I got fulmics ROM (MM), I tried to flash with KDZ method but it stuck at %10, i think because i have MM, so i tried TOT method but it says "Device model is different! Check phone or dll, my lasy chance was using LGUP but it says Unknown model maybe because of rom or my device model being D855TR (Turkey), I can't find any TOT files for D855TR, I am now stuck at Download Mode, I need to return to stock because I will send my phone to carrier for yellow screen burn.

It's the same with me! Well.. Almost. I have LGD855P (brazilian model). It's stuck on Download mode with "633A B1" error showing on the bottom of the screen.

I found a solution and fixed it now i can boot up the phone, I downloaded HxD editor, and edited the .tot and .dll file. Open the .dll file with HxD editor and search for word: "d855" and add your carrier's letters, i changed it to "d855TR" it is "d855p" for you, then open the .tot file you downloaded and do the same on it. Worked fine with TOT method. and you also need to do it on windows 7 i think didn't work on my windows 10 always stucked at %10 but i made it on windows 7.

i use LGflash tool and i accidently flash whith f400k.dll file when i have D855 phone (i dont have any idea way or who it's let my to do that, bat it's happen...).
now my phone modell is 855RE and when i use the flash tool whith the D855 dll file it's say i have diffrent modle (d855RE not D855).
please help my, i dont have any network!!!

Can i ask why you arent flashing KDZ?

Hello, I have the same type of problem, following a Brick Hard, I was able to get the download mode (with the boarddiag method) but when I try to flash with LG Flashtool, I get the error "Device model is different", my phone also appears in 855RE. Have you found a solution?
I bricked my phone using CM13 and have followed this guide (open-freax.fr/guide-unbrick-your-lg-g3) . I'm at the point where I need to use LG FlashTool to flash the stock ROM. I always use D855 ROMs but this time LG FlashTool is giving me the error: Device Model is different! Check Phone or DLL! I bought my phone from Australia and my phone's model is D855K, although D855 ROMs have always worked on my phone in the past. If anyone knows where I can get the D855K dll, or perhaps a different method of returning to stock. I can access Download Mode if that helps.

For stock rom you need to download the one for D855K otherwise it won't work

Just follow your link at your post.
You can used tot & dll file from D855 and extract them on boardiag. And flashing aboot, primaryGT, etc on boarddiag using file extractor d855 tot.
But, after finished, after you see "download mode", just flash your d855K kdz, or d855 kdz using flashtools 2014.

I have two LG g4 . both of them refurbished and korean version ( i've searched iemi and found them, one of is F500k and other is F500s) but flashed as LGH815 rom (rom version lollipop H81510h .)
after flashing H81520j in my F500s model it wont turn on. but i can hear boot sound. also blue LED beeps . if i pressed volume button i can hear sound. I flashed it with LGUP and it flashed perfectly but not booting.
i've flashed the same rom in another device ( which is F500k) and working perfectly.
i've also flashed perfectly other rom version. which are...
1) Europe H815D kdz
2) Europe open H815D kdz
3)H81520i Kdz
4) LGH815AT-00-V10h-GLOBAL-COM-AUG-25-2015+0.tot file
I can not boot my F500s device right now. no download mood. but device manager showed it as LG Androidnet Usb serial port.
also detected by LGUP but trying to flash it via LGUP but it says KDZ file is invalid.Tried same KDZ which flshed earlier but no use . when i open LGUP phone setting option it detects as H818 device .
tried in LG flash tool 2014 . but not working . also tried with connecting LG bridge but MTP mood is disabled .
i think it is not hard bricked. plz help me !!!

okay guys.... finally my phone is alive..!!!!:laugh::laugh::laugh:
my phone was recognized by LGUP by all af the KDZ were showing error..
so when i saw after clicking phone setting of LGUP that my phone is showing H818 version ( i don't know why the hell is that coz i didn't setup any H818 version rom) i first download a H818 rom . which was a tot file. i installed it. i was amused to see that is was installed where other kdz were detected invalid. but although i setup that phone wasn't booting. so then i edit a H815 rom and setup it .
which was "LGH815AT-00-V10h-GLOBAL-COM-AUG-25-2015+0.tot"
it installed perfectly but my problem still remains.
and then i installed "LGF500LAT-00-V11d-LGU-KR-SEP-21-2015+0.tot" file ( i have to edit it too.)
and horray.....!!! my phone is alive....!!!!!!
but i've to FRP by pass it.
by the way.. i've a question . which one is responsible for network ? " modem, boot or any other image ?
if i extract that img from this korean version and use it to a global version will it work ?

Okay, so I have had my LG G4 since 2016, I bought the LG G4 and a Samsung Note 5 off a guy who was selling them on Facebook. Both phones were locked by Rent A Center about a month after. Well I was able to get the Rent A Center lock off of the Note 5 fairly easy, but I wasn't able to find any guidance on how to get the lock off of the G4. Recently I stumbled across a few threads on here that showed some steps on how to use LGUP with Uppercut and some kind of B10 D file to bypass the RAC lock permanently. I followed the links, installed LGUP and Uppercut, but my device shows up as unknown on LGUP. When I extract the Uppercut file, it does nothing. It doesn't fix the "unknown" issue with LGUP. I followed another thread that was supposed to fix the LGUP unknown device issue. It had me use the LG Flashtool and download a KDZ file. I am supposed to use the LG firmware extract on the KDZ file, but it says the KDZ isn't a KDZ or TOT file, so I cant use it. Also, on the LG Flashtool, I dont have a megalock.dll file and can't seem to find one. Can someone please give me some direction on any of this? Also, this is an H810 model for AT&T. Basically I just need to know how to get LGUP to recognize my device so I can get the RAC lock off of it.

Today I bought used LG G4 with secure booting error 1003 and I though I could flash stock and get a nice phone.
The sticker under the battery says H815 and the IMEI number checks out as F500S but when I looked inside, the motherboard name was F500L Main.
The phone shows up as H815 with H81510H version. I tried LG Bridge too it showed up as F500S but it didn't want to update it after it downloaded the firmware....
Download mode works but recovery doesn't work. I tried vol. down and usb and it boots up in fastboot mode with scares information nothing much some key parts are empty but it says that the secure boot is off.
I tried latest OPEN H815 6.0.1 kdz, but I get the error 0x2000 at 9% something about trying to flash smaller ARB version. I even tried F500L TOT with LG UP and flash tool but then I get an error "invalid tot" I even tried hex editing the TOT file I changed one line from F500L to H815 but I get the same invalid Tot file. Maybe I missed some other part of the tot file..
My only option left is to get into linux and use SALT but I have no idea what to do with it. I know that I can get some information and even extract system into kdz right?
Let me know if there is fix like some DLL for flashing the F500L TOT file...

Since its UsU i was able to boot into twrp. What rom should I install now? the GPT in SALT says H811 and my board is f500 (L) It had h815:laugh:

What about reading the UsU thread??? There is a even a faq.. Whatever you do never flash anything which has an ARB higher then 0.

I finally fixed it.
I tried FWUL but when I had to update SALT to get ARB from kdz it had some python3 crypto module missing and I wasn't able to make it work. So I used my Lubuntu and I installed everything needed and Salt was running fully updated.
I extracted the latest MM kdz for F500L and using fastboot I flashed the MM bootstack and boot system modem(once) and the phone started to boot up to the korean android is updating screen. It bootlooped with error 1009. I assumed that the battery was working fine but nope it was totally dead.
With the charger the phone booted up and everything works even Cellular Network.
Your SALT tool saved my ass man
