Unable to install SuperSU from TWRP - Verizon HTC One (M9)

S-OFF and unlocked.

SuperSU bootloops
I tried 3 different zip files
SuperSU-v2.79-201612051815.zip
SuperSU-v2.78-201609011115.zip
UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323-2.zip post the link to download it?
(I had to repackage the last due to TWRP not liking
the nested directories)
Is there any known version that will install
in TWRP on 3.37.605.19?
If so, can you post a link to download it?
thanks

[Resolved] BETA-SuperSU-v2.65.zip works
I was able to install BETA-SuperSU-v2.65.zip successully,
(systemlessly). I updated the binary, rebooted again.
Once I had root confirmed, I updated the SuperSU
apk to the play store version, then updated its
binary and rebooted again.
It seems there is a problem with the later SuperSU zips
and 6.0?

thanks, BETA-SuperSU-v2.65.zip worked for me too

SWR50 - Flashed stock to fix OTA update problem, now bigger problem.

I have rooted my SWR50 previously and was trying to reflash stock in order to upgrade to 5.1.1, When I ran into the problem that lots of people have had with flashing stock. I don't know why, but when I tried installing STOCK LWX48P with 5.0.1, It said it was expecting different test keys than what was on my system. It needed tetra KNX01V 4.4.2 or tetra LWX48P 5.0.2, and it said I have omni_tetra 5.0.2 LRX22G which it is not compatible. I have tried many things and flashed quite a few "stock" roms and bootloaders for my smartwatch trying to get it back to stock, and it is possible one of the things I flashed was wrong for my system. I tried this same method with STOCK LWX48P 5.0.2 and 5.1.1 (5.1.1 being the update I'm trying to install in the first place). I had an idea to install KNX01V being the base firmware that the later firmwares build and patch off of, but I can't find a working download. If you have any ideas to fix my problem it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
P.S. - Just wanted to note that I did read http://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch-3/help/wrong-test-keys-ota-update-failed-t3186118, and still had the same problem because rollback didn't work either and the Sony Update Companion says there is no update for my smartwatch when I tried .
Here is some of the resources I used:

Multiple Questions about System Update (Solved)

Hey xda-Community!
I've got a Z5P on Android Version: 6.0, Build: 32.1.A.1.185, Kernel Version: 3.10.84-perf-g19d6d92, SuperSU: v2.78 and TWRP Version on 3.0.2-0.
I've recovered my DRM Keys and unlock-rooted with this guide.
I've experienced some annoying problems with the OS (Fingerprint, Youtube not working, random forced process kills) and would like to update it. Sadly I forgot how to update and i'm not totally sure about the correct way. Now my questions are:
1. Do I normally update with Flashtool?
2. What do I need to do while updating? Reflash SU Binary, DRM Key restore
3. What should I backup over TWRP? (Would be great if I could keep OS and App settings...)
I've read somewhere about problems with a TWRP backup, which could (soft)-brick the phone...
Thanks for your help

Nevermind, found out how to update, I need modified kernel for this.
I'll just reflash everything I had before (SuperSU, DRM Restore, XPosed,...)

Question Problems installing latest security update

I have a consumer cellular branded XT2052-5. I'm running Android 10 Build Number QPGS30.82-135-16 which has the Dec 1 2021 security patch. I have successfully unlocked my bootloader, installed ofox recovery.img, and patched the boot.img using Magisk app. I'd like to update my ROM to the latest security patch.
As I understand from this webpage: https://www.thecustomdroid.com/install-ota-update-rooted-android-device-guide/ one option is use the Android Settings -> Systems -> Advanced -> System Update to download and then install the OTA, but don't reboot until after running Magisk and installing on the new partition. However, while it seems to install "Software update unsuccessful, couldn't apply system update to moto e..." (not verbatim since the message disappears quickly). Note also that the update file size is listed as only ~65MB while the example screen in the instructions at thecustomdroid.com inedicate it sholud be >1.5GB.
Anyway, I have resisted patching the boot.img and installing it in the other A/B partition via the Magisk app and am wondering how to proceed.
Can someone help me?
Mike
I had the same issue when trying to update via OTA. After testing I realized that the reason I couldn't update was because of the custom recovery installed. So I started all over went back to stock firmware using a program called RSD Lite to remove custom recovery completely and updated via OTA then patched with magisk. I ditched the custom recovery since it is not needed if you are on stock firmware.
