20150714) and installed
..then I selected the patch Patch1 (for CM11: 20,150,714) and installed
..then I selected the gappps (HDPI_mini-gapps-kk-20150617-signed) and instllata
..then I selected kernel (latest ver 20151130) and installed
..then I selected parameters NovaThor (NovaThor Settings v1.6.6) and installed
go back and reboot system ..
At this point I figured all the phone ...
The rom is very good and congratulations for the work, but I have a problem; a low battery desktop nova flashes without background and then opens a window that says: android.system.mui the process was interrupted and I'm forced to turn off power button and put them in charge as the phone is not responding to commands
Someone kindly help me? I do not have practical installations rom, I run the right procedure of installing the kernel and rom?
Thank you
Anyone with this problem even on other rom?

Stuck in Twrp reboot loop

I recently installed twrp and for my moto g5 then I did format data later on went for reboot system then I found no os installed so I installed a custom Rom later rebooted the system then I got stuck in twrp loop. I went through all the solution but it did not work so please help. Thank you
If you're on stock rom you need to remove dm-verity for it to boot (read faqs on twrp thread!)
For custom rom flash it correctly
Wipe
Advanced wipe
Wipe system data cache
Install
Select rom zip
Select gapps zip
Select root zip (optional)
Wipe cache
Restart
What architecture rom and twrp are you using?

Xiaomi Max 3 stuck on boot after Unlock + TWRP Format Data

So here's what I did to cause my phone to get stuck on the logo screen:
1. Unlocked my phone using the Mi Unlock
2. Used ADB to install twrp-3.3.1-0-nitrogen
3. I couldn't mount my Data or SD Card folders due to encryption, so someone told me to use TWRP to format data, which I did. It didn't boot up after that.
I've tried the following fixes:
1. TWRP > Advanced Wipe > Cache / Data / Internal Storage / System
2. TWRP > Install > MIUI 11 V11.0.2.0.PEDCNXM
3. TWRP > Install > MIUI 11 V11.0.3.0.PEDCNXM
4. TWRP > Install > Magisk-v20.4
No luck, still stuck on boot. Anyone kind enough to please help?
I had the same problem when I backed up the global rom with OrangeFox and restarted the system without installing anything.
The following procedure worked for me.
User the latest version of TWRP 3.3.1 do not use OrangeFox
1. First you must remove the encryption, Wipe> Format Data, confirm by typing "yes"
2. Advanced Wipe and clean Dalvik, Cache, Data, System and Vendor.
3. Then proceed with the installation.
In my case I installed xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMAX3_V11.0.2.0.QEDCNXM_v11-10
Hope this helps!

Thanks a lot for the reply!
I somehow managed to get it working with OrangeFox, so I'm going to try it for awhile till it breaks. But I can't seem to pass the SafetyNet Check in Magisk, so I might have to your tips eventually.
What I did was:
1. Use the MI Flash tool + 11.03 CN Fastboot ROM to get out of the boot loop.
2. Loaded OrangeFox-R10.1-stable-nitrogen and Magisk-v20.4 on an SD Card
3. ADB + Fastboot to install twrp-3.3.1-0-nitrogen, then installed OrangeFox
4. Using OrangeFox, installed Magisk-v20.4

I have not yet rooted with magisk on xiaomi.eu so I have no way of giving an opinion on what may have gone wrong in your case.
But did you install the most current magisk from magisk.me and clear the cache?
maybe this video can help you. shows a Brazilian installing orangefox and rooting with magisk in the global rom and everything works, Magisk passes the SafetyNet test. https://youtu.be/O5bq1HMFREI?t=328

be sure that ur phone is unlocked and enable USB debug
here are talking about an issue about installing a custom recovery or an issue in phone storage
I use fox too but I flashed the TWRP 1st using TOOL ALL IN ONE installed it without any issue then flashed fox from a flashable zip
for the memory issue I had it too it started with no being able to copy files that are 4Go or more to the internal memory so I flashed a the stock rom again and the memory become 0 and not accessible
but in my case fox was working so I went to wipe tab and wiped everything after ejecting the memory card in the reboot it said the system was destroyed I flashed the rom again and the issue was resolved
but before u do that make sure the phone is unlocked if not u wont be able to flash anything
Requirements: miui 12.0.3 china stable fastboot rom.
Orangefox recovery;
Custom rom of your choice;
Example xiaomi .eu 12.0.3 stable
Device: gingko(redmi note 8)
Note: make sure your bootloader is unlocked;
Backup your data before doing anything.
This guide is working and tested .
*If anything goes wrong i will not be responsible*
*Its your choice*
Make sure to check clean all button on mi flash tool.
(Do not check clean all and lock)
Flash miui 12.0.3 stable china fastboot rom using mi flash tool in fastboot mode;
After rom flashed complete the setup;
,boot phone in fastboot and flash twrp
Next boot to twrp ,allow modification.
Next move orange fox recovery to phone storage while connected on pc .
Flash orange fox ,
now your phone will boot
Into orangefox
Move custom rom of ur choice to phone storage while connected on pc.
Next
,wipe delvik
, system ,
data
cache,
vendor.
Flash any custom rom of your choice .
If phone reboots to orangefox itself just got to wipe and choose format data and type yes;
The after wiping done,
Reboot
complete the setup
Download magisk 21.3 stable
Move to phone storage
Reboot to orangefox recovery
Flash magisk ;
Reboot
Install magisk manager if manager is not showing,
Now your will be rooted
,your done.

Pixel Experience 11 Bootloop

Hi,
i was using LineageOS 17.1(Android 10) on my pixel Xl (32 gb storage)
when android 11 came out, I thought I would switch to pixel experience. So I went to their official website and downloaded the android 11 version of pixel XL
There was an instruction guide provided by the developers on how to install android 11
So I followed that and even after applying update from the adb, there was no issue at all
but when I pressed "Reboot to system" Bootloop is happening
Note: I didn't noticed the official instruction first so i installed twrp to flash the rom just like I flashed LineageOS, but in the advance wipe section, there was only 4 option available
-Dalvik / ART cache
-System
-Data
-Internal Storage
there was no cache option
I formatted the data and wiped all of them and tried to both install and sideload the rom but every time during the installation, an error (code 28) occurs
Then I downloaded the rom again hoping that the previos 1 was corrupted and i saw the instruction guide this time.
So I followed the guide and installed their recovery image, flashed recovery partition and flashed the rom using sideload.
But after rebooting the system, Bootloop keeps occurring
*sorry for any misspell or grammatical mistake*

I'm having the same issue. Did you flash the repartition zip?
I ended up reflashing stock rom https://developers.google.com/android/images#marlin
Try doing that and restarting the process

I actually solved the problem a few moments ago
What i did wrong was, when i sideload the rom rom file with twrp i always cleared the dalvik and cache file
let me make a little guide for you..hope that will help
1. install twrp recovery
2. go to wipe section -> advanced wipe -> wipe all 4(Dalvik/ART cache, System, Data, Internal Storage)
3. do a factory reset and format data
4. go to mount section and check all the boxes (system, data, vendor)
5. sideload the repartition zip according to your storage and device model (mine was pixel xl 32gb)
6. after sideload is done reboot the system..it will reboot into recovery again
7. then again sideload the rom file (don't check the clear cache and dalvik boxes)
8. after that is done, go back to main menu and go to reboot-> switch to slot B-> Reboot into system
Hopefully you're done
Note: don't skip any step regarding how minor it is
and if you wish you can also follow the official instruction: https://wiki.pixelexperience.org/devices/marlin/install/
Let me know if it works for you
Best of luck!
