I recently bought a LG LU6200 and I want to activate this phone on Verizon (or other CDMA carrier) but I cant find anything on how can I activate it on an U.S.A CDMA carrier, does anybody have knowledge if its possible?
I'm looking into picking up a G3, and I'd like to use it on GSM networks in the US. T-Mobile, maybe AT&T at some point. I'm unfamiliar with G3 hardware, so I'm wondering if either the T-Mobile or AT&T variant have more compatibility than the other, so I know which one is generally preferred to get.
Thanks!
Nobody?
Get D855. It is international. It will work with GSM network.
My Nexus 5 phone broke but I have a Verizon LG G3 laying around the house. I rooted it and flashed TWRP on it. How can I get the AT&T LTE bands unlocked? Is there any ROM that can convert the Verizon model into a International Model, or at least unlock all of the frequency bands? Right now only HSPA works.
Thank in advance for your help.
Hello everyone I hope that I get a response I have an LG G4 from Verizon that is fully paid off that I want to send to my sister in Mexico her carrier is AT&T. Now AT&T is a GSM carrier in Mexico emperor what I have found it would be compatible with the network however my question is how can I unlock the LG G4 Sim card so that she can plug in her Sim card. I have found that Verizon says that all of their LTE phones are unlocked but I just want to make sure before I send her a phone that she would not be able to use if I don’t do anything and everything I need to do
Unfortunately, I don't think you will be able to use this phone with an AT&T Mexico SIM Card. If your phone was locked and used on Verizon, it means that is a CDMA device. Thus, it works only with Verizon and doesn't recognize the GSM Technology so it won't accept the AT&T Sim card.

I think you are better of selling this device in the US and buying an already unlocked GSM model.
